An Advanced Phase Angle Measurement Algorithm And Error Analysis (개선된 위상 측정 알고리즘과 오차 해석)

  • An advanced algorithm for measurement of phase angle between two sinusoidal signals is proposed in this paper. This algorithm uses discrete sample data of two input signals for calculation of phase angle and amplitude. And the key parameters of the measurement algorithm are described by analytical express, so the calculation of phase angle is simplified. In this paper it is proved that harmonic distortion of the input sinusoidal signals does not affect the measurement value of phase angle by using the proposed algorithm when a whole cycle is sampled. And measurement error by the white Gaussian noise is very small compared by other algorithms.

  • This paper raises a question of whether a simple periodic phenomenon is associated with the topology and provides the convincing answers to it. A variety of music instrumental sound signals are used to prove our assertion, which are embedded in Euclidean space to analyze their topologies by computing the homology groups. A commute time embedding is employed to transform segments of waveforms into the corresponding geometries, which is implemented by organizing patches according to the graph-based metric. It is shown that commute time embedding generates the intrinsic topological complexities although their geometries are varied according to the spectrums of the signals. This paper employs a persistent homology to determine the topological invariants of the simplicial complexes constructed by randomly sampling the commute time embedding of the waveforms, and discusses their applications.

  • Recently, the operator modules to control external devices are concerned about automatic management system to process continuously changed signals. These signals are the stream data of which characteristics are several numbers. a short report interval and asynchronous report time. It is necessary that the system brings about high accuracy and real time process for stream data. The typical queries of these systems consist of the current query to search the latest signal value, the snapshot query at a past time, the sliding window query from a past time to current. In this paper, we propose the efficient method to manage the above signals by using a file structured database in small-size operating systems. We also propose a query model to accommodate various queries including the sliding window query. The file database in the QNX adopts a delta version and a shared memory buffering method for the resource limit of a small storage and a low computing power.

  • In this paper, a study was conducted to prevent spinal - related diseases and to help posture correction by feeding back the wrong attitude to the users. Kinect sensor was used for this purpose. In order to measure the movement of the user, the degree of motion change was measured by indexing the skeletal data coordinate value. It is confirmed that the implemented system can observe not only posture but also distraction of user.

  • In the deeply coupled GPS/INS integrated systems, if the integration filter update period is longer than the period of GPS navigation data, the loss of correlation values occurs due to the bit transition. This problem can be resolved when data wipe off(DWO) is used. However, general DWO methods requires heavy computation or cannot be applied continuously. This paper proposes an effective DWO method using carrier phase discriminator In order to show validity of the proposed method, simulations were carried out. The simulation results show that the data bit is accurately estimated and conform that the loss of correlation values and the error of code phase is small.

원자력연수원 시뮬레이터 2호기 노심모델 개선

  • 원자력연수원 시뮬레이터 2호기의 노심모델은 도입초기 WH사가 제공한 영광 1호기 노심 데이터를 그대로 사용하고 있어 기준 발전소 노심 반응(제어봉가, 붕소가, 감속재온도계수 등)과 차이를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 발전소 주기 경과에 따른 노심특성 면화를 시뮬레이터 노심 모델에 반영하여 훈련원들이 실제 발전소와 유사한 상황에서 모의운전을 할 수 있도록 WH사의 핵설계 전산체계인 APA(ALPHA-PHOENIX-ANC) 시스템을 이용하여 영광 1호기 제9주기 노심모델 상수를 생산하고, 개선된 노심모델의 교정을 지원하는 윈도우 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 검증 계산결과를 핵설계 보고서와 비교하여 생산된 노심모델이 ANSI/ANS-3.5 성능기준을 만족함을 확인하였다.

Development of path travel time forecasting model using wavelet transformation and RBF neural network (웨이브렛 변환과 RBF 신경망을 이용한 경로통행시간 예측모형 개발 -시내버스 노선운행시간을 중심으로-)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시 가로망에서의 구간 통행시간을 예측하기 위하여 time-frequency 분석의 일종인 웨이브렛변환과 RBF신경망 모형을 이용한 예측모형을 개발하였다. 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 시계열 자료 분석을 통해서 통행시간에 내재되어 있는 다양한 패턴의 특징을 추출함으로써 오전/오후의 첨두현상, 신호교차로의 현시주기 등 주기적으로 발생되는 요인들에 의해서 통행시간 시계열 자료의 패턴에 나타나는 규칙성을 분석해 내었다. 분석된 패턴정보에 대한 규명은 카오스 이론을 근간으로한 시간지연좌표를 이용하여 시계열 자료의 규칙성을 시각적으로 판별하여 예측모형 구축에 활용하도록 하였다. 또, RBF신경망을 이용하여 예측범위의 공간적/시간적 확대에 따른 모형 구축에 소요되는 시간을 최소화하도록 하였으며, 시내버스 노선의 정류장간 운행시간 예측을 통해서 기존 연구에서 제기되었던 현실세계의 단순화, 다단계 예측시 정확성 등의 문제를 해결하였다. 예측실험결과 웨이브렛 변환을 데이터의 전처리 과정에 삽입하여 링크 통행시간의 패턴정보 예측에 활용할 경우, 기존의 예측모형에 비해서 훨씬 정확한 예측이 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, RBF 신경망은 짧은 학습시간에도 불구하고 역전파 신경망보다 우수한 예측력을 갖고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Traffic network is composed of passing vehicls, delayed vehicles, traffic situation which is traffic incomes of traffic interfacing system. Traffic green time light is concluded by inside input factor, that is green light cycle, yellow light cycle, led light cycle, which light cycle is sensor inputs. That light cycle is converted to traffic phase composed of passing peoples and delayed vehicles, whose intervals is concluding of traffic network factors composed of consumptiom power factors, delayed time situation, occupying sensor nodes. This is very important sector,because of much poor traffic situation.

  • This paper presents a design of the successive approximation ADC(SA-ADC) applicable to a midium-low speed analog-front end(AFE) for the maximum 15MS/s CCD image processing. SA-ADC is effective in applications ranging widely between low and mid data rates due to the large power scaling effect on the operating frequency variations in some other way of pipelined ADCs. The proposed design exhibits some distinctive features. The "differential capacitor-coupling scheme" segregates the input sampling behavior from the sub-DAC incorporating the differential input and the sub-DAC output, which prominently reduces the loading throughout the signal path. Determining the MSB(sign bit) from the held input data in advance of the data conversion period, a kind of the signed successive approximation, leads to the reduction of the sub-DAC hardware overhead by 1 bit and the conversion period by 1 cycle. Characterizing the proposed design in a 3.3 V $0.35-{\mu}m$ CMOS process by Spectre simulations verified its validity of the application to CCD analog front-ends.

An Hybrid Clustering Using Meta-Data Scheme in Ubiquitous Sensor Network (유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크에서 메타 데이터 구조를 이용한 하이브리드 클러스터링)

  • The dynamic clustering technique has some problems regarding energy consumption. In the cluster configuration aspect the cluster structure must be modified every time the head nodes are re-selected resulting in high energy consumption. Also, there is excessive energy consumption when a cluster head node receives identical data from adjacent cluster sources nodes. This paper proposes a solution to the problems described above from the energy efficiency perspective. The round-robin cluster header(RRCH) technique, which fixes the initially structured cluster and sequentially selects duster head nodes, is suggested for solving the energy consumption problem regarding repetitive cluster construction. Furthermore, the issue of redundant data occurring at the cluster head node is dealt with by broadcasting metadata of the initially received data to prevent reception by a sensor node with identical data. A simulation experiment was performed to verify the validity of the proposed approach. The results of the simulation experiments were compared with the performances of two of the must widely used conventional techniques, the LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) and HEED(Hybrid, Energy Efficient Distributed Clustering) algorithms, based on energy consumption, remaining energy for each node and uniform distribution. The evaluation confirmed that in terms of energy consumption, the technique proposed in this paper was 29.3% and 21.2% more efficient than LEACH and HEED, respectively.
