A Study on the Ecological Development of Multi-family Housing on Hillside (경사지의 환경친화적 집합주택 개발방안)

  • This study aims at the suggestion of possibility that a housing density will maintain properly and that an ecological hill housing will recover a rapport with the ground. That is, both residential planning on the hillside and ecological architecture as a concept for development are chosen for study category, and relationship between the hillside and the hill housing is theorized and then propriety is analysed through application of the ecological planning elements. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Now that the hillside is regarded as an idle land that preserves natural environment and maintains ecosystem, it must be developed on the basis of awareness that nature and human beings exist together. 2. Analysis of geographical factors must be advanced because it is inevitable that the development of the hill housing should be performed properly to the geographical characteristics. 3. Planning elements of ecological residential block which are possible for constructing on the hillside can be developed and applied, on the basis of geographical characteristics, by classifying them into two areas; housing estate, building and unit.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose an architectural design process adopting design concepts with weight on them. The process of the study is as follow; First, design concepts for the study are classified by the hierarchy. Developing process of those design concepts which had been adopted for a creative thinking was investigated. Second, after putting different weight on diverse design concepts, this study propose a design process adopting design concepts with different weight. Finally, the proposed process adopting design concepts with weight was verified through a case study of elementary school project. The case study was carried out by questionnaires 3 times. Experimental results verified the hypothesis which was about the process adopting design concepts with different weight. Architects can precede their design process with confidence about setting design concepts by the result of this study.

투명방음벽 : 설계, 분석 및 효과예측

  • 도시 주거지의 소음은 주로 자동차와 철도 등에 의한 교통소음이 주류를 이룬다. 저소음 차량 개발 등 국가적 차원의 노력은 차량소음을 줄이는 원천적이고 장기적 대책이 되겠지만 방음벽의 설치가 현실적으로는 최선의 방법이 될 수 있다. 이러한 제반 여건을 감안하여 대전시 중촌동 일원에 새로 건설되는 고가도로 구간의 인근에 거주하는 사람들의 소음대책을 위해 도로교통 소음 및 철도소음에 대한 영향을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 예측하였으며, 이 결과에 따라 방음벽을 설치하였다. 또한 방음벽 설치시 주민의 여론을 수렴하여 방음벽은 투명방음판과 흡음형 방음판을 조합하여 설치하였다. 교통소음에 대한 컴퓨터 예측결과에 따라 설치된 방음벽에 대한 효과는 방음벽이 설치된 후 실측을 통하여 상호 비교하고 주민의 반응에 대해서도 알아보았다.

  • 임산공업으로부터 발생되는 폐기물은 오염원으로서 그 위험도가 그다지 크지 않으나, 많은 공장들이 주거지와 인접해 있기 때문에 심한 오염원을 제공하는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 오늘날의 임산공업은 공장설립시 가장 중요하게 고려하는 사항으로서 환경에 미치는 충격을 최소로 하는 방향이며, 기본적으로 무공해 측면에서 공장의 설계 및 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임산공업으로부터 발생되는 오염원의 종류와 각각의 오염원들이 환경에 미치는 효과를 개관하였으며, 이들 오염원으로부터 환경을 지키려는 최근의 기술개발 및 연구 현황을 검토하였다. 환경오염을 줄이는 방법은 막대한 경비가 소요되기 때문에 원자재의 사용량을 줄이거나, 에너지 이용효율 등을 높이는 방향에서 노력하고 있지만 폐기물처리를 위한 효과적인 대안은 없다. 그러나 정부 및 산업체가 환경을 보전한다는 차원에서 어느정도의 처리수준이 적절한지에 과한 검토를 계속하고 있다. 그리고 폐기물의 회수 및 재이용이 환경을 보전하는데 큰 역할을 한다는데 정부, 지역사회, 산업체 및 개인간에도 그 인식이 커가고 있다.

  • 이 논문은 서울시를 중심으로 공공 빅데이터 및 환경 분석을 통한 상대적 성범죄예방지수를 산출하기 위하여, 서울시의 법정동 별로 분석하고 그에 따른 위험도를 도출하는 데이터 베이스를 구축하였다. 이 시스템에서 개발한 상대적 성범죄예방지수를 활용하여 정부차원에선 위험도가 높은 지역에 성범죄 예방 자원을 추가 공급할 수 있는 근거 자료가 될 수 있다. 또한 개인 차원에서는 지역별 성범죄의 위험도를 인지하는 것을 넘어서, 실질적으로 주거지를 선택할 때에 유용한 정보로 활용할 수 있다.

  • 우리나라 최남단에 위치한 광역자치단체인 제주특별자치도는 태풍의 길목에 위치한 지정학적 특성, 한라산 영향에 의한 호우의 산지효과, 기후변화로 인한 해수면상승 가속화 등에 의해 재해 위험이 매우 높은 지역이다. 또한, 연안지역에 위치한 주거지, 숙박시설 입지 특성과 더불어 해안가의 개발수요 증가에 따라 재해취약성도 지속적으로 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주지역을 대상으로 침수재해 취약성을 평가하고, 취약지역 특성을 파악한다. 그 결과, 도 내의 취약지역 분포와 취약등급에 따른 지역적 특성을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 토대로 취약지역 여건에 맞는 도시계획적 방재대책에 대한 시사점을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 결과는 기후변화 심화로 인한 호우 패턴 변화에 대응하기 위해 전방위적인 방재시설이 필요함은 물론, 취약지역에 적합한 도시계획적 관점의 관리대책이 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

A Study on the Application of Smart Home Services to Contemporary Han-ok Housing (주거용 현대한옥의 스마트홈서비스 적용 방안 연구)

  • As interest in eco-friendly architecture and Korean traditional culture is increasing, interest in contemporary han-ok is steadily increasing. Recently, many people experienced the han-ok directly and indirectly with the attention of a commercial contemporary han-ok such as restaurants, coffee shops, and lodging facilities, and as a result, the house has a preference for the residence of the contemporary han-ok. Compared to modern residential houses, however, han-ok is lack the convenience of heating and cooling, energy management, security, and maintenance. For this reason, the increased interest and preference for han-ok does not lead to living in contemporary han-ok. This study was conducted in the following ways to improve inconvenience by applying smart home services to contemporary han-ok. Recent technology trends in smart home services and technologies developed and marketed to date have been identified in previous research cases and literature studies. Based on this, a list of smart home services and their application methods were derived that would relieve the inconvenience of contemporary han-ok for smart home services. We hope that this research will serve as a reference for subsequent researchers studying contemporary han-ok.

A Study on the Block Structure of the Land Readjustment Project Districts Focused on the case study of Cheongju City in the 1970's (토지구획정리사업지구의 가구(街區)체계에 관한 연구 -1970년대 청주시 사례를 중심으로-)

  • This study examined the characteristics of a district through the concept of a block system in the physical aspect of the four land readjustment project districts of Cheongju City in the 1970s. The results of this study are as follows. First, the local road system for accessing the main road network and blocks was well established compared with the current urban development standards. On the other hand, since the access roads to the individual lots in the block were not equipped properly, it was difficult to improve a house. Second, according to the characteristics of the block, the Aspect Ratio of blocks was 1: 2 on average and most of those directions was east-west. The area of block from the 1st to 3rd districts was increasing, but districts 4 were decreasing. This also was changed to the shape of a contemporary block system. The larger the size of the block area, the lower the Jeobdoyul. Third, in terms of the characteristics of the lot array, blocks with a multi-row system of $4{\times}4$ or more were lots up to the 1st to 3rd district, but 4th district was improved greatly. Because blocks close a square shape have become excessively poor with Jeobdoyul, it was judged that it is difficult to improve the residential environment. Moreover, as the type of the residential development by the land readjustment project is standardized considerably and this type of land area is extensive, it can be an alternative to control the urban sprawl of suburbs if it finds the way to improve this type of the residential area considering this characteristic.

  • The intent of this study is to propose future planning guidelines and directions of the mixed-use buildings in the residential land development district in country-side cities, based on the concept that the neighborhood facilities are to be strategically laid out in a convenient location and planned in a proper manner for a healthy, safe, friendly and new neighborhood environment. For this purpose, seventeen mixed-use buildings which had been built in Shin-Eum housing development district in Gimcheon from 1995 until 2004 were chosen and investigated in terms of architectural characteristics in that process with surveying and analyzing those. The scope of investigation on case studies was that site size would be below 400 square meters, total area below 1500 square meters, and the number of stories below five stories high on the ground. Method of investigation on those was through field investigation, field photographs, recordings and drawings on those. Investigative contents have been divided and analyzed into the quantitative and qualitative factors in urban and architectural dimension. From results of quantitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. From results of qualitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. The criteria will be applied to new architectural developments of the neighborhood facilities linked with the small shops.

The Architectural Characteristics of Housing through the Rail and Property Model of MTRC in Hong Kong

  • Purpose: Domestically, a recent controversial part on Mixed-Use Development is its case that utilizes railroad sites among urban infrastructure. but most of all, a concern is being concentrated on the Mixed-Use Development that uses railroad depot. It has the advantage, which can give diversity and publicness to urban environment by using and planing the upper and bottom of railroad depot, a proximity site as Development Available Land. However, there are few cases except for only Yang-cheon APT in SinJeong railway depot as a domestic case even though a domestic concern about Mixed-Use Development is rising more than ever. Method: Accordingly, this study has something in common with a domestic case, dealing with a case of development in Hongkong that enhances efficiency for city space through Mixed-Use Development and solves various urban problems. Result: A purpose of this study, based on overall comprehension about Rail and Property Model of MTRC in Hongkong, is to figure out how it solve various problems in Mixed-Use Development using Railway Depot or stations in the base of Rail and Property Model of MTRC.
