현재 우리나라의 수많은 관광지에서는 극심한 교통혼잡과 주차난을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 대포항 교차로와 대포항 주차장의 기하구조 및 이용실태를 조사한 후, 현재 교차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 기하구조와 주차장 운영현황 및 그 이용실태의 문제점 분석을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현장에서 실제 조사한 교차로의 도로조건과 주차장의 진ㆍ출입로는 조사된 그림(1. 대포항 교차로, 2. 대포항 주차장 구획도)으로 분석하고 주차자의 운영현황 및 이용실태는 현장조사를 토대로 누적주차대수, 주차회전율, 차량당 평균주차지속시간, 주변도로 혼잡영향 분석 등의 방법을 통해 얻어진 결과로 분석할 것이다. 분석결과, 주차장 인접 교차로에서는 버스정류장과 우회전 차로의 합류, 우회전 차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 합류 등의 기하구조상의 문제로 직진ㆍ우회전 차량, 주차장 진ㆍ출입 차량의 혼잡을 예상할 수 있었고, 주중에는 13시 51분에, 주말에는 10시55분에 이미 주차장은 포화상태를 보여 최초 대기차량이 발생하였으므로 주차공급이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 관광지라는 특성상 기후나 시기적 영향을 많이 받는다는 점을 감안해야할 것이다. 따라서, 관광지 주차장의 조사는 여러 가지 측면에 더 연구되어질 필요가 있다.

Nationals Assembly have experiencing unbalance between capacities and demand of parking facilities because of increasing parking demand, free parking policy, long term parking and passenger car use of workers, usage of neighborhood office workers and visitors. The lack of parking facilities cause illegal parking on the street inside and outside of National Assembly which result in the disorder of parking culture. To solve these parking problems, this study suggest parking management system to enter the National Assembly for the short term and charging parking fee, operation by private company, constructing parking building by abrogation of upper limit and construction of ground park, and so on. The study, also, suggested to strengthen weekday or 10 day shift system, to increase shuttle bus and commuting bus, to activation of Han River waterside parking area, public transportation with those new parking management system. For the conclusion, the parking problems of National Assembly should be focused more on parking management than the parking facilities supply.

In order to improve the problem of parking which is getting worse day by day, the municipality carries out a survey on the actual situation of the parking lot supply and demand periodically according to the related law. However, in the existing evaluation method, the parking demand that occurs under the condition that the demand is suppressed by the parking supply and regulation due to the limit of the survey method is investigated. In addition, the analysis is conducted only for the present year, and prediction and analysis of future parking problems are limited. Therefore, we propose a method to evaluate the status of parking supply and demand, which is differentiated to improve the problem of the existing evaluation method. As a result, comparing the existing method with the improved method, it can be seen that the improved evaluation method can be useful for establishing the long-term parking policy for the improvement of parking problems.

본 연구에서는 부산시 도심상업지역 중 특히 노상에서 하역이 빈번하게 이루어져 교통상의 문제가 되고 있는 지구를 중심으로 하여 하역의 실태와 특성을 파악하고, 하역을 적절히 처리할 수 있는 필요 하역주차공간을 산정해 그 활용방안에 대해서 고찰을 행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 부산시 도심상업지역의 점포에서 반.출입되는 화물의 수송형태는 공동수송보다 개별적으로 수송되는 경우가 더 많았다. 도심상업지역의 시각별 순간노상주차현황을 보면 승용차의 비율이 높으나 화물의 반.출입에는 소형트럭이 가장 많이 이용되고 있으며 목적시설과 가까운 곳에 주차하려는 경향을 보이고 있다. 하역주차공간산정을 위해 대기행력 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용한 결과, 도심상업지역에 있어서 도로길이에 따른 불법주차 발생비율과 필요한 하역주차공간과의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있었다. 하역주차공간산정을 위해 대기행렬 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용한 결과, 도심상업지역에 있어서 도로길이에 따른 불법주차 발생비율과 필요한 하역주차공간과의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있었다. 한편, 무질서한 노상하역을 배제하기 위해서는 주차공간의 적절한 배치가 무엇보다 중요하며 또한 장기적인 안목에서 노외 하역주차공간의 확보 및 화물의 공동집배송 등에 관한 여구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study verifies parking requirements of an apartment suggested in parking generation law in Korea through analysing the surveyed parking generation rate. It is revealed that the parking requirements according to the gross floor area in parking generation law is similar to the surveyed parking generation rate as an average but the differences of each requirements by region and apartment's size are not significant. Parking generation rate results in strong correlation with the number of household rather than the gross floor area, and the new requirements suggested in this study, based on the number of household, shows significant difference by region and apartment's size, which is consistent with common sense. This study suggests parking requirements of an apartment, based on the number of household, by region and apartment's size for 6 groups. Surveyed parking generation rate of each group is fitted to statistical distribution and the mean value of fitted statistical distribution is suggested as the parking requirements of each group. Parking requirements based on the number of household is easily recognized of its relative and absolute value, and moreover is consistent with the surveyed parking generation rate.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of the parking information on the waiting time using the simulation method. Stated Preference survey has been implemented to construct the parking lot choice model. A queue simulation is carried out to investigate the effect of various parking information on the waiting time. The results show that providing parking information is likely to increase the utilization of parking place and to decease the waiting time of individual vehicle. Furthermore, as the parking demand increases, the detailed and quantitative parking information such as "5 minutes delay" is more effective than qualitative parking information such as "available".

This paper aims to suggest the problems of land-use plan which causes the lack of parking space and to study the improvement of the problems. The land-use plan and the parking plan of the Gyo-dong 2 land development project are examined and the land use and the parking conditions are surveyed. The major cause of parking problem is not to have planned land use realistically. Because of the non-realistic land use plan, the parking demands are underestimated and it has resulted in decreasing the supply of parking space. In addition, the land use and parking managements have been negligent since the land development. In order to improve the parking problem, the change of land use should be considered in land use plan. And actual land use and parking plans should be made and land use management which considers the change of parking demands should be practiced.

The study was carried out to determine the real condition in parking environment improving zone suffering poor supply for demand and then present a solution to it. To this end, the study reviewed the existing data including parking ratio which means percent of the total parking space in the region divided by the number of registered vehicles in the zones and surveyed residents for their awareness of parking lots. The results showed some major findings as follows. Parking ratio is low and illegal parking is serious in the zones, which, as a consequence, it results in lack of parking area in the zones. More than 70% of those who live in the zones had inconvenience during parking. And insufficient space for parking generates illegal parking. Residents in the zones answered that the best way to deal with the parking problems is to create more parking zones. As they had more difficulties having parking spaces, they showed stronger tendency to use newly-built parking lots. The study also gave thought to building private parking lots as a solution to the parking issues in the zones. And it suggested that supporting policies on the private parking lots be strengthened to promote the private parking lots in residential areas. Those policies will gradually improve parking problems in the parking environment improving zone.

This study aims to analyze the parking demand in general hospitals in Chunju. The survey is done to examine the capacity of parking, the time of parking, the frequency of parking, and the actual condition of parking space. As a results of analysis, the conclusion was derived that the parking space is not satisfactory compared to the desired level. Consequently, this study aims to represent the improved parking based on characteristics of parking systems and the practical uses of the parking space in general hospitals.

The aim of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for parking environment in residential areas. Recently, lots of local governments in korea are implementing projects for parking environment improvement. However, there are no indicators for parking environment evaluation except for the rate of parking supply by registered cars. So, it is really difficult to prioritize projects and monitor the result of projects. Therefore, this study presents six indicators for parking environment evaluation and its weights using AHP through the survey. The result of this study proposed the assessment model for parking environment based on indicators and it was found that actual data in Incheon can be simulated in reality. And this result also is expected to help monitoring and selecting projects.
