The Study aims at carrying out basic research on the future housing culture plan by the aging and low fertility phenomenon which is the most serious problem that Korean society faces today. In the future, the housing culture will be transformed into a 'convergence housing complex's residential culture' that can be coexisted with households with various members, rather than a housing type represented by apartments today, due to the phenomenon of nuclear family and the increase of one resident. In this regard, this study is a basic study on the housing complex culture of Korea. It is not that the hosing complex culture has been imported from the western society today, but the Korean traditional housing complex's culture proposed by Korean first developer Segwon Jeong has already existed in Korea urban and architectural perspective. In the early 20th century, Segwon's improved Hanok planned to complement the disadvantages of the existing hanok and the modernization of hanok such as the standardization of hanok, moreover the most important point is the beginning of the Korean style housing complex by modernization of the inner space of hanok. It is expected that this study for Segwon's housing complex of improved hanok will provide important basic data for the Korean-style convergence residential culture plan needed for our society in the future.

최근 주거 문화의 흐름은 첨단 네트워크와 웰빙의 실현이라 할수 있다. 하지만 이 두가지에 대한 양자 택일이 이젠 무의미해지고 있다. 첨단 주거 문화를 통해 자연에 가까이 다가서려는 노력이 가시화되고 있기 때문이다. 이를 위해 건설사들이 어떠한 노력을 기울이고 있는지 알아보자.

21세기 표준화된 정보화 주택의 기준이 마련되었다. 1990년대 중반 이후 국토 및 국민생활의 디지털화를 추진해온 국가정책의 한 과제로 개발을 완료하고 일반에 공개된 $\ulcorner$수요대응형 인텔리전트 아파트 표준모델$\lrcorner$로서, 꿈의 디지털 주거문화를 총결산하고 집대성했다는 인텔리전트 아파트 표준모델은 대한주택공사, 삼성물산, 서울통신기술, 한국통신이 컴소시엄을 구성하여 지난 1999년 11월부터 국책과제로 진행, 결실을 맺게 된 것이다.

China's urban regeneration, which has been focused on economic growth since the 1950's, has brought about the uniformity of cities. In order to improve on this, the urban regeneration policy has been transformed into a cultural city resource, which is promoting urban regeneration while utilizing the cultural characteristics of each region. However, the specific application methods are still lacking. In this study, I attempt to modify the apartment environment of the city, Hanan-sung, based on the pattern-language of Christopher Alexander, a space planning tool that can be used in urban regeneration. First, 23 patterns were chosen from the primary pattern-language. Next, I investigated the characteristics of the traditional housing culture of Hanan-sung through the literature review, surveyed the opinions of current apartment residents, and summarized the requirements. Finally, a new pattern-language was developed for the regeneration of the old apartments from the viewpoint of the culture, by modifying it according to the characteristics and requirements of housing culture of Hanan-sung which summarizes 23 pattern-languages.

우리나라 주거문화는 시대적, 환경적인 요인에 따라 많은 변화를 겪어왔다. 아파트 전성시대가 계속된 가운데 주상복합, 전원주택, 땅콩주택 등 다양한 주거 형태가 나타나기 시작한 것이다. 이런 변화의 중심에는 집이라는 공간을 단순히 먹고, 잠자는 곳이 아닌 '가족 구성원들의 보다 건강하고 행복한 삶을 만들어가는 특별한 영역'이라고 생각하는 인식이 자리 잡고 있다. '꿈의숲 SK VIEW'가 많은 이들의 관심을 받고 있는 이유가 바로 여기에 있다. 강북구의 중심에 들어설 예정인 것은 물론이고 인근에 우이천, 북서울 꿈의숲, 초안산 등이 위치해 있어 도시의 편리함과 생동하는 자연을 동시에 느낄 수 있다는 것이 최대 장점으로 꼽히고 있는 것이다. 때문에 이곳을 조성하고 있는 SK건설에서는 안전관리에 만전을 기하고 있다. 작은 사고로도 명성에 금이 갈 수 있기 때문이다. 근로자 안전을 최우선으로 신 주거문화를 조성해 나가고 있는 '꿈의숲 SK VIEW' 건설현장을 찾아가 봤다.
