The purpose of this study is to raise the importance of information literacy programs for professional secretaries and to present guidelines for organizing them. While the level of projects in secretaries' information service is defined as an influencing factor to the necessity of information literacy programs, the level of scholarships or secretarial science as a major is not. An analysis on education needs of secretaries recommended that curriculum should be composed of 15 topics such as: meta search engines, special search engines, boolean operators, digital libraries, usenet, information centers, internet reference sources, SDI, topic search request, document delivery service, e-journals, commercial databases, fulltext service, search strategy and general search engines.

This study analyzed the Beopmaru, Supreme Court Library of Korea, circulation data to identify user lending patterns and proposed a plan to reflect the analysis results in future user services. In 2022, Beopmaru's collection of books was 212,608, with law books accounting for 73%. However, general books accounted for 83% of actual circulation. Looking at the usage coefficient by topic, the literature field was the most actively used at 5.85, and the law field was the least used at 0.23. In the case of interlibrary loan, both KERIS member institutions and the Korean Bar Association had the highest loan ratios in the legal field, civil law field, and judicial litigation procedure field, in that order. However, member institutions affiliated with KERIS, a legal academic community, were lending law books on a wider range of subject areas than the Korean Bar Association, a practical organization. To improve access to legal information, the Beopmaru public service was implemented, but in reality, the use of reading space was high, and the proportion of general books loaned was much higher. In order to improve this, it seems necessary to strengthen the promotion of Beopmaru loan services, provide personalized services, improve book lending regulations, strengthen online services, and establish a cooperative network.

With the rapid distribution and active usage of the Internet, information search and retrieval through Internet has become a primary form of information access. This ubiquity of information access through Internet means the increased significance of search performance offered by Internet portals, since the optimization of search performance by portal has strong implication for the effective access of information through Internet in general. In this context, this paper investigates the classification scheme used in the directory service of internet portals, which provides selected and organized access to Internet information. First, the author analyzes the deployment of directory classification of standard subdivision topics used in traditional library classification system, with emphasis on the table composed of the form and approach, which are applicable to diverse subject areas. Then, based on this analysis, he proposed a method of applying certain subdivisions of the standard subdivision to directory service of Internet portals.

The purpose of this study is to improve the classification focused on KDC 4th edition for children's materials. For the study, literature study, KDC application and user survey in 51 libraries for children were performed. Based on the results, classification for children's materials is proposed to improve in two ways: classification system itself and arrangement in the shelf. First of all, it is required to scatter the subjects that are centered on specific numbers and to allow various types, characteristics and literature genre of children's materials to be classified in KDC. KDC also should provide specific notes and classification guidelines for interdisciplinary subjects. In the shelf arrangement, it is proposed to consider the introduction of user-friendly call number and arrangement principles by ages or titles. In the end, it is necessary to compose various collections that represent users' needs, and the user education program is needed.

This study was conducted through a focus group interview of 4 teams of 40 nursing students to provide basic data for the development of customized cadaver practice programs and life and nursing ethics education by identifying the anatomical observation experiences of nursing students through cadaver. We tried to grasp the meaning and essence of the anatomical observation experience using the Colaizzi analysis method. As a result of the analysis, 3 categories, 6 theme clusters, and 12 themes were derived. The theme clusters for each category are as follows: Unrest (worry, confrontation), reflection (the boundary between life and death, teaching of the body teacher), growth (step forward, a valuable experience that will never be again). It was an opportunity for nursing students to realize the mystery of the human body and the preciousness of life through the experience of cadaver, and to consider the altruistic life through donation while recognizing that death is also a process of life in a broad sense.

The algorithm of natural number multiplication is one of the basic topics of elementary school mathematics. Mastery of algorithm and understanding of the principles are important educational aims. In this paper we analyzed elementary school mathematics textbooks of South Korea, the United States, Singapore, Japan. As a result of analysis, we found out that there are much differences in the teaching of multiplication with three numbers, '${\times}10$', and '${\times}tens$'. We suggested some implication for the teaching of algorithm of natural number multiplication.

한국과학기술연구원에서는 2007년부터 시작된 중대형가속기구축사업을 통하여 3기의 정전형 가속기를 설치하였다. 1996년에 도입된 2.0 MV Pelletron을 비롯하여 신규 도입된 6 MVTandetron과 400 kV implanter 등 모두 3기의 정전형가속기로 30 keV부터 ~60 MeV까지의 단색 이온빔을 인출, 이용할 수 있는 실험설비의 구축이 완성되었다. 정전형가속기의 주요 활용분야는 femto~atto mole정도의 동위원소를 측정하는 가속기질량분석법(AMS)를 비롯하여 RBS/ERD로 대표되는 이온빔분석법(ion beam analysis, IBA) 그리고 고에너지 이온빔을 이용한 물질 개질분야(ion beam material modification, IBMM)로 크게 분류된다. 이 시설은 당 연구원의 연구 수요 뿐 아니라 국내 연구자의 수요를 아우르는 시설로 계획하고 있다. 여타 실험/분석장비와 달리 가속기시설은본체의 완성 후 활용목적에 맞춰 빔라인의 증설이 필요하며 최근 가장활용성이 큰 가속기질량분석(accelerator mass spectrometry, AMS)의 경우는 활용분야별 시료 전처리 시설과 기술의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 KIST에서는 향후 수년간 활용 분야별 대표적인 주제를 선정하고 필요한 선행연구를 통하여 KIST 이온빔시설에 대한 연구자들의 접근편의성을 제고하고자한다. 본 발표에서는 지난 6년간의 수행된 가속기 시설의 개요와 함께 장차 수행할 선행연구의 방향과 내용을 소개한다(Figure capture). The purpose of this study is explores the trend in Science of early childhood education. The subjects of analysis were the articles in the six journals registered with the Korean Research Foundation. The articles were analyzed by research type, data collection method, data analyzing method, research sample and research subject. As results of this study, the greatest number of research type was the quantitative research, the most frequently used data analyzing method was t-test(difference verification), samples were generally children and the largest number of study subjects were child development.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends and contents of the research related to infant and child safety published in the domestic journals from 2000 to 2018. To analyze this, we selected 136 articles related to child care practice published in the journals from 2000 to 2018. A total of 136 papers were analyzed for frequency, percentage and ${\chi}^2$ using the SPSS Win 23.0 program. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the articles related to child care practice were published the most in 2014~2018. According to the time of study, quantitative research of the articles related to child care practice decreased, but qualitative research of the articles related to child care practice increased. In addition, questionnaire research of the articles related to child care practice decreased, but interview research of the articles related to child care practice increased. It is expected that this research will provide basic data on research topics such as child care practice who need further research.

The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of dental hygienists, who played a significant role in dental sector, about health care management and their needs for education in an attempt to pave the way for the development of a Dental Hygienist Coordination System(DHCS). The subjects were 156 dental hygienists at 85 dental clinics, who were selected in Gwangju based on the data released as of August 2008 by the Dental Association and public health centers in sampling region. A Questionnaire was conducted in person to gather survey data and SPSS 12.0 program was utilized to make a statistical analysis. This results findings suggested that a systematic curriculum should be developed by focusing on coordination theory and practice, counseling and educational practice, health insurance affairs and health insurance fee claim management.
