  • 최근 국내에서 많이 건설되어지고 있는 주상복합 건축물은 하부의 골조형식과 상부의 벽식 구조가 결합된 구조형식을 가지고 있다 따라서 지진 발생시 동일한 형식을 가진 건축물과는 상이하고 복잡한 반응을 보이게 된다 이러한 건축물의 등가정적 해석시 국내 규준에서는 기타구조물로 분류하여 3.5 의 반응수정계수를 적용하고 있다 그러나 이 계수는 검증되어지지 않는 상태로 사용되어지고 있으므로 상당한 위험성을 내포하고 있다 본 연구에서는 단순화한 주상복합 건물의 해석 및 실제의 건물에 대한 3차원 비선형 해석을 통하여 반응수정계수를 유도하였다 유도된 반응수정계수는 ATC 기준과 우리나라 기준의 차이를 고려한 보정을 수행하였다.

  • The structural system of a hybrid building is composed of upper shear wall which resist lateral force by bending deformation and lower frame which resist lateral force by shear deformation. A deep transfer girder is used to transfer gravity load safely from super structures to structural frame beneath. Because of the vertical discontinuity, a building with transfer girder must be analyzed by dynamic analysis. However, this structural system has many problems in performing dynamic analysis that cannot be solved by general analysis procedure. The slabs In transfer floor are considered as either a Plate element or a rigid diaphragm in finite element analysis without appropriate evaluation of their characteristics. Therefore, a reasonable analysis method is proposed in this study by evaluating the diaphragm effect of a hybrid structure system.

  • Recently, Housing projects in the center of the Metropolis are getting higher, larger, more complex gradually, the resources are increasing greatly. Especially, the right manpower in the right place could quite important factor because the construction cites are wide and many subcontractors and labors throw into finish works in High-rise Housing projects. Differing from apartment building projects. it is only four or five years that high rise building projects are started so, there is little data for manpower information. Furthermore it is difficult that the data gathering and managing because manpower management is usually used to execute by subcontractors from supply to demand. Consequently, this study, proposed develop management for accurate manpower plan and efficient collection and practical use of manpower information through analysis of present condition in construction sites

  • As buildings are changing variously from the side of use, efficiency and size, the construction qualities are more importantly recognized. Supervision system was enacted in the Residential Building Law in 1990 and responsibility supervision system in the Construction Engineering Management Law in 1994, respectively. However, recently revised supervision system in 2003 has some limitations: the present problems of appointing supervisor, disposing the supervisors, supervisor's works. Therefore, the aim of this study is to improve the present supervision system for mix-use residential building. By implementing the proposed revised supervision system, it will be able to expect quality improvement, confidence of the owner and the user, development of construction technology, and increase international competitiveness of supervision company.

  • Recently, the most of domestic high-rise residential complex buildings are constructed with reinforced concrete structures, which may bring structural problems during construction. This study is aimed to analyze structural safety and lateral load-resisting performance of RC high-rise residential complex building under construction. The tower-typed building with 60 floors is selected as a sample model, and numerical analyses are performed. The structural performances of building structures at construction stages, which are resulted form the analyses of numerical models completed up to 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, or 60th floor, are compared to those of the completed building structure. For the comparisons of structural performances, modal shapes and fundamental periods of building structures, lateral load-resisting performances, and structural design performances of structural members are considered. The lateral displacement and story drift ratio are analyzed for lateral load-resisting performances, and comparisons of design ratios at construction and design stages are performed for structural design performances of structural members. The guideline of design loads and structural analysis schemes for checking the safety of RC high-rise building under construction is presented.

  • 면진기술은 주로 저층 구조물의 내진설계에서 적용되는 방법으로 건물과 기초사이에 면진장치를 설치하여 상부로 전달되는 지진하중을 효과적으로 감소시킨다. 그러나 이 방법은 중.고층 구조물에 그대로 적용하기에는 여러 가지 기술적 문제가 따르므로, 구보물의 중간층 일부를 분리시켜 상부로 전달되는 지진력을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다. 본 노문에서는 저층 뿐만 아니라, 중.고층 정형구조물의 주상복합건물과 같은 비정형 구조물에 대하여 구조물의 중간층 일부를 비선형 면진장치로 면진시키고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 중간층 면진 구조물의 경우, 고정기초 구조물에 비하여 적은 층간변위나 층전단력이 발생하였으며, 특히 주상복합건물에서 상당한 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

Efficient Analysis of Building Structures with a Rigid Floor System (주상복합건물의 효율적인 지진해석)

  • Very stiff floor system in a residential-commercial building causes some problems in the numerical analysis procedure due to significant difference in stiffness with adjacent elements. Static analysis of structure with a stiff transfer-floor can be performed approximately in two steps for upper and lower parts for the structure. However, it is impossible to perform dynamic analysis in two steps with separate models. An efficient method for dynamic analysis of a structure with a right floor system is proposd in this study. The matrix condensation technique is employed to reduce the degree of freedom for upper and lower parts of the structure and a beam elements with rigid bodies at both ends are introduce to model the rigid floor system. Efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method are verified through analysis of several example structures.
