A Construction of Active Home Service System Environment Supporting Both Real-Time Location Tracking and Information Appliance Control and Its Application (실시간 위치추적 및 정보가전제어를 지원하는 능동형 홈 서비스 시스템 환경 구축 및 응용)

  • 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 홈 네트워킹 환경에서 사용자의 위치 이동을 실시간 추적하고 가정 내 주거 활동의 편의를 제공하는 정보가전기기들을 제어할 수 있는 능동형 홈 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 다계층의 분산시스템 환경으로 구성된다. 즉, 물리 센서와 정보가전기기 등이 존재하는 물리층과 유/무선 지원 인터넷/인트라넷 통신 플랫폼을 포함하는 시스템층, 그리고 물리적 장치들로부터 시스템층을 통해 들어오는 정보를 처리하는 응용층으로 구성되며 실 생활 공간 및 시간을 응용 시뮬레이션 환경으로 반영시킨다. 능동형 홈 서비스 시스템의 개발 목적은 실버아파트에서 독거노인의 위치기반 건강관리 정보 서비스 및 아파트 내 정보가전기기들의 맞춤형 제어를 제공하기 위함이다. 이와 같은 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 홈 네트워크 내에서 사용자의 이동 위치를 파악하는 실시간 위치추적 기술과 정보가전기기들의 동작을 실시간 제어하기 위한 기술이 요구된다. 제안한 시스템에서는 UC at Irine의 DREAM Lab.에서 개발한 TMO(Time-triggered Message -triggered Objecl) 스킴을 적용하여 각 물리 센서와 정보가전기기들을 응용의 구성요소로 개발했다. 이를 통해 가정 내에 이동하는 TMO로 매핑된 이동객체를 추적하고 또한 홍 네트워크로 연결된 정보가전기기들을 정보가전 TMO 동작객체로 매핑하여 이들 사이의 능동적인 상호동작을 통해 맞춤형 서비스 및 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 했다. 마지막으로, 실시간 위치추적 및 정보가전제어 응용 시뮬레이션을 통해 능동형 홈 서비스 시스템을 구성하는 개별 동작객체들의 기능성과 수행성을 검증했다.황에 대하여 소개한다.이스는 실험정보가 저장된 데이터베이스, 분석결과가 저장된 데이터베이스, 그리고 유전자 정보 탐색을 위한 데이터베이스로 분류해 데이터를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있게 하였다. 본 시스템은 LiNUX를 운영체계로 하고 데이터베이스는 MYSQL로 하여 JSP, Perl. 통계처리 언어인 R로 구현되었다.프트웨어를 사용하지 않고도 국내의 순수 솔루션인 리눅스 기반의 LonWare 3.0 다중 바인딩 기능을 통해 저 비용으로 홈 네트워크 구성 관리 서버 시스템 개발에 대한 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 기대된다.e 함량이 대체로 높게 나타났다. 점미가 수가용성분에서 goucose대비 용출함량이 고르게 나타나는 경향을 보였고 흑미는 알칼리가용분에서 glucose가 상당량(0.68%) 포함되고 있음을 보여주었고 arabinose(0.68%), xylose(0.05%)도 다른 종류에 비해서 다량 함유한 것으로 나타났다. 흑미는 총식이섬유 함량이 높고 pectic substances, hemicellulose, uronic acid 함량이 높아서 콜레스테롤 저하 등의 효과가 기대되며 고섬유식품으로서 조리 특성 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.리하였다. 얻어진 소견(所見)은 다음과 같았다. 1. 모년령(母年齡), 임신회수(姙娠回數), 임신기간(姙娠其間), 출산시체중등(出産時體重等)의 제요인(諸要因)은 주산기사망(周産基死亡)에 대(對)하여 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 영향을 미치고 있어 $25{\sim}29$세(歲)의 연령군에서, 2번째 임신과 2번째의 출산에서 그리고 만삭의 임신 기간에, 출산시체중(出産時體重) $3.50{\

  • The reclaimed land has peculiar characteristic of nature environment unlike midtown or inland and also, in comparison with inland, has bad weather condition, such as low temperature, strong wind, excessive sunshine, and moisture involved in a salt. Therefore the case of developing water front needs understanding characteristic of weather environment mused by reclamation in detail and proper development and organized maintenance. If development which doesn't investigate topographic and climate characteristic sufficiently is drove ahead, a rise of expense for energy and maintenance is going to be mused by deteriorating weather environmental, occurring a flaw of facility and calculating inaccurate capacity of facility. We looked into the weather state and drew up the standard weather data of the newport area in Busan which is reclaiming and developing now. In this research at the base qf the standard weather data, we calculate the dynamic peak loads for commerce, business and residence and then we utilize the results of the load calculation as basic information to determine facility capacity in the rear city of the newport area.

Influence Factors of Typical Real Estate Development Projects (부동산 개발사업의 유형별 투자결정요인 분석)

  • The most important thing to develop real estate asset would be a feasibility study. To secure feasibility of development projects, reducing and minimizing the cost of land and construction also would be the important thing. To analyze optimal land-value for real estate development projects, I have collected 204 balance sheets of development projects in South Korea. With the help of statistical technology, I could have selected useful data from those balance sheets. After detailed analysis of statistical data, I could have reached conclusion that the most important factor to earning rate would be land cost per unit ground area under the constraint of given sale price. So far the main pattern of feasibility study of development projects was land cost and construction cost. However, by this study, I have found a new fact that construction cost has little effect to earning rate and land cost per unit ground area is the most effect to earning rate especially in residential facilities rather than commercial ones.

  • High-rise buildings have recently increased over the residential, commercial and office facilities, thus an understanding of construction cost for high-rise building projects has been a fundamental issue due to enormous construction cost as well as unpredictable market conditions and fluctuations in the rate of inflation by long-term construction periods of high-rise projects. Especially, recent violent fluctuations of construction material prices add to problems in construction cost forecasting. This research, therefore, develops a time-series model with the Box-Jenkins methodologies and material prices time-series data in Korea in order to forecast future trends of unit prices of required materials. BIM (Building Information Modeling) approaches are also used to analyze injection time of construction resources and to conduct quantity takeoff so that total material price can be forecasted. Comparative analysis of Predictability of tentative ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) models was conducted to determine optimal time-series model for forecasting future price trends. Proposed BIM based time series forecasting model can help to deal with sudden changes in economic conditions by estimating future material prices.

  • Gentrification, caused by residents who are being forced out due to the rise of rent with vitalization by an excessive increase of city tourists and Touristification, meaning of phenomenon of residents' migration caused by residential area turning into tourist attraction have recently pointed out as a global problem. In Korea, the phenomenon such as environmental pollution, the rise of land value and rent, and the weakening of community culture in Jeju island and Bukchon Hanok Village has appeared as well. This phenomenon has become a serious problem by hindering resident's quality of life. In this circumstance, Smart tourism city has been regarded as a solution of these problems. Hence, this study chose Busan city, which has been designated as a smart city since 2015, and examined the complex impacts of the economic benefits, social costs, environmental substantiality, cultural benefits, and technical effects derived from tourism development on the residents' deteriorated quality of life based on Fuzzy-set Qualitative Analysis (fsQCA). As a result, three patterns of the hindrance to residents' quality of life were derived. If social costs of tourism development are perceived to be large, the residents perceive deteriorated quality of life, even if they recognize essential benefits (technological and economic benefits) (Pattern #1) or secondary benefits (environmental and cultural benefits) (Pattern #2) of tourism development. In addition, some residents were found not to recognize any benefits of tourism development (Pattern #3).

Home Appliance Position Recognition through Hand Pointing Command for Arbitrary Camera Location (손 지시 명령을 통한 임의의 카메라 배치에서의 가전기기 위치 인식)

  • 지능형 주거공간에서 손 지시 명령을 통하여 가전기기를 선택하거나 로봇에게 이동하여야 하는 장소를 알려 주기 위해, 기존의 시스템은 선택되는 대상 기기의 3 차원 절대 위치를 미리 알고 있어야 한다. 또한 카메라 위치가 변동되었을 경우, 카메라의 위치를 절대좌표계 기준으로 새롭게 측정해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 팬/틸트 모듈을 가진 두 대의 USB 카메라를 임의의 위치에 배치하더라도, 두 번의 손 지시만으로 선택 대상이 되는 기기의 3 차원 위치를 파악하고 이를 동작시키는 방법을 다룬다. 제안하는 방법에서는 두 대의 카메라 간의 상대 좌표계를 형성하기 위해 각 카메라에 표식을 부착한다. 각 카메라에서 다른 카메라의 표식을 관찰하면 카메라 간의 거리 및 각도를 구할 수 있기 때문에, 하나의 카메라를 기준으로 3 차원 절대 좌표계를 자동으로 설정할 수 있다. 또한, 두 대의 카메라로 사용자의 얼굴과 손을 검출하면 얻어진 기준 좌표계에 대해 얼굴과 손의 3 차원 위치를 계산하고, 두 지점을 연결하는 방향 벡터를 구함으로써 사용자가 손으로 지시하는 방향을 찾는다. 따라서, 카메라를 임의의 위치에 두더라도 사용자의 손 지시 동작만으로 대상체의 차원 위치를 파악할 수 있게 된다. 개발된 시스템의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 각 가전기기의 위치를 제안한 방법으로 구하고 실제 위치와의 오차를 분석하였다. 제안한 방법은 두 대의 USB 카메라와 일반 PC 또는 마이크로 프로세서만으로 구현할 수 있기 때문에 비용이 적게 들고 실시간 처리가 가능하며 사용자의 환경에서 편리성을 높이는 등 많은 장점을 가진다.

Factors on the Economic Burden of Middle Age Householder Supporting the Family (중·장년기 가구주의 경제적 부양부담 영향요인)

  • This study examined the economic burden of middle age householders supporting their family. They could not prepare for their later life because they are supporting their parents and children in their unstable employment. This study examined how to decrease the burden of middle age householders. Using the Korea Welfare Panel Study, this study analyzed data by hierarchical regression. The result showed that age, gender, education, unemployed, ownership of the house, number of employees, monthly income, and family relationship satisfaction had an effect on the economic burden of support by middle age householders. Based on the result, the researchers offered political suggestions for decreasing the levels of economic burden of support by middle age householders.

  • Generally, there are two methods which generates the base map of Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). one is the digitizing of existing map, and the other is the analytical plotting method editing data acquired by sensors using computers. But the analytical plotting method and method of the digitizing of existing map is technically complex and has the disadvantages in the costs and time. The subject region of study(the Kwangyang province), was photographed by aircraft, and photographing scale was 1/6,000. Then this area was divided into two specific regions, the residential area, and the agricultural area. In this study, we developed the algorithm that generated base map of database in GSIS from the aerial photo. This algorithm is as followed. First, the digital aerial photos were generated using these aerial photos. Second, these digital aerial photos were enhanced by implementing the histogram equalization. Third, the objects of the enhanced images were extracted by implementing thresholding and edged detection techiques of image segmentation. Finally, these images could be used to updated the base map of database in GSIS. The result obtained from this study showed that method used by this study were more efficient than existing method in costs and time.

  • The importance about the maintenance consideration of the building has a great impact and regarding the life continuation of the building the many interest is becoming intensively. The housing lot of the heart of urban at the capital region has insufficient recently and the construction of the ground complex building in solution for the insufficiency is increasing at the rapid pace. The ground complex building is brings the maximization of land use from inside the site, but maintenance consideration phase is caused by administration cost share and administration bound limit where person is concerned for a many problem point it contains. The objective of the present paper is that the building is maintain an efficiency initially and is improve in order to develop guide line for a maintenance consideration improvement from design phase. According as literature research and question research is enforce, the paper is escape problem point the maintenance consideration and is bring up guide line for the architectural plan field and the maintenance consideration improvement of the building. Accuracy Assessment of 3D Reconstruction Using LiDAR Data (LiDAR 자료를 이용한 3차원복원 정확도 평가)

  • Accurate 3D models in urban areas are essential for a variety of applications, such as virtual visualization, CIS, and mobile communications. LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging) is a relatively new technology for directly obtaining 3D points. Because Manual 3D data reconstruction from LiDAR data is very costly and time consuming, many researchs is focused on the automatic extraction of the useful data. In this paper, we classified ground and non-ground points data from LiDAR data by using filtering, and we reconstructed the DTM(Digital Terrain Model) using ground points data, buildings using nonground points data. After the reconstruction, we assessed the accuracy of the DTM and buildings. As a result of, DTM from LiDAR data were 0.16m and 0.59m in high raised apartments areas and low house areas respectively, and buildings were matched with the accuracy of a l/5,000 digital map.
