Many studies have been conducted to analyze factors that affect customer satisfaction, and service quality improvement in the parcel delivery industry. Most of these studies have a limited number of respondents using methods such as surveys and interviews. Therefore, this study aims to supplement the shortcomings of previous studies, by searching and analyzing the common major topics related to the complaints pointed out by consumers and suppliers in the parcel delivery service with cases of consumer counseling, and articles that reflect the complaints of workers in the industry. In addition, by analyzing the trend of these topics, we attempted to discover new topics and suggest implications. In conclusion, topics such as delay/lost/wrong deliveries as well as the fierce competition in the parcel delivery industry, turned out to be central aspects. As a result of the topic trend analysis, talks with international couriers have recently increased, and many conflicts related to apartment parcel delivery have been dealt with. The topics presented in this study are mainly focused on the contents of previous studies, but we expect that new and valuable topics can be derived by adding other data and analysis methods, such as internal counseling and academic literature.

Recently, radio frequency energy transfer (RFET) attracts more and more interests for powering sensor nodes in the wireless sensor network (WSN). In the conventional WSN, reducing energy consumption of sensor nodes is of primary importance. On the contrary, in the WSN with RFET, reducing energy consumption is not an important issue. However, in the WSN with RFET, the energy harvesting rate of each sensor node depends on its location, which causes the unbalanced available energy among sensor nodes. Hence, to improve the performance of the WSN with RFET, it is important to develop network protocols considering this property. In this paper, we study this issue with jointly considering routing, scheduling, and power control in the WSN with RFET. In addition, we study this issue with considering two different objectives: 'Max-min' with which we tries to maximize the performance of a sensor node having the minimum performance and 'Max-min fairness' with which we tries to achieve max-min fairness among sensor nodes. We show that our solutions can improve network performance significantly and we also discuss the differences between 'Max-min' and 'Max-min fairness'.
The purpose of this study is to examine psychological difficulties that elderly women experience in each divorce decision making stage and they are shown by counselling cases made with elderly women who got divorced in their early stage of elderly life. For this purpose, total 18 counseling cases were collected from November 2012 to March 2013 and a qualitative analysis was made accordingly. The result of this study was made by analyzing meaningful subjects emerged in individual testimonies during a counseling process and it shows that the decision to divorce goes through stages such as , , , , , and . In addition, psychological difficulties experienced in a divorce decision process appear to be, , , , , , and . It is meaningful that this study provides counseling strategies for psychosocial support of the elderly women who go through difficulties in their divorce decision making process.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the life and poetry of Hanchung. The reason for studying Hanchong is because there is no research on Hanchong until now. In Chapter 2, I looked at the life and poetry of Hanchung. One thing to pay attention to in the life of Hanchung is that Hanchung has excellent writing ability. When Hanchung went to the envoys in China, Hanchung was recognized for outstanding Chinese writing by Chinese officials. Another thing to pay attention to in the life of Hanchung is the upright character of Hanchung. Hanchung judged Nam-gon as a delicate person and did not live a life to cooperate with him. He vigorously rejected Namgon. Because of that, Hanchung was killed by Namgon. In Chapter 3, I examined the poems of Hanchung. The poem of Hanchung can be divided into three kinds. First, it reveals the love of the people. This comes from the heart of a child who pity the poor. Second, it is the mind to live while keeping the fidelity of life. This is reflected in the images of bamboo, pine and pine trees. Third, poetry criticizes reality. There are poems in Hanchung that reveal criticism of loneliness and reality. This is a political reality that is not right at the base. So, it can be said that it is a city that reveals the reality criticism after all.
This thesis is for clarifying a few aspects of 'Kyung(敬)' ideology and figures appearing in Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem. This ideology and figures is a kind of a imaginative thing that a poet designed. This feature is a very important subject of Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem world, so that we are going to make it clear. First, we focused his aspirations of virtual uncontaminated areas and found out his big store of life wisdom and knowledge. The second is we thought about a displaying a emphasis of proud spirit[氣像] in his own poem world, and we found that he saw things from an unworldly point of view. Finally we talked about several features of Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem world. Now we have to compare Yeheon(旅軒)'s poem and any other Dohakpa(道學派) poets for example Toegye(退溪), Hwejae(晦齋) etc. And we must clarify the whole poem world of Dohakpa(道學派). In the end, I'm so sure that we will get a prospect of their literature.

Research using AI and big data is also being actively conducted in the health and medical fields such as disease diagnosis and treatment. Most of the existing research data used cohort data from research institutes or some patient data. In this paper, the difference in the prediction rate of survival and the factors affecting survival between breast cancer patients in their 40~50s and other age groups was revealed using health insurance review claim data held by the HIRA. As a result, the accuracy of predicting patients' survival was 0.93 on average in their 40~50s, higher than 0.86 in their 60~80s. In terms of that factor, the number of treatments was high for those in their 40~50s, and age was high for those in their 60~80s. Performance comparison with previous studies, the average precision was 0.90, which was higher than 0.81 of the existing paper. As a result of performance comparison by applied algorithm, the overall average precision of Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting was 0.90, and the recall was 1.0, and the precision of multi-layer perceptrons was 0.89, and the recall was 1.0. I hope that more research will be conducted using machine learning automation(Auto ML) tools for non-professionals to enhance the use of the value for health insurance review claim data held by the HIRA.
As one of the image symbols, the second frame has rich symbolic metaphor. In previous studies, second frames are mostly presented in physical forms such as doors, windows, but in <The Power of the Dog>, there are various forms of second frames, providing more types for the study of second frames. Panofsky's Iconology has put forward a rigorous research method on how to interpret the meaning of image symbols in the picture. This study aims to use Panofsky's Iconology to analyze the second frame in <the Power of the dog>. The purpose is to expand the methodology of film image research and break through the problem that the Iconology analysis of film image stays in narrative analysis (iconographical analysis). It can be seen from the results of this study that the second frame has different visual presentation according to the requirements of narrative. In the narrative of the film, it symbolizes the depressed tone of the film and the stressful relationship between different characters. What director Campion wants to show through the second frame is that in the film industry where the problem of women is getting better, the motif of feminist film creation has changed from the expression of female appeals in binary opposition to the expression of the appeals of diverse groups in "decentralization."
It can be said that it has various effects on the organization depending on the leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the main agent of management. In this study, Servant Leadership is the subject of research, and the concept of Servant Leadership is established as Servant Leadership, in which subordinates who are members of a corporate organization perceive their bosses in the course of performing their duties. In this study, we examined the impact of Servant leadership on job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, analyzed the impact of Servant leadership on subordinates, and analyzed the mediated effects of ethics in relation to Servant leadership and job performance. The subjects of this study conducted a survey of 300 workers at small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide from March 15 to April 20, 2021, and used 273 data as empirical analysis data. Data analysis uses the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 Statistical Analysis programs. Research has shown that Servant leadership is affecting job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance. These results are absolutely necessary for management practice in various ways, such as strengthening servant leadership, to enhance job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, so it is necessary to develop and implement a program to feel unity with the organization. Therefore, organizational leaders need to create new ideas and actions to suit their objectives. To do so, it suggests that it is important to create a horizontal organizational structure in which fresh views can be derived rather than a vertical organizational structure that follows only the command system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of experimental learning using Small-Scale Chemistry (SSC) on science achievement and scientific attitude of high school students. SSC experiments were devised for 5 experiment themes of high school science textbook. Two classes were chosen from a high school in Busan and adopted into the comparison group and the experimental group; one group with thirty-four students participated in the class with an experimental learning using the SSC (experimental group), and another group with thirty-seven students participated in the class with the traditional learning (comparison group). The major discoveries of this study were as follows: Experimental learning using SSC has shown a significant difference between two groups in the science achievement of the students. Also there was a statistical difference between these two groups in the test which was conducted after a month to find out the durability of the experiment. Thus, the learning using SSC is assumed to be durable. Furthermore, there was a significant difference in scientific attitude between the two groups. It seemed that the learning using SSC had a good influence on fanning students' scientific attitude. In conclusion, an experimental learning using SSC has a positive effect on scientific achievement, the durability and scientific attitude of the students. We hope to develop suitable and various experimental learning materials using the SSC program that can be adopted in the classroom soon.
Thanks to the rapid development of information technologies, the data available on Internet have grown rapidly. In this era of big data, many studies have attempted to offer insights and express the effects of data analysis. In the tourism and hospitality industry, many firms and studies in the era of big data have paid attention to online reviews on social media because of their large influence over customers. As tourism is an information-intensive industry, the effect of these information networks on social media platforms is more remarkable compared to any other types of media. However, there are some limitations to the improvements in service quality that can be made based on opinions on social media platforms. Users on social media platforms represent their opinions as text, images, and so on. Raw data sets from these reviews are unstructured. Moreover, these data sets are too big to extract new information and hidden knowledge by human competences. To use them for business intelligence and analytics applications, proper big data techniques like Natural Language Processing and data mining techniques are needed. This study suggests an analytical approach to directly yield insights from these reviews to improve the service quality of hotels. Our proposed approach consists of topic mining to extract topics contained in the reviews and the decision tree modeling to explain the relationship between topics and ratings. Topic mining refers to a method for finding a group of words from a collection of documents that represents a document. Among several topic mining methods, we adopted the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm, which is considered as the most universal algorithm. However, LDA is not enough to find insights that can improve service quality because it cannot find the relationship between topics and ratings. To overcome this limitation, we also use the Classification and Regression Tree method, which is a kind of decision tree technique. Through the CART method, we can find what topics are related to positive or negative ratings of a hotel and visualize the results. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the representation of an analytical approach for the improvement of hotel service quality from unstructured review data sets. Through experiments for four hotels in Hong Kong, we can find the strengths and weaknesses of services for each hotel and suggest improvements to aid in customer satisfaction. Especially from positive reviews, we find what these hotels should maintain for service quality. For example, compared with the other hotels, a hotel has a good location and room condition which are extracted from positive reviews for it. In contrast, we also find what they should modify in their services from negative reviews. For example, a hotel should improve room condition related to soundproof. These results mean that our approach is useful in finding some insights for the service quality of hotels. That is, from the enormous size of review data, our approach can provide practical suggestions for hotel managers to improve their service quality. In the past, studies for improving service quality relied on surveys or interviews of customers. However, these methods are often costly and time consuming and the results may be biased by biased sampling or untrustworthy answers. The proposed approach directly obtains honest feedback from customers' online reviews and draws some insights through a type of big data analysis. So it will be a more useful tool to overcome the limitations of surveys or interviews. Moreover, our approach easily obtains the service quality information of other hotels or services in the tourism industry because it needs only open online reviews and ratings as input data. Furthermore, the performance of our approach will be better if other structured and unstructured data sources are added.
