Real-time Control System for Mobile Robots and Path Tracking Control Algorithm (이동로봇의 실시간 주행제어를 위한 제어시스템 설계 및 경로 추종제어 방법)

  • Real-time mobile robot controllers usually have been designed focused on control theory without paying attention to the importance of system integration. This paper demonstrates that autonomous mobile robots require a real-time controller with a wide range of capabilities in addition to control theory. An architectural frame work supporting these capabilities has been designed in actual hardware environments. Individual modules such as a path planner, a path tracking controller, position estimators, wheel controllers and other cruical elements have been successfully integrated into the control system using this frame work. The overall performance of the system was investigated via a series of tracking experiments with a prototype mobile robot named LCAR deveoped in the laboratory. The context of the research involves the architecture, its implementation and experimental results.

  • Having observed the restriction of the current Web technology, the semantic Web has been developed, and it now has grown up with the core help of the W3C to a level where it recommends the OWL Web ontology language. Besides, in order to deduce the information out of OWL data, several inference systems have been developed such as Jena, Jess, and JTP. Unfortunately, however, quite few systems can effectively handle recently developed OWL data, and further, due to the limitation of file-based operation, the current inference systems cannot meet the requirements for handing huge OWL data. An efficient method for storing and searching ontology data is essential for ensuring stable information inference processes. In this study, firstly, we proposed a model based on the database management system to transform and store OWL data and to enable deduction process from the database. Secondly, we designed and implemented an effective OWL storing system based on our model. Finally, we compare our system with the previous inference systems through experimental performance analysis.

  • There are gradually built on electronic commerce and business information system for the effective and automated use of internet while the mainstream of industry moves on information. It is necessary that a company should develop a electronic approval system because the business documents have application to an electronic commerce, business information system as well Currently, electronic approval system on groupware is using the way of inserting the image of an approval signature, which is vulnerable on a security by attacks of fraudulent use of electrical signature and eavesdropping on electronic documents. In this paper, we implementation XML form generator based on DTD having business documents structure for creating a valid business XML documents. we designed electronic approval system based on secured XML which transfers encrypted documents. For the security issues of written XML business documents, it makes use of the crypto algorithm having high performance transaction by the interchange of public key between a server and a client.

사이버 아파트 네트워크 기본 설계에 관한 연구

  • 최근 정부(정보통신부)는 사이버 아파트를 포함하여 초고속 정보통신망을 2005년까지 구축하여 각 가정당 10Mbps의 고속 정보통신서비스를 실현한다는 계획을 발표하고, 초고속 정보통신을 활성화하므로 정보통신 선진국 진입을 위하여 "초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제도"를 발표, 현재 시행하고 있다. (1999.7 제정발표) 그러나 시행 과정에서 아파트 중앙 관리실에 있는 MDF 이후의 광케이블과 기타 공사는 건설회사에서 시공하고 중앙 관리실 MDF 이전의 광케이블 공사와 중앙관리실 LAN시설 등의 공사는 통신 전문업체로 하여금, 입주자 별도 부담금으로 시공하고 있다. (컨소시엄구성) 최근 아파트 분양열기 고조로 건설회사 마다 "초고속 정보통신아파트"인증 1등급이라고 선전 및 분양광고 중인데 실제는 "1등급"이 아니고 "2등급" 또는 "3등급"인 경우가 있어, 정부가 목표하는 각 가정당 10Mbps, 개인당 2Mbps 고속정보통신 서비스는 실현성 문제점이 있다. 정부의 인증심사 기준에 중앙관리실 장비 등에 대한 것은 심사기준에 누락되어 있고 또 사생활 정보보호를 위한 대응기술, 시스템 준비 정도까지 포함하여 종합적으로 평가한 뒤 인증을 부여하여야 한다는 것이 본인의 연구 초점이다. 사이버 아파트란 광통신을 주축으로 영상과 음성, 데이터를 자유 자재로 전송 처리하는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용하는 것으로 LAN 장비를 이용하여 각 세대간 통신은 물론 누구나 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기능이 있는 설계된 아파트를 말한다. 사이버 아파트의 네트워크에는 금융, 홈쇼핑, 예약, 지역정보, 관공서, 의료서비스, 레저 생활정보 등 차별화된 콘텐츠 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 핵심은 사이버 아파트의 현 실태와 문제점, 정부의 인증심사 기준의 미비점과 문제점, 사이버 아파트의 기능, 구성요소, 시스템 구축, 서버활용도, 장비들에 관한 것과 그리고 정부의 사이버 아파트 육성정책, 정보보호 대책과 관련업체들의 동향 등을 연구하여 요약 정리하였다.

  • This paper deals with a problem of detecting BCC using confocal raman spectrum. Specially, we propose Fisher measure based filtering for rejection of frequency components being noisy or non-discriminative. we use PCA (principal component analysis) for reduction of feature space dimension. Also, we apply MAP detector for classification of BCC raman spectrum. The experimental results shows that our proposed method can reduce the feature dimension and also raise the detection ratio.

  • Machine tools are the cores of industrial development in recent period. It is difficult to develop a system which can do cutting and grinding process in the one system. Hybrid Vertical Grinding System is capable of processing in a single apparatus cutting or grinding. The modal analysis and structural analysis for the development of Hybrid Vertical Grinding System is the first time of domestic work. This paper describes the technologies of Hybrid Vertical grinding machine and intend to introduce the studies in the development of the Hybrid Vertical Grinding System.

  • Recently, the high-tech industries, such as aerospace industry, auto industry, and electronics industry, are growing up considerably. Because of that, high machining accuracy and productivity of precision parts have been required. The tooling system is important part in the machining center. HSK tooling system is more suitable than BT tooling system for that of high speed machining center. It is because static stiffness and machining accuracy of HSK tooling system are higher than those of BT tooling system. In this paper, stress distribution characteristics of the HSK tooling System is analyzed according to the spindle speed. In order that, the mechanism and the force amplification principle of HSK tooling system are analyzed. The HSK tooling system is modelled by using a 3D modeling/design program. Then stress distribution characteristics of HSK tooling system are analyzed according to spindle speed by using the finite element analysis.

  • In vector control technique, stator currents of an induction motor are transformed to equivalent d-q currents in a reference frame consist of d and q axis, each of which is coincide with flux and torque direction respectively. Since the current in q-axis is related to the torque in a synchronously rotating frame, torque is estimated as a function of q-axis current and flux. In this paper, a method to estimate torque of an induction motor based on the measurement of 3-phase currents and rotating velocity of a rotor is presented. Graphic-programming is used to measure signals, to estimate the torque and to show the result in the form of user friendly graph in window environment. To stabilize the fluctuation of estimated torque caused from the small measurement error of the rotor velocity, the stator current is reconstructed in a program based on measured signals. The experimental results executed under the velocity of 500 rpm, 1500 rpm without load and 1500 rpm with load show that the proposed method estimates the torque very well.

  • This paper presents a method to improve time interval error for asynchronous communication systems. The proposed method is designed and simulated with multi-phase VCO, interpolator, phase selector, up-down counter, comparator and adder. The simulation results for CAN communication system show that the maximum time interval error can be tightly managed for satisfying the required specification. The proposed frequency modulation method can be properly used for asynchronous communication systems requiring high reliability.

  • The Internet of Things technology is regarded as the next major technology that will be the driving force behind the fourth industrial revolution. The characteristics of entities for Internet of Things application are changing more actively and actively, requiring a more detailed approach, but existing access control technologies are designed around users, requiring access control techniques that maintain efficiency and security with less system load to apply complex and variable content. Therefore, research on role-based access controls that are appropriate for Internet of Things entities is essential. In this study, the relevant research for the study of access control of the Internet of Things entities and the RBAC and AC methods that can define the properties of the various entities within the Internet of Things.
