  • 감리는 정보시스템의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 일련의 활동들 중 하나로 독립된 제3자가 정보시스템 구축 및 운영에 관련된 각종 위험 및 통제 상태를 점검하고 평가하여 개선이 필요한 사항을 권고하는 것이다. 그러나, 대부분의 평가가 감리인의 전문적 경험 및 주관적 판단에 의존한 정성적 방법으로 수행되고 있어 중요한 위험을 간과할 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 다양한 비정형 산출물을 DTD와 스키마를 포함한 XML메타 모델인 표준포맷을 생성 후 단계별 필 통합적 방법으로 의미분석을 실시하여 자동으로 위험요소를 식별하고 평가할 수 있는 위험평가 프레임워크, 위험평가 모델, 위험평가 기준을 제안한다. 이와 같은 시스템화된 감리품질 개선기법을 통하여 추출된 결과는 감리인에게 사전에 전달됨으로써 감리노력과 일정을 절약할 수 있어 효율적인 감리수행 및 효과적인 감리결과가 보장된다.

Effects of Poverty Status on Socio-Emotional Development in Childhood : Focused on Comparing the Effects of Proxy Variables and Poverty-Co-Factors (빈곤지위가 아동의 사회·정서발달에 미치는 영향 :빈곤대리변수와 빈곤동반 위험요소와의 비교를 중심으로)

  • Present study investigated the effects of poverty and poverty-co-factors in childhood. The effect of poverty status was measured by needs-income ratio. It compared its effect on children's socio-emotional development with that of poverty proxy variables such as recipient of public assistance, financial stress, subjective perception about social class, residence in public housing. It also examined the effects of poverty-co-factors after poverty status were controlled. Results show that poverty status has a more consistent negative relationship with socio-emotional development than other proxy variables. However, the relationship between them disappeared after poverty-co-factors were controlled. Findings from the present study suggest that targeted efforts for decreasing poverty-co-factor risks should be made along with financial support.

A Study on the Development of Marine Traffic Risk Model for Mariners (선박운항자 해상교통위험도 모형 개발에 대한 연구)

  • Although Korea's coastal areas increasingly experience marine accident due to frequent ship encounters, increased vessel traffic and large vessel, there is a no specific model to evaluate the navigating vessel's risk for the given situation. The maritime transport environmental assessment is necessary due to the amended marine traffic law. However, marine safety diagnosis is now evaluated by foreign models. In this paper, therefore, we suggest a domestic model catering to and reflecting the characteristics of Korea's costal areas as well as those of vessel navigator's risk. We can evaluate subjective risks using this model, and can establish the model output as maritime risk exposure assessment system. We have performed analyses of variance and multiple comparison to identify the factor affecting subjective risks. As a result, measurable subjective risks of maritime traffic accident based on our suggested model can be expressed using the maritime risk exposure assessment system with geographic information system.

A Research for the Realness of Game Risks based on ANT (ANT를 통한 게임 위험의 실재성에 대한 연구)

  • The risk is subjectively perceived by the subject to judge. In the case of the game, game organizations and watchdog groups also recognized differently occurrence probability and intensity of risk to form a physical relationships of the game with each. Thus, we look only at the risk of their own subjective opinion, the fundamental solution is not possible. In this paper, we conducted a study on the form, occurrence point, and generating processes of risk by analyzing the physical components that make up the network of the game based on ATN in order to confirm definitely the substance and the presence of the game risk. In view of ANT, the game and humans constitute a network through their ability to act as each actor. If the gamer does not clearly recognize the nature of the ability to act of the game, the reverse control and the excess flow occur through remediation properties of the game. Therefore, it requires a more in-depth study in the future with respect to complex structure and relationships of the game-gamer network.

  • 정보통신 인프라를 운영하고 있는 조직은 주요 점보자산의 위형, 취약성 및 위험 분석.평가에 많은 관심이 고조되고 있다. 위험 분석.평가는 다수의 평가자(전문지식을 가진 평가자)의 주관적인 관점이 많이 작용하며 평가결과들 간에 평가 결과에 대한 문제를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 다수의 평가자들의 평가의견을 보다 효과적으로 결합(적용)할 수 있는 절차 및 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 다수의 평가자들의 평가의견을 집합개념 중 서로 다른 집합끼리의 합을 구하는 절차에서 착안하여 이를 적용한 실용적인 위험분석 방법론을 제시한다.

Measuring Consumers' Welfare Losses due to Announcement of Resuming US-Beef Imports (미국산 쇠고기 수입재개 발표에 따른 소비자 후생손실 측정)

  • This paper measures welfare losses from beef consumption reduction, which might be resulted from psychological anxiety about potential outbreak of BSE (commonly known as "bad cow dieses") risks after announcement of resuming US-beef imports in April of 2008. Unlike the previous literature of utilizing the contingent valuation method or experimental market approach, this study estimated quality-differentiated consumer demand functions using the information of self-reported beef consumption quantity, individually constructed price indices of beef, and subjective perception of BSE risks. The empirical results based on a survey sample of 360 residents in Jeon Ju city were consistent with the anticipation from economic theory, in terms of coefficients of own prices, substitute prices and income variables. The announcement of resuming US-beef imports did not make significant differences in the sign and sizes of the main economic variables. However, the subjective perception variable about BSE risks had negative significant impacts on beef demand functions after the announcement but not significant before the announcement. The welfare losses in a form of equivalent variation (EV) corresponding to the increases in concerns about BSE risks were measured to be about 30 thousand won per household.

선박조종시뮬레이션 운항자 주관적 평가에 대한 개선방안 연구

  • 선박조종시뮬레이션의 평가항목 중 운항자[주관적] 평가는 선박조종 시뮬레이션을 선박운항자가 안전진단대상사업으로 인하여 느끼는 심리적 부담 또는 위험도를 평가하는 것이다. 해상교통안전진단 시행지침 상 운항자[주관적] 평가의 결과가 평균-2.0이상인 경우 해상교통환경 변화에 따른 통항 및 접이안 안전성 확보가 가능하다고 평가하고 있으나 정성적인 평가기준 -2.0에 대한 명확한 근거가 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재까지 제출된 진단보고서 중 116건의 시뮬레이션 결과 나타난 운항자[주관적] 평가값을 사업대상별로 분류하여 톤수, 선종, 입출항별 분석을 통한 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 기술기준 개선(안)을 제시하였다.

Theory of planned behavior and use of Virtual Personal Assistant(VPA) (계획된 행동이론과 가상개인비서 이용)

  • The current study investigates VPA usage (i.e.,continuance intention of use, WOM intention) of by Theory of Planned Behavior (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived value/risk. The results show that (1) attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value positively predicted the continuance intention of VPA use. Regarding WOM of intention, there were positively significant effects of the attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value. The results of this study are expected to provide a variety of practical and theoretical implications in promising artificial intelligence market by the impact of TPB (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived values of VPA.

부산신항 BLNG터미널 축조에 따른 토도 및 호란도의 충돌확률과 안전수역 확보 방안

  • 부산신항은 우리나라 최대이자 세계 제6위의 컨테이너화물 처리항만으로 자리매김을 하고 있다. 최근들어서 차세대의 친환경 선박으로 벙커C 연료유 대신에 LNG 연료유를 사용하는 선박개발이 본격화되고 있다. 이에 따라서 부산신항의 항만기본개발계획에 들어 있는 유류중개기지 축조 대신에 Bunker LNG(BLNG)터미널 축조를 검토하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 BLNG터미널 개발과 관련하여 초대형 컨테이너선의 남컨 및 북컨 터미널 입항접안에 장애요소로 작용하고 있는 토도의 유무 및 호란도 절개에 따른 해사안전법 상의 해상교통안전진단시행지침에서 규정하고 있는 위험요소에 대한 충돌확률과 선박 운항자의 주관적 평가를 중심으로 안전수역 확보에 대하여 종합적으로 평가, 분석하였다.
