본 연구는 공간특성이 서로 다른 두 공간, 주거/사무공간의 조명환경에 대한 평가구조를 비교 검토하고 각 공간의 행위에 적합한 조명환경을 제시하고자 슬라이드 사진을 이용한 평가실험을 실시하였다. 평가대상 슬라이드수는 주거공간이 28장, 사무공간이 26장이다 실험은 각 공간별로 분위기항목과 행위항목에 대해 각각 실시하였다. 평가항목은 분위기항목이 21가지, 행위항목이 14가지이다. 각 공간의 평정치를 이용하여 인자분석을 실시한 결과, 주거공간과 사무공간 모두 <활동성>,<안정감),<고급감)의 3인자축이 추출되었다. 그러나, 주거공간의 경우는 <활동성>인자축이 평가축을 이루었으며, 사무공간의 경우는 <고급감>인자축이 평가축을 이루었다. 행위항목의 인자분석 결과는 주거공간의 경우, <작업행위>,<휴식행위>,<단란행위>의 3인자축이, 사무공간의 경우 <작업행위),<휴식행위>의 2인자축이 추출되어 주거공간의 경우, 활동성 평가가 높은 조명환경은 작업행위에 적합하며 반대로 활동성평가가 낮은 조명환경일수록 휴식행위에 적합한 것으로 나타났다 사무공간의 경우도 마찬가지로 작업행위에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 분위기 인자는 활동성으로 나타나 활동성평가 높을수록 작업행위에 적합하며, 후식행위는 평가성 평가가 높은 조명환경에 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

Developed countries have developed indicators of quality of life and are using them as indicators of policy decisions, and Korea is also developing and operating indicators of people's quality of life. One of them is a lifestyle-oriented SOC, a policy that aims to improve the quality of life of the people by improving living infrastructure. This study aims to focus on subjective happiness among people's quality of life. The elderly are a relatively marginalized class in the national policy, and this study aims to analyze the effects of the elderly's residential environment on quality of life, housing satisfaction, and happiness. The purpose of this study is to provide useful implications for urban planning and related policy making by examining the structural relationship of whether the individual-environmental fit perceived by the elderly affects housing satisfaction and subjective happiness, and by analyzing the mediating effect between housing satisfaction and subjective happiness. As a result of the study, it was found that convenience, comfort, and public welfare of personal-environment suitability affect housing satisfaction and subjective happiness, and housing satisfaction affects subjective happiness. Also, it was analyzed that housing satisfaction had a mediating effect in the relationship between comfort, public welfare, and subjective feeling of happiness.

Apartment is the most favorite residential type which already occupies more than 50 percent of total number of housing unite in Korea. The interior space design shows various changes of trends within old and legal standard in terms of basic dimension. The most important function of housing means that Provides comfortable living spaces for a family and enjoying relaxation of stress form social activities. This residential space effects direct or indirect to each family members self-satisfaction and relationship. The basic factor for space design brings dimension which is enable space efficiency together with behavioral route, size of electronics and furnitures. Apartment dwelling type was introduced from out of countries. From the very beginning that inharmonious conflicts found and adjusted for several decades. But, the changes of body conditions of new generation has not considered as a dwelling space design yet. This research may call for attention of changing human scale standards for housing in various field of study.

Apartment, which have become the major housing style in Korea, have contributed to the development of housing culture as well as achieved a growth in volume. However, the demands and characteristics of residents have not been reflected in the apartment. because it has been developed only for a growth in volume. In this society, apartments need to be developed for resident. Therefore, the purpose of this study is analyzing apartment design factors and examining the appropriateness of apartment residents. To do so, questionnaire research is conducted and 90 questionnaires are analyzed for this study. The questionnaire mainly consists of questions about residential appropriateness of each space, and reaction and coping behavior on the inappropriate residential environment.

본 연구는 주거환경에 대한 시각 감성을 대표하는 어휘를 선발하기 위해 수행되었다. 어휘수집의 첫 단계에서는 주거환경 중 시각 환경에 대한 감성을 표현하는 어휘 235개를 수집하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 수집된 어휘를 다른 피험자들에게 제시하여 주거 환경의 분위기를 나타내는 어휘 로서 적절함의 정도를 7점 척도로 표시하도록 하여 매우 적절하다고 판단된 24개의 어휘를 선발하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 이들 어휘를 무선 적으로 두 개씩 짝을 지어 두 단어가 유사한 정도를 7점 척도로 평가하도록 하였다. 이 설문으로부터 나온 데이터에 대해 요인분석, 군집분석, 다차원분석을 실시하여 시각적 주거환경에 대한 9개의 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 이와 함께 최종 단계에서 연구자들이 400여장의 실물 사진 열람을 통해 추출된 9개의 감성 어휘가 실제 시각적 주거환경을 나타내는 데에 적함한지를 다시 한번 검증하여 다음과 같은 10개의 어휘를 선발하였다. ‘안락한’, ‘개방적인’, ‘세련된’, ‘경쾌한’, ‘개성적인’, ‘단순한’, ‘화려한’, ‘중후한’, ‘고풍스로운’, ‘전원적인’.

Today human rights are the most complex and prominent issue in the system of international law, and the right to housing(housing right) is also recognized as a basic human right in the international human right instruments including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This study targets to comprehensive review of the housing rights provisions with 85 international human rights laws and instruments. And the contents and characteristics of housing rights are analyzed with categorization based on housing rights in general, housing rights of workers, socially vulnerable groups, international regional organizations. Housing right takes also the features of universality, indivisibility, interdependence, and right to adequate housing should be interpreted with holistic view including legal security of tenure, accessibility, affordability, location beyond ensuring just a physical housing space. Approaches to the housing right comprehensively reflect the view of the right to development, the perspective of gender equality, the principle of non-discrimination, the participation rights, and orient the housing right should be seen as the right to live somewhere in security(safety), peace and dignity.

Cities around the world have paid attention to public transportation as an alternative to reducing traffic congestion caused by automobile usage, excessive energy consumption, and environmental pollution. This study measures accessibility to subway stations in Seoul using a supply-demand-based accessibility technique. Then, the impacts were analyzed through land prices by use and segment. As a result of analysis using the multilevel hedonic price models, accessibility considering both supply and demand for the subway had a positive effect on both residential and non-residential land prices. The effect was stronger for residential than for non-residential. Further, among the accessibility measured by the three functions, the accessibility by the Exponential function was most suitable for the residential land price, and the accessibility measured by the Power function for the non-residential land price had the highest explanatory power. Also, looking at the impacts by land price segments, it was found that higher access to metro stations had the greatest positive impacts on the most expensive segment of residential and non-residential land prices. The results of this study can be applied not only to identify the impacts of public investment on neighborhoods, but also to support real estate valuation.

The direction of land use for the subject district (Zuksan-myun, Anseong-gun, Kyeonggi-do) were analyzed as the basic model of new rural land management system connected to production and living. General land use planning was presented by land suitability classification which was applied to geographical information system(software ARC/INFO). The course of analysis of land suitability using the geographical information system were generalized and the results of analysis for paddy and upland fields and settlement were presented as 5 criteria of the suitability rank. It was found out that the analysis of land suitability is able to use as primary data of rural land use planning.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the guidelines for suitability analysis of the environmentally friendly rural village housing site. And then this study is based on the rural village model for the rural village (re)development. The suitability analysis of environmentally friendly rural village housing site is conducted on Suryon dong, Wonju, Gangwon-do. The method of analysis is to secure validaty and reliability of the exact analysis of a geographic data for a decision-making statistical analysis. The results of this study is useful to prove it conclusively site-suitability to establish a principles and to change direction for the environmentally friendly rural village and rural housing (re)development.

Regardless of the size, the role and meaning of the space required for human daily life are the same. Especially, as the spatial design is small and the size is small, the careful design and problem solving are needed to enable comfortable and convenient life even in a narrow space. The purpose of this study is to design a convergence model that utilizes the advantages of BIM, which can simulate actual design based on a new one-person housing space design plan optimized for one person. This study applied the BIM design technology to one-person housing 2D design, and the suitability examination and the space optimization design of the interior design were carried out. As a result of the study, utility of space improvement, consideration of housing environment, interference check, application of eco-friendly housing system, and MEP design item were derived. Therefore, BIM space design in interior space has been confirmed as a way to overcome limit and inefficiency of 2D design which is applied to actual space by various space design elements. Based on the results of this study, the One-person housing space model, which is applied to the study, is a pure creation designed based on various one-person housing of social and cultural peculiarities derived from previous research. This design example was applied to BIM technology to confirm the detailed and practical design possibility.
