관광지 주차장 이용실태 및 문제점 분석

  • 현재 우리나라의 수많은 관광지에서는 극심한 교통혼잡과 주차난을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 대포항 교차로와 대포항 주차장의 기하구조 및 이용실태를 조사한 후, 현재 교차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 기하구조와 주차장 운영현황 및 그 이용실태의 문제점 분석을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현장에서 실제 조사한 교차로의 도로조건과 주차장의 진ㆍ출입로는 조사된 그림(1. 대포항 교차로, 2. 대포항 주차장 구획도)으로 분석하고 주차자의 운영현황 및 이용실태는 현장조사를 토대로 누적주차대수, 주차회전율, 차량당 평균주차지속시간, 주변도로 혼잡영향 분석 등의 방법을 통해 얻어진 결과로 분석할 것이다. 분석결과, 주차장 인접 교차로에서는 버스정류장과 우회전 차로의 합류, 우회전 차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 합류 등의 기하구조상의 문제로 직진ㆍ우회전 차량, 주차장 진ㆍ출입 차량의 혼잡을 예상할 수 있었고, 주중에는 13시 51분에, 주말에는 10시55분에 이미 주차장은 포화상태를 보여 최초 대기차량이 발생하였으므로 주차공급이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 관광지라는 특성상 기후나 시기적 영향을 많이 받는다는 점을 감안해야할 것이다. 따라서, 관광지 주차장의 조사는 여러 가지 측면에 더 연구되어질 필요가 있다.

Spatial Distribution Pattern of Parking Lots in Cheongju City, Korea (청주시 주차장의 공간적 분포 패턴)

  • It was proven that the spatial distribution pattern of the parking lots in Cheongju city was clarified through the concentric expansion of the parking lots, which started out from the center for commercial and business function, into the periphery regions. First of ail, in terms of the spatial distribution pattern of the parking lot according to the operational subject, the parking lot is distributed through private, public, and parking lots attached to buildings in the center, and in its adjacent regions, public and parking lots attached to buildings are distributed. And public parking lot, private and parking lots attached to buildings are distributed in sector pattern. And in terms of facility structure, more than half of the parking lots attached to buildings in Cheongju city are composed of Parking lots of self-driver type. In the case of the center, regional structure of self-Parking type of parking lots attacked to buildings, self-parking type lots on plane street parking, mechanical parking types attached to buildings, self-parking type of plane non-street diversely appear to be combined types, its spatial facility distribution patterns appear to be concentric patterns. Also, in terms of the spatial distribution pattern of the parking lots according to the contact types, with the centralizing of a center, southwestern regions show hourly and monthly charged parking lots; northeastern regions show free parking lots. The spatial distribution pattern of the parking lots as above, reflects the regional distribution change of the establishment and residential location.

A Study on Method for Estimating Scale and Requirements of Bike Parking Lots (자전거 주차장 규모산정 방법 및 설치기준에 관한 연구)

  • 10 years ago, Korea proclaimed the bike traffic activation law. Many cities have constructed bike paths and parking lots. However, because of increased bike users, lack of bike paths, and parking lots, it is predisposed to avoidance to ride. This study suggests reasonable bike parking lots scale and estimated bike parking lots using the bike traffic assignments. As results, reasonable bike parking lots scale is approximately 5% of car parking lots, which is minimum value. Then, each city can estimate reasonable bike parking lots scale by considering the characteristics and size of cities.

The Development of Assessment Method for Parking Lot Remodeling Alternative Adopted Asset Management Technique (자산관리 기법을 적용한 주차장 리모델링 대안평가 기법 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope an assessment method for parking lot remodeling alternative by adopting the asset management technique. In order to identify the Level of Service(LOS) and the Evaluation Measurement(EM), literatures was implemented which documented the consideration of parking lot plan, needs of the apartments' tenant, and various design standards. In addition, the authors conducted a three-time delphi survey for the identified 5 LOS and 19 EM to evaluate suitability and necessity of them and to collect additional opinion of experts. The LOS of parking lot were categorized into 5 areas such as Environmental effect and Convenience, Accessibility and so on. The 19 EM were determined to estimate the LOS quantitatively. The researchers analyzed the degree of importance of LOS and EM by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. But construction cost was excepted from the analysis, because it is used as an independent variable in alternative assessment. In conclusion, the authors proposed the estimation criteria for EM, and the method and process for alternative assessment be performed to benefit-cost analysis using the LOS variation and construction cost. The assessment method for parking lot remodeling alternative was demonstrated effective to assess the parking lot remodeling alternative by case-study. This study has a academic significance by adopting the asset management techniques in the area of the parking lot remodeling. And the assessment method is expected to help deciding a reasonable remodeling alternative of parking lot, as it ensures the diversity for remodeling of the parking lot and reflects the needs of the occupant.

  • 현재 국내 자동차의 증가에 따른 주차 공간이 부족하여 주차문제가 사회문제로 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차문제 해결을 위해서 스마트 공유 주차장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존 주차장에 IoT 장비를 설치하고 운영하여 주차장 활용을 최대화한다. 시스템의 빠른 개발 및 활용도를 높이기 위해서 클라우드 플랫폼을 사용하며 사용자용 스마트폰 앱을 제공할 것이다. 사용자는 앱을 통해서 근거리에 있는 주차장을 선택하여 주차 자리를 예약할 수 있다. 논문에서 실제 주차장 공간에 IoT 장비를 설치하여 실험을 진행할 예정이다. 실험을 통해서 제안하는 시스템의 가능성을 검증할 것이다.

  • 기존의 물리 센서를 활용한 주차 감지는 주차장 규모가 클수록 큰 비용이 필요하고 이미지 기반의 분석은 개별 주차장에 대한 데이터 라벨링과 학습의 노력이 필요했다. 본 논문은 LoRa(Long Range) 네트워크와 마이크로프로세서를 활용한 IoT기반의 시스템으로 영상데이터를 서버로 전송하고 COCO(Common Object in context) 데이터셋으로 학습된 Mask R-CNN 기반의 모델을 활용한 주차장 내 차량점유 감지 알고리즘을 통해 개별 주차장에 대한 학습 또는 라벨링 없이 주차장 내 주차상태를 식별하고 사용자에게 인터페이스를 통해 실시간으로 주차정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현한다.

A Study on the User Satisfaction of Type of Parking Lot in Apartment Complex by Structural Equation Modeling (구조방정식을 이용한 아파트 단지의 주차장 유형별 이용만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study made an attempt to investigate the influential factor and relationship between the type of parking lot and user satisfaction. The types of parking lot in Apartment complex considered in the research is categorized into three types : ground, underground, and combined. A questionnaire survey has been conducted for apartment complex residents to collect research data which has been used for structural equation modeling. The study result tells that the factors of accessibility, safety for pedestrians and cars, environment which are security and cleanness, and convenience are found to be influential for user satisfaction to the type of parking lot and accessibility is seen as the most influential factor among them. The crucial characteristics for user satisfaction by each type of parking lot have also been suggested such as convenience for ground parking lot, accessibility for combined type, and safety for underground type.

Estimation of Parking Requirements of an Apartment (공동주택 주차장 설치기준)

  • This study verifies parking requirements of an apartment suggested in parking generation law in Korea through analysing the surveyed parking generation rate. It is revealed that the parking requirements according to the gross floor area in parking generation law is similar to the surveyed parking generation rate as an average but the differences of each requirements by region and apartment's size are not significant. Parking generation rate results in strong correlation with the number of household rather than the gross floor area, and the new requirements suggested in this study, based on the number of household, shows significant difference by region and apartment's size, which is consistent with common sense. This study suggests parking requirements of an apartment, based on the number of household, by region and apartment's size for 6 groups. Surveyed parking generation rate of each group is fitted to statistical distribution and the mean value of fitted statistical distribution is suggested as the parking requirements of each group. Parking requirements based on the number of household is easily recognized of its relative and absolute value, and moreover is consistent with the surveyed parking generation rate.

The Awareness of Usage of Parking Lot in the Parking Environment Improving Zone and Activation of Private Parking Lot (주차환경개선지구의 주차장 이용의식 분석과 민영주차장 활성화에 관한 연구)

  • The study was carried out to determine the real condition in parking environment improving zone suffering poor supply for demand and then present a solution to it. To this end, the study reviewed the existing data including parking ratio which means percent of the total parking space in the region divided by the number of registered vehicles in the zones and surveyed residents for their awareness of parking lots. The results showed some major findings as follows. Parking ratio is low and illegal parking is serious in the zones, which, as a consequence, it results in lack of parking area in the zones. More than 70% of those who live in the zones had inconvenience during parking. And insufficient space for parking generates illegal parking. Residents in the zones answered that the best way to deal with the parking problems is to create more parking zones. As they had more difficulties having parking spaces, they showed stronger tendency to use newly-built parking lots. The study also gave thought to building private parking lots as a solution to the parking issues in the zones. And it suggested that supporting policies on the private parking lots be strengthened to promote the private parking lots in residential areas. Those policies will gradually improve parking problems in the parking environment improving zone.

Analysing the Effect of Parking Information using the Micro Simulation Method (주차정보 제공에 따른 주차대기시간의 효과분석에 관한 연구(미시적 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용하여))

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of the parking information on the waiting time using the simulation method. Stated Preference survey has been implemented to construct the parking lot choice model. A queue simulation is carried out to investigate the effect of various parking information on the waiting time. The results show that providing parking information is likely to increase the utilization of parking place and to decease the waiting time of individual vehicle. Furthermore, as the parking demand increases, the detailed and quantitative parking information such as "5 minutes delay" is more effective than qualitative parking information such as "available".
