  • 주거공간 내 조명환경은 인간의 심리적, 생리적 기능에 많은 영향을 주는 요소임에도 불구하고 현재의 조명환경은 사용자의 상황과 공간 특성을 고려하지 않은 단일화된 형태로 제공하고 있다. 또한 인간의 심리에 영향을 미치는 조명의 요소로는 빛의 색온도, 조도, 색상, 눈부심, 균제도 등이 있으나 대다수의 조명은 밝은 조도에만 초점을 맞추어 사람의 눈부심을 자극하는 조명이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 사용자에게 좀 더 편안하고 쾌적한 조명환경을 제공하기 위해서는 사용자의 행동, 심리적 상황 등에 따라 조명의 색온도, 조도 그리고 색상이 고려된 상황조명 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 재실여부와 행위 등의 상황을 인지하고 이에 따라 조명의 On/Off, 색온도, 조도, 색상의 조명환경을 제공하는 상황인지 기반의 LED 조명 제어시스템을 제안한다.

  • 홈네트워크는 즐겁고, 쾌적하고, 편리하고, 안전한 삶을 위한 정보 인프라로, 초기에는 PC를 중심으로 한 데이터 중심의 서비스에서 시작되어, 사이버 아파트, 주택 자동화등 거주 환경의 변화에 따라 홈오토메이션, 고품질 인터넷 서비스 등의 A/V 기기 중심의 엔터테인먼트 서비스 중심으로 발전되고 있다. 본 논문에서 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 거주자, 비거주자 그리고 전문가의 설문조사를 통한 선호요소 그리고 유비쿼터스 주거환경을 통한 파급효과를 통해 유비쿼터스와 주택을 결합한 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 주택에 대한 앞으로의 설계에 대해 분석 연구하였다.

Analysis on Weight Proportion of Eco-friendly Elements for the Development of Low-Carbon Green City : Case of Eco-Environment Certified Apartment Housing Complexes in the Metropolitan Newtown (저탄소 녹색도시 조성을 위한 친환경 요소의 비중도 분석: 수도권 신도시내 친환경 인증 아파트단지 사례)

  • The paper affirms the weight proportion concept as an element, which could be empirically analyzed quantitatively through the developmental expansion of qualitative empirical analysis on taxonomy that is required for the construction Low-Carbon Green Cities and their eco-friendly elements, such as a pleasant residential environment The weight proportion concept is proposed as a new measure to identify eco-friendly elements and as an objective assessment indicators. To perform an empirical analysis, surveys were first given to the residents of Metropolitan Newtown (50 persons) and outside experts (50 persons) for the total of 100 persons. Second, the paper surveyed 74 sites of Eco-Environmental Certified Apartment Housing Complexes. Upon analysis of eco-friendly elements by their type and total weight, the largest weight proportion was expressed in the interior and eco-environmental elements, carbon-decrease types, and carbon-absorption types. The results of this paper confirm recent positive sentiments and preference toward a variety of future-oriented and sustainable eco-friendly elements like the eco-housing and new renewable energy, In addition, the paper affirmed the new housing trend towards constructing eco-friendly elements, such as carbon-decrease and carbon-absorption, that induce long-term investments, despite their need for higher investments.

Improvement of the Checklist for Residential Housing's Crime Prevention Accreditation Assessment (주거시설에 대한 CPTED 평가인증 기준 개선방안 연구)

  • Police crime statistics report that residential housing such as apartment, low rise, detached houses is the second most vulnerable to crime, which is closely followed by the number of street crimes. Also residential houses are often exposed to quality-of-life crime, e.g burglary. It threatens the basic human rights of house residents in terms of safety and comfort within the urban living environment. This study examines related precedent studies regarding the vulnerability of residential housing including studios, multi-family housing from the viewpoint of crime prevention through environment design(CPTED), extracted the elements and items suitable for the safety of residential facilities and the certification evaluation indicators and check items to be the basis for the checklist are derived. Based on these evaluation indicators and inspection items, we conducted on-site surveys of residential facilities in three areas of Seoul, Yongin and Asan, and the final draft of the checklist was revised based on the results of the field survey. There are 43 items on the 7 fields of evaluation in the final version of checklist, 11 items in the management and operation, 20 items in the surveillance, 7 items in the access control, 1 item in the territoriality, 2 items in the activity support, and 2 items in the security and safety facilities. In addition, various points of interest were added to allow the administrator of the residential facility to earn points for special measures taken for safety. This checklist can be appropriately modified and utilized in consideration of the characteristics of each facility. Korean national police agency has CPOs to check the residential facilities in their jurisdiction using checklists and to certify excellent facilities with high level of safety.

  • The current global spread of communal residential culture and the trend of continuing increase of newly built apartment environment are increasing the demand of home network products for each residential space and among households. The continuing advancement of ubiquitous and the introduction and development of home network system are promoting the demand for the product design. The residential culture change and the apartment interior design change are having mutual effects on the lifestyle of residents and the product design and demand new product design. Coordination with interior products, interior style and products, product and fashion design and reconstruction and fusion between the products and their element factors are the core element of this design study. Based on this, integrated design strategy and concept research and analysis were studied for the design process, and have been expressed in three dimension design through which the design functionality and the external aesthetical design can correspond to each other. It's because the aspect of the future development prospect can be predicted in detail by presenting practical design plan.

Study on the change in the Satisfaction Degree on the Residential Environment and the change in the Selection Tendency of the Residential Property - Targeting Seoul Residences - (주거환경 만족도와 주거선택요소 중요도 변화에 관한 연구 - 서울지역 거주자를 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, Seoul residential real estate market showed a big change, especially in 2007. The residential property price in Seoul had been mainly affected by 5 provideces: Kangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Songpa-gu, Gangdong-gu and Yangchun-gu, but these providences started to show the decrease in price while the other providences ironically showed the opposite direction. Therefore, this project was derived from this phenomenon recognition and the necessity as the new market trend requires. The pre-research was carried out with the point of social-population academic view, but this project provides the analysis on the new market trend by simplifying the complex valuation indexes, originated from the pre-research. In result, the aspects of the change could be categorized into time-manner classification and territorial-manner classification, in cope with the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Based on the the moving-preferred area criteria, the territorial classification was categorized into 3 areas: 5 providences, which showed the initial decrease in real estate price (area 1), the other Kangnam area (area 2), and Kangbuk area (area 3). The result illustrated the reasonable change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. This project was able to reach the following conclusion : Firstly, the housing development planning should be devised by the residential environment, including the view and the natural environment, not by the area. Secondly, the housing development planning in the other Kangnam area (area 2) and Kangbuk area (area 3) should embrace the business function, not the housing development only. Last, the housing development planning in Kangbuk area (area 3) should be able to enhance education and culture function and be connected by various transportation system. This project analyzes the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Thereafter, this project has the purpose of providing the aid in understanding of the basis of housing development information.

A Study on the Improvement of District Unit Plan in Apartment Housing with the Increase of 1~2 person Households (소가구 증가에 대응한 공동주택지 지구단위계획 개선방안)

  • Population growth in Korea is slowing down, and the ratio of 1~2 person households has exceeded 53.3% of the total. And in the future, it is becoming more important how to accommodate as proper planning in residential areas. In this paper, we examine whether the existing district unit plans respond appropriately to the trend of the increase in small-sized housing, and we propose improvement plans for elements of the district unit plan and measures to enhance its applicability in response to small-sized housing. To do this, we analyzed the guidelines and contents of the district unit plans related to small-sized housing in recent 6 residential sites, and derived problems and improvements through literature review and expert consultation. As a result of the study, we proposed the items that need to be reflected in the district unit plan related to various housing type for one person household. And planning elements related to households, housing site, building layout, and architectural shape and appearance were also proposed, which were suitable for single-person households, such as small-sized communal housing, share-house, and single-person housing. It also suggested that single-person households should be considered for housing characteristics, including introduction of auxiliary welfare facilities such as unmanned delivery box and guest houses, and exclusion of low-demand auxiliary welfare facilities such as kindergartens. The suggested content can be used to make guidelines for small-sized housing in district unit plan.

  • 최근 설계 및 시공되고 있는 국내 초고층 주거복합건물들의 유형과 구조설계내용들을 재점검하고 더 안전하고 경제적인 초고층 주거복합건물을 설계하기 위한 향후 과제로서 고강도 콘크리트 사용의 범용화와 구조적으로 유리한 기둥 배치계획과 횡력저항 요소로서의 Tubular 구조 및 Flat slab 등가골조 적용 등을 추가로 제시하며 또한 P.O.E의 구조적 측면에서의 도입자 인건비상승 및 후분양제도실시로 인한 공기단축등을 대비하는 철골조 아파트에 대한 지속적 상세연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 기둥의 부등축소문제, 내구성증대 및 거주성 향상문제 등도 관련 전문가들과 계속적 연구와 혐의가 필요한 것으로 생각된다.
