This study aims to discuss ways needed to prepare their careers through relations between the personal internal factors perceived by college students in the process of career preparation and the external factors they experience during college life. To this end, the study conducted not only a questionnaire survey of 927 students at K University in Seoul but also hierarchical multiple regression analysis, independent two sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). The study set career preparation as a dependent variable, presented research models in four steps, and the explanatory power of each model was statistically significant. According to the findings of the study, both Model 1 and Model 2, gender had a significant impact on career preparation. Also, when self-directedness was added to Model 2, self-directedness had a greater impact on career preparation than gender did. When satisfaction with extracurricular activities was added to Model 3, this factor turned out to be helpful for career preparation. When college immersion, or a sense of belonging to college, was added to Model 4, the higher the sense of belonging students perceived, the more helpful they felt it for their career preparations. This study is expected to be helpful in preparing a policy to support college students' career preparation by grasping the relations between the personal characteristics of college students and career-related activities and college immersion they experience during college life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting pre-service childcare teachers' job preparation behaviors according to the model of planned behavior theory which has proven useful in predicting various behaviors of human beings, and to provide job search guidance for pre-service childcare teachers in the educational dimension and social welfare dimension. The study model included the factors proposed in the planned behavioral theories such as attitude toward job preparation behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, behavioral intention, and job preparation behaviors. As a result of analyzing the collected data, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on job preparation behavior through mediation of subjective preparation norms, perceived behavior control, and attitude in that order with regard to job preparation behaviors, and the perceived behavioral control was found to have a direct and indirect effect on job preparation behaviors. Based on this, the theoretical basis for suggesting ways to promote pre-service childcare teachers' job preparation behaviors by raising subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and attitude levels is suggested.

올 해 우리나라에서 가장 많이 회자된 단어 중 하나가 '통일대박'이 아닐까 싶다. 그런데 과연 한반도의 통일이 우리에게 대박을 가져다줄까. 이 질문에 대해 다른 분야에서는 모르겠지만, 전력산업 분야에 있어서 만큼은 '대박'을 충분히 기대할 수 있다는 것이 중론이다. 하지만 이 '대박'은 준비된 자만이 누릴 수 있는 혜택이라는 점 역시 분명한 사실이다. 그동안 전력분야에서 200만kW 대북송전 등 다양한 분야에서 논의가 있어 왔지만 북한의 전압체계가 어떻게 되는지, 전력망이 어떻게 연계돼 있는지 등 실상을 정확히 아는 이가 없는 것이 현 실태다. 이런 가운데 지난달 15일 국회 신성장산업포럼(대표 노영민 국회의원)이 주최하고 전기산업진흥회 전기연구원이 주관한 '남북 전력기자재 통일포럼'은 그 준비의 필요성을 알렸다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 포럼에서 나온 내용을 결론적으로 분석하면, 이제부터 철저히 준비하지 않으면 한반도가 통일이 되더라도 우리가 '대박'을 칠 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서 지금부터라도 정부를 중심으로 한전 등 전력그룹사, 전기계 협 단체, 관련 기업 등 범 전기계가 나서 통일대박을 위한 준비에 철저를 기해 나가야 할 것이다.

저자는 소아치과 환자의 일반적인 치료시 흔히 나타나는 과민성, 불협조, 공포감 등의 아동 취급상의 난점들을 심리적인 충격없이 해소함을 목적으로 Demerol, Phenergan과 Atarax들의 약제를 치료전에 준비투약 함으로써 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 일반 소아과에서 사용되는 약물용량보다 소아치과 외래환자에선 2배의 용량에서 만족스러운 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 2) 용량결정에 있어서 최초 투약용량을 정확히 산출함으로써 준비투약의 성공을 가져올 수 있었다. 3) 준비투약의 성공은 일정한 기간후 환자의 recall appointment시 준비투약 없이도 보다 나은 협조을 얻을 수 있었다. 4) Demerol, Phenergan, Atarax사용에 있어서 그 부작용은 거의 무시할 수 있을 정도로 경한 것이였으며 환자의 심리적인 지원을 갖어 올 수 있어 아동 취급상에 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있있다.

최근까지 강원도 일대에서는 산불재난으로 큰 곤욕을 치렀다. 본문의 표1의 자료에서 나와 있듯이 2000년대 이후 대한민국은 지속적인 산불재난으로 인해 세대에 걸친 중대한 피해를 입고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 산불재난을 바라보는 인식의 변화가 필요할 것이며, "불가피성의 자연재해"라는 사후조치성 위주의 기존인식을 확장하여 사전조치성 예방 및 준비단계에 관심을 기울일 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

Recently, the need for research into environmental and intrapsychic variables to promote active career preparation behavior is increasing, due to the increasing need to cultivate career preparation behavior starting from middle school. On the basis of this need, the purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects of hope in the relationship between maternal learning involvement and career preparation behavior among middle school students. We surveyed 320 middle school students in W city, Gangwon-do, regarding these variables. We evaluated the results according to Baron and Kenny's (1986) mediating effect test procedure. The findings showed a significant positive correlation between positive maternal learning involvement, such as respecting their children's learning methods and providing academic information and advice, and the students' career preparation behavior and hope. However, the findings didn't show any significant correlation between negative maternal learning involvement, such as pressure for academic performance, and the students' career preparation and hope. Furthermore, hope was found to partially mediate the relationship between maternal positive learning involvement, including academic information and advice, and career preparation behavior, while fully mediating the relationship between career preparation behavior and respecting the students' learning methods. However, it did not have any mediating effect on the relationship between pressure for academic performance and career preparation behavior. These results highlight the important role that instilling hope in students, through respecting their learning methods and advising and providing the necessary academic information, plays in achieving a higher level of career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study is to identify the cognitive and psychological precedence factors of career preparation behaviors of university students and to clarify the structural relationships between the variables. First, the effects of reflective learning on university students' career preparation behaviors were examined and the mediating effect of grit between reflective learning and career preparation behavior was verified. The research analyzed 307 university students in the 3rd and 4th year. The results of the study have shown that the reflective learning had a significant positive relationship with all variables of grit and career preparation behavior, but non-reflective learning have an insignificance relationship with all the main variables. In addition, reflective learning has a direct positive effect on career preparation behavior, and grit has a mediating effect on the relationship between reflective learning and career preparation behavior. The results of this study indicate that the more original variables are further identified and extended to improve career preparation behaviors of university students. It is significant that they are provided with the basic data for the development of career and job preparation education programs that can be applied in the university education field. In addition, it has been confirmed that it is important for university students to improve their ability to critically reflect on themselves, their surroundings and circumstances in order to keep them engaged and to maintain their interests. Moreover, higher education institutions should provide fundamental and extensible method of practice and educational environment.

This study defined the concepts of change-readiness, affordance system, agility, and performance, which are becoming increasingly important and necessary in service industry. Also, by verifying the relationship among these factors based on theoretical and empirical researches, it proposed strategic implications for service firms to reinforce their competitiveness. The results of the analysis in this study are as follows. First, the factors of technology, organization, and environment had significant effects on affordance system. Second, affordance system had significant effects on both agility and performance. Third, agility had a significant effect on performance. Fourth, job uncertainty moderated the relationship between affordance system and agility, but not between affordance system and performance. The results suggest that affordance system is a highly effective method of improving agility of the frontline employees. To maximize the utility of affordance system, sufficient change-readiness in technological, organizational, and environmental factors are required. Reasons and implications of these observed relationships are discussed.

본 연구는 선삭공정에서 CAD 인터페이스된 자동공정계획시스템개발에 관한 연구의 계속으로 작업준비계획(Setup Planning)을 자동적으로 수행하는 기법을 개발함이 주된 목적이다. 연구의 대상은 기계가공부품들 중 많은 비중을 차지하는 NC선반가공용 회전형상부품을 대상으로 하였다. 연구의 내용은 공작물고정방법의 결정, 작업준비횟수의 결정, 클램핑(Clamping)면 및 공작물고정구의 선정에 관한 기법과 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 소프트웨어는 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용하여 Turbo-C(Version 2.0)를 사용하여 개발하였고, 사례연구를 통하여 개발된 시스템의 유효성을 평가하였다.
