자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자기주장행동 및 의사소통에 미치는 효과에 관한 융합 연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effects of Assertiveness Training on Nurses' Fear of Negative Evaluation, Assertiveness Behavior, and Communication Competency)

  • 본 연구는 자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자기주장행동 및 의사소통에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 2개 대학교 간호대학원생으로 실험군 14명, 대조군 18명 총 32명이었다. 자료 수집 기간은 2018년 3월 13일부터 2018년 5월 8일까지이었다. 실험군에게는 주 1회, 180분씩 총 6회기 본 프로그램을 진행한 후 교육 전과 후에 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 Fisher's exact test, $x^2-test$, t-test를 사용하였다. 연구결과 자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 자기주장행동과 의사소통에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 융복합 기반 시대 흐름에 맞춰 간호사의 자기 주장능력과 의사소통능력 함양을 위한 효과적인 훈련방안 개선에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 신고리 5 6호기 공사 중단과 탈핵을 주장하는 900여개 환경 시민단체가 7월 27일 '안전한 세상을 위한 신고리 5 6호기 백지화 시민행동'을 발족했다. 이들은 선언문을 통해 "우리 사회가 안전한 탈핵세상으로 가기 위해서는 신고리 5 6호기 백지화가 그 첫걸음이 돼야 한다. 여러 어려운 점이 발생할 수 있지만, 함께 노력한다면 충분히 극복가능한 문제"라며 "우리는 이번 공론화과정이 충분한 시민들의 참여와 토론으로 에너지 민주주의를 실현하는 과정이 돼야 한다고 생각한다"고 밝혔다.

간호대학교 학생과 교육대학교 학생의 분노표현, 주장행동 및 자아존중감 비교 (Comparison of Anger Expression, Assertive Behavior, and Self-esteem between a Nursing Student Group and an Educational Student Group)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to compare the degree of anger expression, assertive behavior, and self-esteem between a nursing student group and an educational student group, and to identify factors affecting their self-esteem. Methods: This study adopted the descriptive comparative design. Data were collected by interviewing 97 nursing students and 89 educational students from three nursing schools and one educational school in Daegu, Korea from November to December, 2008. Results: Major findings of this study were as follows. 1) The educational student group had a higher self-esteem score than the nursing student group. 2) There were significant correlations among anger expression, assertive behavior, and self-esteem. 3) Self-esteem was significantly associated with Grade Point Average (GPA) and assertive behavior in the nursing student group with 17.2% variance, and with assertive behavior and anger-out in the educational student group with 24.1% variance. Conclusion: These results may contribute to better understanding of hurt, anger expression, assertive behavior, and self-esteem in nursing students and educational students. Based on the results, there, it is required to develop programs that prompt students' self-esteem.

발표수업이 교직이수 간호대학생의 분노표현, 주장행동 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Lecture on Oral Presentation on Anger Expression, Assertive Behavior, and Self-Esteem in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a lecture on oral presentation and to evaluate changes in anger expression, assertive behavior, and self-esteem after lecture on oral presentation. Methods: The design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were university students in nursing, of which 17 were assigned to the experimental group and 15 to the control group. The education was carried out for 2 hours, once a week for 14 weeks. Data was analyzed with SPSS/WIN 14 program, and included chi-square test, independent t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. Results: Lecture on oral presentation showed significant differences in the changes of anger expression (F=10.122, p=.003) and assertive behavior (F=8.498, p=.007). Conclusion: Findings suggest that this lecture on oral presentation was effective in changing students' anger expression and assertive behavior. Therefore this lecture on oral presentation is recommended for inclusion in education for university students in nursing.

주장훈련이 임상실습시 간호학생이 느끼는 불안과 주장행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of Assertive Training on the State Anxiety and Assertive Behavior of Nursing Students Experiencing Clinical Practice Training)

  • This study was tried to investigate the effectiveness of assertive training on the state anxiety and assertive behavior which nursing students had experienced during clinical practice training from April 29, to June 5, 2000. Subjects for this study were thirty-six nursing students of practicing in a general hospital. Eighteen nursing students were assigned for the experimental group and trained by assertive training program during 4 weeks and eighteen nursing students were assigned for the control group. The assertive training program was composed of cognitive, behavioral and emotional assertive training. Post- test assessment was administrated to all subjects on a week later after the last session. The data were analyzed with SPSS PC programs. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on post- intervention comparisons of the state anxiety score (p=0.230), but in the experimental group, the anxiety score more decreased after the assertive training than that in the control group with significant differences(p=0.019). 2) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on post- intervention comparisons of assertive behavior (p=0.530). However, after the assertive training, the experimental group became more assertive than the control group with no significant differences(p=0.721). 3) The hypothesis that the more the assertive behavior, the less the state anxiety experienced by nursing students of clinical practice training was supported(r=-0.397, p=0.017). On the basis of this study results, the assertive training is effective for the reduction of the state anxiety experienced by nursing students of clinical practice training.

주장훈련이 간호학생의 주장행동, 문제해결 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Assertiveness Training on Assertiveness Behavior, Problem Solving Ability, and Interpersonal Relationships of Nursing College Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of assertiveness training on assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and interpersonal relationships of nursing college students. Methods: A nonequivalent pre- and post-test experimental design was used. This study included 15 subjects in the experimental group, and 15 subjects in the control group, who were sophomore nursing students recruited from Gachon Nursing School located in Inchon City. The experimental group received 8 series of a ready planned and reorganized assertiveness training course, while the control group did not receive any training. The 120 minute training session was held on a weekly basis. The Maan-Whitney U Test was done to identify the changes in scores of assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and interpersonal relationships between the experimental and the control groups, after the assertiveness training. The data were collected before and after each part of the assertiveness training. The data collection period was from May 7 to July 10, 2001. Results: 1) The assertiveness behavior scores of the nursing students who participated in the assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not participate in the assertiveness training. 2) The self problem solving evaluation scores of the nursing students who received assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not receive the training. 3) The interpersonal relationship scores of the nursing students who participated in the assertiveness training were higher than those of the nursing students who did not participate in the assertiveness training. Conclusion: The study results showed that the assertiveness training was effective in promoting assertiveness behavior, problem solving ability, and changes in interpersonal relationships in nursing college students. It is suggested that well designed strategies are needed in the further studies in order to expand and apply the assertiveness training to other nursing student and nurse cohorts.

'블랙컨슈머 행동'과 종사원의 조직일탈행동 : 격려의 조절효과 ('Black Consumer Behavior' and Organizational Misbehavior : The Moderating Effects of encourage)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스 산업에서 고객의 '블랙컨슈머 행동'을 지각한 종사원이 조직에 미치는 부정적 행동인 '조직일탈행동'에 미치는 영향과 조직내 '격려'의 조절효과를 분석을 통해 관리적 시사점의 제공이다. 특히, Adler(1991)는 격려가 개인의 인지적 도식 틀에 긍정적 기대를 주입하는 것으로 인지, 정서, 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 주장(Dinkmeyer and Losoncy, 1996)하였다. 이러한 Adler(1991) 주장을 근거로 고객의 블랙컨슈머 행동을 지각한 노동자의 반응행동에 대한 격려의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 블랙컨슈머 행동, 조직일탈행동, 격려에 대한 연구모형을 설계하였다. 2015년 11월 15일부터 12월 3일까지 부산지역 호텔, 카지노, 면세점 그리고 외식 서비스 종사원 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였다. 그 중 279부를 회수(회수율은 86.4%)하였고, 회수된 설문지 중에서 무성의한 응답 또는 무응답이 많은 부실응답 설문지를 제외하여 262부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 블랙컨슈머 행동은 조직일탈행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 격려는 블랙컨슈머 행동 중 과도성과 조직일탈행동에 대한 유의적인 조절효과가 있다는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 블랙컨슈머에 노출된 서비스 노동자에 대한 관리적 시사점을 제공하였다.

간호대학생의 성격유형과 주장훈련이 주장행동, 갈등관리 양식에 미치는 영향 (The Relationships of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Assertiveness Training to Assertiveness Behavior and Conflict Management Mode)

  • Due to the fact that nurses may deal with diverse populations in the work place, it is very important for then to maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with clients. Nurses should maintain diverse types of relationships appropriately with patients with special needs and their families during crisis, other nursing colleagues and staff on the same team, clients in the school or work place as well as the community. In particular, a hospital is a society with a system and hierarchy, and the importance of interpersonal relationships is much more emphasized. In interpersonal relationships, it is very important for a person to communicate with others in an accurate manner, and when the communication is not achieved appropriately, the person may have troubles and experience distress and conflicts because of the inaccurate communication of thoughts. According to the findings of previous studies, nurses actually experience much distress in the work place because of the miscommunication that they have with others. The purpose of this study was to observe a correlation between Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and assertiveness behavior, and to exam the effects of assertiveness training on the assertiveness behavior and conflict management mode. The subjects of this study included 20 persons in the experimental group and 20 persons the in control group. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was applied before the study. The assertiveness training group received six, 120 minutes sessions over a 3 week period. Pre-test on assertiveness behavior, Communication Conflict Inventory-General, Role Conflict Inventory- General, Conflict Management Mode was achieved for all the subjects prior to the training. Post-test was administered to all the subjects one week following the last session. The data were analyzed using SPSS PC program to obtain findings on mean. standard distribution, t-test, and Pearson correlation. The results are as follows: (1) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Introvert/Extrovert was correlated to assertive behavior and avoid- response type conflict management mode. (2) The assertiveness training was correlated to assertiveness behavior, communication conflict degree, and avoid- response type conflict management mode. (3) The post-test scores between the training group and the control group were significantly different in assertiveness behavior and avoid-response type conflict management mode. It is suggested that more studies need to be done to differentiate the effects of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and assertiveness training on assertiveness behavior and avoid-response type conflict management mode.

지적 영재유아 판별의 절차와 과제

  • 본 연구에서는 만 6세 미만의 유아기 아동을 대상으로 영재판별의 필요성과 가능성을 살펴보고 지적 영재성을 진단할 수 있는 세부적인 방법들과 과제를 논의하였다. 6세미만의 유아기부터 지적 영재성은 더 나이든 아동의 특성과 유사한 행동특성으로 나타난다는 것이 부모의 관찰과 연구자들의 보고에 의해 밝혀져 있다. 단지 유아기에는 아동의 현재 수행보다 앞으로 보일 수행가능성 즉 잠재성의 측정이 중요하며 특히 유아의 여러 기능들이 서로 잘 분화되지 않은 점을 감안할 때 보다 과학적이고 포괄적인 판별이 필요하다는 것을 주장하였다. 구체적인 영재유아의 판별방법은 부모나 교사의 일상행동관찰에 의한 의뢰, 영재아 행동평가지, 간편 검사 그리고 개인별 세부 검사 등을 통한 종합적인 평가와 단계적 방법이 효율적임을 주장하였다. 특히 어린 유아의 경우 발달과정에서의 변이성이 크기 때문에 반복적 평가가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 사용하는 영재판별방법들의 종류와 검사자의 자질, 실시상의 주의점을 살펴보았으며 특히 영재아의 여러 특성을 올바로 진단할 수 있는 전문가와 다양한 검사방법이 개발이 중요하다는 것을 정리하였다. 끝으로 영재판별이 영재아에 대한 최적 교육환경의 제공이라는 점에서 조기 발견이 무엇보다 중요하다는 점을 강조하였다.
