시멘트산업은 국가 기간산업이자 건설 기초소재 산업으로 성장과 발전을 거듭해왔다. 하지만 최근 들어 각종 규제와 수요 감소, 건설경기 불황의 여파로 다소나마 침체 기미를 보이고 있는 것도 사실이다. 이러한 가운데 저탄소 녹색성장시대의 등장과 함께 $CO_2$ 저감과 에너지 절감, 자원재활용, 환경친화형 생산 시스템 구축 등이 시멘트업계의 새로운 화두로 등장하고 있다. 그렇다면 시멘트산업의 최근 현안은 무엇이며 시멘트산업의 새로운 가능성을 타진하고 미래비전을 제시하기 위해서는 어떤 것을 준비해야 할까? 여기서는 '시멘트산업의 미래'를 주제로 이에 대한 오피니언리더 및 전문가 8인의 의견을 들어보았다.

제12회 한국원산/원자력학회 연차대회가 4월 3일(목)부터 2일간 서울 르네상스 호텔에서 열렸다. 이번 대회에는 미국, 영국, 일본, 캐나다 등 세계 13개국 및 IAEA에서 총 6백여명의 원자력 전문가가 참가했다. 이번 회의의 주제는 "원자력의 지속적인 성장과 환경보전의 길"로서 56명의 전문가들이 원전 연료의 개발, 원전의 운전성능과 안전성향상, 신형로의 개발, 방사성폐기물의 관리 등 업계의 현안에 대해 진지한 토론을 벌였다. 첫날 회의에서는 정수교 대한핵의학회 이사장, 빅토르 미하일로비치 모로코프 국제원자력기구(IAEA)사무차장, 브라이언 에어 영국 AEA테크놀로지 부회장, 버트란드 바레 프랑스원자력학회 회장 등의 특강의 내용을 요약한다.

This study was carried out on specialized library librarians to investigate the status and overall satisfaction of specialized services and to compare the degree of importance and satisfaction of specialized subject data, specialized service places, specialization programs, specialized subject area facilities and environment based on ISA technique in order to derive problems and improvement measures for the operation of specialized libraries. As results, first, it was found that a specialized library subject should be selected based on the characteristics, history, and resources of the library location as well as based on the demand survey of the local residents and users. Second, based on the appropriate program type of specialized subject and the results from users' demand surveys, specialized libraries should develop different types of experience-type, lecture-type, view-type and the likes. Third, specialized library space types can be divided into integrated type, independent-in-integration type, and independent type. Even though it is most ideal to provide independently specialized space, the space must be constructed considering the circumstances and subject of specialization of each library. Fourth, specialized libraries should have at least one dedicated specialist in the corresponding subject. Dedicated specialists should provide lending and reference services related to the specialization such as tidying, browsing, reading and operating specialized programs. And a dedicated specialist must be an expert in the specialized subject and also a librarian who is responsible of the general library operation.

'기후 변화 대응을 위한 탈탄소 에너지로의 접근'을 주제로 한 해외 원자력 전문가 좌담회가 4월 20일 부산 BEXCO 컨벤션홀에서 열렸다. 한국원자력문화재단이 주최한 이번 좌담회는 당일 열린 '2016 한국원자력연차대회'에 참석한 해외 원자력 전문가를 초청하여 마련된 것으로, 민계홍 한국원자력산업회의 상근부회장(좌장 사회), 김호성 한국원자력문화재단 이사장, Geoffrey Rothwell OECD/NEA 수석경제연구원, Tomas $K{\aa}berger$ 스웨덴 Chalmers 공대 에너지정책학과 교수, Rashid Sarkar 방글라데시 공대 기계공학부 교수(원자력위원회 위원장 내정자) 등 원자력 전문가들이 참석하여 2시간에 걸쳐 의견을 나누었다. 좌담회 전문을 게재한다.

This study suggests ameliorated Library and Information Science education, and its curriculum for education of national subject specialists. For that purpose, this study investigates and compares four internal universities, three American universities along with the figures of the present and future subjects to face updated educational plans and prepare to become a new information specialist at ALA(American Library Association), ALISE(Association for Library and Information Science Education), and other agents. The results of this study can be used as the basic data for training 'subject specialist' in the university curriculum.

The objective of this study is to explore the strategies to promote the use of the subject guide for Korean modern literature. To meet this objective this study conducted a survey on users' awareness of the subject guide service and sought out experts' opinions to identify the strategies to promote and improve the subject guide for Korean modern literature. The study proposes the following strategies: 1) Conduct promotional activities utilizing a variety of social media; 2) provide education for the user to enhance understanding of the utility of the subject guide; 3) build a website dedicated to the subject guide service for Korean modern literature; 4) provide an efficient subject-specific bibliography service by improving the quality of the subject guide, by offering full texts, ongoing content updates, and coordination with other institutions and agencies; and 5) tailor the service to user characteristics such as gender, age, occupation, and education level. Suggestions for future directions include research on the collaborative system, additional specific promotional strategies to promote the use of the subject guide, and development of evaluation indicators of the subject guide for Korean modern literature.

Ethical Issues increase when people engage in smart technological systems such as 5G, IoT, Cloud computing services and AI applications. Range of this research is comparison of various literacy concepts and its ethical issues in considering of 5G features and UX. 86 research papers and reports which have been published within the recent 5 years (2017-2022), relating the research subject, are investigated and analyzed. Two results show that various literacies can be grouped into four areas and that some of common issues among those areas as well as unique issues of each area are identified. Based on the literature analysis, an Operational Definition of Ethics-Literacy is presented and the model of ethics-literacy curriculum supporting ethical behavior of 5G information professionals is developed and suggested.

Subject classification of thesis units is essential to serve scholarly information deliverables. However, to date, there is a journal-based topic classification, and there are not many article-level subject classification services. In the case of academic papers among domestic works, subject classification can be a more important information because it can cover a larger area of service and can provide service by setting a range. However, the problem of classifying themes by field requires the hands of experts in various fields, and various methods of verification are needed to increase accuracy. In this paper, we try to classify topics using the unsupervised learning algorithm to find the correct answer in the unknown state and compare the results of the subject classification algorithms using the coherence and perplexity. The unsupervised learning algorithms are a well-known Hierarchical Dirichlet Process (HDP), Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) algorithm.

This study is an attempt to develop a knowledge base with Inference mechanism for document retrieval, which is the core element of expert system. The purpose of this study is to design the knowledge base in order to intellectually process user queries eventually improving the effectiveness of information retrieval, under the assumption that the user who wants to search a certain subject generally lack the prior knowledge about that subject. In this paper, some characteristics of Korean complex nouns are structurally analyzed and are represented in the knowledge base.

영재교육이 우리나라의 미래를 좌우한다는 생각은 이제 매우 설득력을 얻고 있지만 구체적인 학습자료와 이론이 여전히 부족한 상태이다(1999,김주봉). 수학 캠프의 활동에 관한 교육 프로그램은 더욱더 찾아보기 힘들다. 대구광역시 동부교육청 시범영재학급에서는 03년 1월 9일부터 11일까지 2박3일간 동부 계명대학교 자연과학부 백은관에서 영재캠프를 개최하였다. 이번 캠프는 주제탐구중심의 캠프로서 협동심과 창의력중심으로 전국 최초로 이루어졌고, 4학년 22명, 5학년 21명, 6학년 24명 총 67명과 담당장학사1명, 진행도우미 8명, 운영교수진 8명, 체험학습 강사10명 총94명이 참가하였다. 프로그램은 영재교육의 전문가인 교수와 초 중등 현직교사들에 의하여 운영되었고, 프로그램 계획 수립 및 진행총괄은 담당장학사와 본 연구자가 진행하였다. 학생들의 수준의 차이가 적지 않는 데다가 본 연구자는 4개월 동안 캠프를 준비하여 학생들로부터 캠프에 대한 소감을 통하여 결과가 긍정적인 내용이 많아서 매우 성공적인 캠프가 이루어 졌다고 생각한다. 본 고에서는 캠프일정과 운영. 교육프로그램, 주제탐구물 결과에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다.
