본 학회는 1947년 7월 9일 설립되어 금년으로 뜻깊은 창립 50주년을 맞이하였다. 학회에서는 1997년 7월 9일 창립 50주년 기념일을 맞아 창립 50주년 기념 각종 사업들을 진행하고자 지난 2월 이사회에서 50주년 기념사업 조직위원회를 구성하고 산하에 8개 분과위원회를 두었는데, 그중 50주년 기념행사중 제일 빅 이벤트인 창립 50주년 기념식과 축하연을 담당 진행할 목적으로 기획담당이사를 위원장으로 하여 기획분과위원회가 설치되었다. 기획분과위원회 위원으로는 전기학회 소속 교수중 업무추진력이 있는 중견교수로 구성되었다. 선임된 교수들은 준비하는 행사가 50년에 한번밖에 없다는 생각에 소명의식과 함께 가벼운 흥분을 느끼며 이와 같은 규모와 비중이 있는 행사개최에 대해 처음에는 걱정들이 앞섰으나, 선임된 위원들은 유사한 종류의 행사를 진행하고 준비한 경험이 있는 교수가 많아 행사준비가 원만히 진행될 수 있었다. 창립 50주년 기념식 행사는 아무런 차질없이 잘 진행된 것을 자랑스럽게 여기며 기념식 및 축하연 행사 내용 소개와 준비과정등 기록들을 남김으로서 향후 75주년, 100주년 기념사업을 준비하실 후학 여러분에게는 도움을 주고, 현 회원에게는 진행보고를 하고자 이 글을 남긴다.

과거부터 현재까지 지속적으로 임용고시는 응시자 수가 꾸준히 많고, 응시과목 중 한국사는 높은 난이도를 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 일반인들을 상대로 하기보다는 임용고시를 준비하는 사람들과 응시자격에 있어 요구되는 한국사능력검정시험(고급) 자격증을 준비하는 응시 준비생들이 쉽고 효율적으로 학습하고 준비할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 도구로써 개발하였다. 사용자들에게 한국사의 많은 분야 중에서 유적지와, 능비 부분에 대하여 유익한 자료를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 시대, 장소, 나라 등의 한국사에 대한 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 자료 검색으로 임용고시 준비에 있어 유익하고 이해하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of the study is to estimate objective retirement wealth adequacy and subjective retirement wealth, and to compare two of them. Also the factors relating to those wealth readiness were investigated. The data used was 422 pre-retiree who were married and under 65 years old and SPSS 20 was used for the analyses. The results showed that objective reirement wealth readiness was 37.6% and subjective retirement wealth adequacy was 40.9%. Almost half of the sample (44.8%) were indicated to have no objective retirement wealth, but only 5.9% was answered to have no retirement wealth. Both subjective and objective retirement wealth adequacies tended to increase with older age, higher income and lower average propensity to consume groups. The difference between objective and subjective retirement wealth adequacies was smaller with getting older. According to multi-variable analyses, two factors were found to affect on both the subjective and objective retirement wealth adequacies, which were income and retirement asset. The respondents were found to be not able to estimate their own retirement wealth adequacy objectively. The correlation between the subjective and objective retirement wealth adequacies was 0.344. Among the respondents, 74.4% answered bigger number on subjective retirement wealth than their objective retirement wealth.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencing relationships among the preparation for the old age, social networks, and the enterpreneurial intention of the potential enterpreneurs. 305 numbers of structured questionnaires were collected from the potential enterpreneurs and analyzed through SPSS WIN 21.0 using frequency, validity test, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result are as follows. Firstly, the effects of the emotional and economical preparation for the old age on the entrepreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs were shown as negative. Secondly, the social networks affects the enterpreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs negatively.

창업교육에서 강조하는 창의성 역량은 사회에 필요한 융합형 인재 육성을 위해 반드시 필요한 부분이다. 하지만 이제까지 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 창업분야에 대한 단편적인 효과중심으로 연구되었고 진로에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 효과 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 대학의 창업교육을 통한 역량함양이 사회에 진출을 앞두고 있는 대학생의 진로준비와 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석 검증하였다. 2016년 8월부터 설문조사를 실시하였고 지역별 창업교육을 수강한 대학생 393개의 표본을 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 창업교육을 통해 함양된 협업적의사소통능력, 창의적문제해결능력은 기업가정신과 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 기업가정신과 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 기업가정신, 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증에서 협업적 의사소통능력, 창의적 문제해결능력과 진로준비행동 사이에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤지만 창업교육에 의한 창의성 역량들은 진로준비행동에는 직접적인 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구의 시사점은 대학의 창업교육의 효과 검증에서 창업교육의 양적인 확대보다는 기업가정신과 자기효능감을 고취 함양시킴으로써 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 도출 할 수 있었다. 또한 대학 창업교육의 중요성 검증과 향후 다양한 효과에 대한 평가를 학생창업 영역 뿐만 아니라 다각도로 추가 연구가 필요하겠다.

This study was designed to explore the factors affecting economic preparations for aging of middle-old aged women. Using fourth Korean retirement and income study panel data of National Pension Reacher Institute. The researcher explored the characteristics of preparation for the old age life who middle-old aged women and analyzed the factors affecting economic preparations for aging of middle-old aged women. The results were as follows. The the factors affecting economic preparations for aging of middle-old aged women were education level, subjective health status, a number of adolescent children(14-19), a number of adolescent children(20-39), public pension, financial asset and debt. On the basis of this results, suggestions for policy were offered.

EBSD(Electron BackScattered Diffraction)분석은 주사전자현미경에서 관찰되는 비교적 넓은 영역의 결정 방위를 측정하여 집합조직을 해석하는 동시에 결정 방위의 변화를 기준으로 결정립계를 구분 지어 미세조직의 정량 분석도 가능하기 때문에 많은 연구자들이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 EBSD의 Kikuchi 패턴은 시편 표면으로부터 30~50nm 깊이 범위의 표면층으로부터 방출되기 때문에 EBSD 분석 결과는 시편의 표면 처리 상태에 크게 영향을 받아 적절한 시편준비법이 요구된다. 시편 준비 과정 중에 생기는 변형층, 산화층이나 오염층이 10nm 이내로 제어되지 못하면 명확한 패턴을 얻지 못하여 분석이 어려운 경우가 많으므로, 시료의 절단과 연마 과정 중에 변형층을 되도록 적게 만들고 표면의 산화나 오염을 최대한 방지해야 한다. 또한 EBSD 분석 특성상 시편을 70도로 기울이기 때문에 시편의 요철이 심하면 볼록한 영역에 의해 오목한 영역의 패턴이 가려져 결정방위 정보를 얻기 힘들다. 이런 이유로 시편을 최대한 평평하게 하고 요철이 생기지 않게 시편 준비를 하는 것이 관건이다. 금속재료의 EBSD 시편준비법으로는 일반적으로 기계적 연마법과 전해연마법이 주로 쓰인다. 경한 석출물이나 개재물이 연한 기지에 분산되어 있는 시편이나 이종 소재 접합재의 경우는 전해연마법을 사용하면 특정 상(혹은 합금)이 먼저 연마되어 큰 단차가 생기거나 석출물에 의해 요철이 심해져서 정량적인 EBSD 분석이 어렵게 된다. 이 연구에서는 시편 준비가 어렵다고 알려진 다상 금속재료에서의 EBSD 분석 사례를 소개한다. Ti-6Al-4Fe-0.25Si 시효처리합금, 알루미늄 기지 복합재료, 마찰교반용접한 알루미늄-타이타늄합금의 EBSD 시편준비법과 그 분석 결과를 고찰한다.

According to the broaden and build theory of positive emotion, positive emotion brings positive results in various areas of life. Based on this, this study focused if positive emotions could improve satisfaction with college life and career preparation among undergraduate students. Futhermore we examined that calling mediates between positive emotion and satisfaction with college life/career preparation. The total of 473 respondents were surveyed in this study. The result showed that positive emotions improve college life satisfaction and career preparation. Also, calling of students played an significant role of mediation between positive emotion and satisfaction with college life/career preparation. Based on these results, we discussed the impact of contact and sense of community and implications of this study.

대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is a descriptive survey research attempted to verify the effects of strengths knowledge and self leadership on career preparation behavior in nursing students. The subjects of this study were students enrolled in Department of Nursing in G city. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and controlled regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows. Strengths knowledge(𝛽=.464, p<.001), self leadership(𝛽=.512, p<.001) showed a positive effect on career preparation behavior. The study model accounted for 34.1% of career preparation behavior. These findings suggest that measures to increase strengths knowledge and self leadership are needed to promote career preparation behavior of nursing students.
