Attention based multimodal model for Korean speech recognition post-editing (한국어 음성인식 후처리를 위한 주의집중 기반의 멀티모달 모델)

  • 최근 음성인식 분야에서 신경망 기반의 종단간 모델이 제안되고 있다. 해당 모델들은 음성을 직접 입력받아 전사된 문장을 생성한다. 음성을 직접 입력받는 모델의 특성상 데이터의 품질이 모델의 성능에 많은 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 종단간 모델의 문제점을 해결하고자 음성인식 결과를 후처리하기 위한 멀티모달 기반 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 음성과 전사된 문장을 입력 받는다. 입력된 각각의 데이터는 Encoder를 통해 자질을 추출하고 주의집중 메커니즘을 통해 Decoder로 추출된 정보를 전달한다. Decoder에서는 전달받은 주의집중 메커니즘의 결과를 바탕으로 후처리된 토큰을 생성한다. 본 논문에서는 후처리 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 word error rate를 사용했으며, 실험결과 Google cloud speech to text모델에 비해 word error rate가 8% 감소한 것을 확인했다.

  • In this paper, we analyze the interaction features using eye-tracker and the characteristics of attention concentration of children with intellectual disabilities, and present gamification elements that can be used when designing digital contents for them. For children with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, eye-trackers will increase the accessibility of digital contents. Foreground gamification can be used for selective attention concentration, background gamification and intrinsic motivation to sustain attention concentration, and foreground gamification and extrinsic motivation for mobility.

Factors which Hinder Attention in Online Classes and Solutions (온라인 수업에서 주의 집중을 저해하는 요인과 해결방안)

  • Unlike in-person classes, such as classroom classes, various variables affect learning effectiveness in online classes. In online classes, the teacher must recognize various variables of learners in advance, and if there are variables that hinder learning, students can increase the concentration of learning attention by removing them. Therefore, it is necessary to study which variables distract attention. In this study, factors that inhibit attentional attention that may occur in online classes were selected, and factors analysis was conducted through questionnaires. As a result of the study, the factors of class progression, environment and device manipulation were indicated as the factors that hinder the attention in online classes. According to the results of this study, plans to increase attention in on-line classes were suggested.

  • The design of children's hospitals is highly dependent on color schemes. As a space shared together by both adults and children, the design of children's hospitals require color coordination that takes account of the users' characteristics. However, because the majority of prior research on color perception has focused overly on the emotional aspects, there is a necessity for more rational and scientific analyses to identify the characteristics of the visual perception of colors. Adopting this perspective in analyzing the characteristics of the visual perception of colors, this study aims to move beyond the abstract to focus on more objective methods, such as eye-tracking experiments, to examine the characteristics of hospital visitors' visual attention with respect to colors. Visual perception tracking experiment was conducted on the 2 chosen experimental images with a target group made up of adults and children, the following results were found. Firstly, spaces created with the preference colors of the different groups were found to develop a characteristic of developing higher attention. Secondly, observing the common tendencies for attention for adults and children, the highest region for visual concentration was formed towards the middle, as attention progresses to lower stages visually focused area changes in the order of upper-middle, left and right, and lower regions and edge regions show characteristics of not triggering attention Thirdly, it is understood that children's level of attention drops a lot faster than adults when identifying space therefore it is suspected that children need more elaborate color coordination than adults.

A Joint Learning Model for Speech-act Analysis and Slot Filling Using Bidirectional GRU-CRF Based on Attention Mechanism (주의집중 메커니즘 기반의 양방향 GRU-CRF를 이용한 화행 분석과 슬롯 필링 공동 학습 모델)

  • 화행 분석이란 자연어 발화를 통해 나타나는 화자의 의도를 파악하는 것을 말하며, 슬롯 필링이란 자연어 발화에서 도메인에 맞는 정보를 추출하기 위해 미리 정의되어진 슬롯에 대한 값을 찾는 것을 말한다. 최근 화행 분석과 슬롯 필링 연구는 딥 러닝 기반의 공동 학습을 이용하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고 본 논문에서는 한국어 특허상담 도메인 대화 말뭉치를 이용하여 공동 학습 모델을 구축하고 개별적인 모델과 성능을 비교한다. 또한 추가적으로 공동 학습 모델에 주의집중 메커니즘을 적용하여 성능이 향상됨을 보인다. 최종적으로 주의집중 메커니즘 기반의 공동 학습 모델이 기준 모델과 비교하여 화행 분류와 슬롯 필링 성능이 각각 3.35%p, 0.54%p 향상되어 85.41%, 80.94%의 성능을 얻었다.

  • 교육현장에는 주의집중력이 부족하고 학습태도가 잘 형성되지 않은 학생들이 많다. 이러한 학생들은 학습에 대한 효과가 떨어질 뿐만 아니라 수업활동에도 방해가 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 음악치료이론을 이용하여 주의집중력을 향상시키고 학습태도가 잘 형성될 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 제안한 방법을 홈페이지로 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 홈페이지를 교육현장에 적용한 결과는 학생들의 주의집중력이 향상되고 학습태도에 긍정적인 변화가 있음을 보여준다.

  • 최근 신경망 번역 모델에 주의 집중 네트워크가 제안되어 기존의 기계 번역 모델인 규칙 기반 번역 모델, 통계적 번역 모델에 비해 높은 번역 성능을 보이고 있다. 그러나 주의 집중 네트워크가 잘못 모델링되는 경우 과소 번역 현상이 나타난다. 신경망 번역 모델에 커버리지 메커니즘을 추가하여 과소 번역 현상을 완화하는 연구가 진행되었으나 이는 모델의 구조를 변경해야하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 신경망 번역 모델의 구조를 변경하지 않고 새로운 손실 함수를 정의하여 과소 번역 현상을 완화하는 방법을 제안한다. 한-영 번역 실험을 통해 제안한 주의 집중 네트워크의 정규화 방법이 커버리지 메커니즘의 목적을 효율적으로 달성함을 보인다.

Korean Question Generation Using Co-Attention Layer of Answer and Passage (정답과 구절의 공동 주의 집중 계층을 이용한 한국어 질문 생성)

  • 질문 생성이란 구절이 입력되면 구절에서 답을 찾을 수 있는 질문을 자동으로 생성하는 작업으로 교육용 시스템, 대화 시스템, QA 시스템 등 다양한 분야에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 질문 생성에서 정답의 단어가 질문에 포함되는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 구절과 정답을 분리한다. 하지만 구절과 정답을 분리하게 되면 구절에서 정답의 정보가 손실되고, 정답에서는 구절의 문맥 정보가 손실되어 정답 유형에 맞는 질문을 생성할 수 없는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 분리된 정답과 구절의 정보를 연결시켜주는 정답과 구절의 공동 주의 집중 계층을 제안한다. 23,658개의 질문-응답 쌍의 말뭉치를 이용한 실험에서 정답과 구절의 공동 주의 집중 계층이 성능 향상에 기여해 우수한 성능(BLEU-26.7, ROUGE-57.5)을 보였다.

The Effects of Sensory Integration Intervention Combined With Auditory Perception Training on Sensory Processing, Visual Perception and Attention of Children With Developmental Delay: Single-Subject Design (청지각 훈련과 병행한 감각통합치료가 발달지연 아동의 감각처리, 시 지각 발달, 주의집중에 미치는 영향: 개별실험연구)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is investigate the effects of sensory integration combined with auditory treatment on the sensory processing, visual perception and attention ability of children with developmental delay. Methods : A combined treatment of auditory training and sensory integration therapy was implemented to 3 children aged 4 to 7 and diagnosed with developmental delay during 9 weeks period from December 2016 to January 2017. ABA' design which is one of single subject research designs was used in this study. Baseline A had 4 sessions, intervention B had 15 sessions, and baseline A' had 4 sessions, so 23 sessions were applied in total. During the baseline A and A 'periods, visual perception ability was measured by K-DTVP-2 (Korea Developmental Test Visual Perception-2) and sensory processing ability was evaluated by sensory profile. The maintenance time of attention was measured with the absence of intervention for the baseline period, and for the intervention period, it was measured at 10 minutes break time which was provided after the intervention. The children's attention time during a fine motor task provided were measured using video recorder with the interval recording method, and the interval for the evaluation was 30 seconds. Results : No statistically significant difference were found in the visual perception function and sensory processing scores before and after treatment. Attention of participant A enhanced significantly while that of participant B and C did not improve significantly. Conclusion : It is hard to conclude that sensory integration therapy combined with auditory perception training has positive effects on visual perception function and attention of children with developmental delays. However, there were significant increase in attention and improvements in behavior related to sensory processing for some cases in this study. In further study, longer intervention periods and valid measurement need to be applied in order to get better results. And it is proposed that more studies need to be done to enhance evidence of auditory perception training as a mean to facilitate attention and to prepare learning.

The Influences of Cognitive Conflict, Situational Interest, and Learning Process Variables on Conceptual Change in Cognitive onflict Strategy with an Alternative Hypothesis (대안가설이 도입된 인지갈등 전략에서 인지갈등 및 상황흥미와 학습 과정 변인이 개념변화에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we investigated the influences of cognitive conflict and situational interest induced by a discrepant event and an alternative hypothesis, attention and state learning strategies on conceptual change. A preconception test was administered to 486 seventh graders. They also completed the questionnaires of cognitive response and situational interest to a discrepant event before/after presenting an alternative hypothesis. After learning the concept of density with a CAI program as conceptual change intervention, the tests of attention, state learning strategies, and conceptual understanding were administered as posttests. Analyses of the results for 197 students having misconceptions about density revealed that post-cognitive conflict was significantly higher than pre-cognitive conflict. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the test scores of pre-situational interest and post-situational interest. Pre-cognitive conflict only exerted a direct effect on post-cognitive conflict, while post-cognitive conflict exerted a direct effect and Journal of the Korean Chemical Society an indirect effect via attention on conceptual understanding. Both pre- and post-situational interests were found to influence on conceptual understanding via attention. Attention had influences positively on deep learning strategy and negatively on surface learning strategy. There was a relatively small effect of state learning strategies on conceptual understanding.
