경기도 성남시 분당구에 위치한 한국토지주택공사는 지난 2009년 10월 대한주택공사와 한국토지공사가 통합하고, 국가가 자본금 전액을 출자해 출범한 공기업이다. 한국주택공사는 전국의 300여 개의 사업장에서 주택 공급, 신도시 개발 등 국민들의 주거생활 향상과 국토 이용의 효율성을 높이기 위한 다양한 활동에 나서고 있다. 특히 주택 공급 분양과 관련해서는 보금자리 주택 건축 사업을 담당하면서 국민주거 수준을 높이는 역할을 톡톡히 수행하고 있다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면 한국토지주택공사는 2018년까지 150만호의 보금자리 주택을 공급한다는 목표를 세워 실천해 나가고 있다. 또 신도시 개발 분야에서는 세종시를 비롯해 부산, 대구 등의 혁신도시 개발 업무를 맡고 있기도 하다. 이처럼 국민주거 수준을 높이고 도시에 숨결을 불어넣는 막중한 업무를 진행함에 있어 근로자의 안전 보건은 경영의 최우선 가치로 여겨지고 있다. 여기에 더해 전국 본사와 33개 지역본부, 사업본부 및 사업단과 7천여 명의 임직원으로 구성된 거대한 조직이라는 점에서 이곳이 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 아울러 최근 전 직원의 안전보건 관련사항을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 안전보건시스템 개발이 한창 진행 중에 있어 더욱 뜨거운 화제가 되고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 국토 관리의 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 한국토지주택공사를 찾아가 봤다.

The purpose of this study was analyzed that the house purchasing behavior had on influence on the housing value and the life-style factors. For this purpose, the data were collected by using questionnaire distributed to 251. The data were analyzed by Factor Analysis, Pearson's Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings of this research were as follow: 1. The housing value factors were classified into condition of location, safety, esthetic, economic and prestige and human relation and approach. The housing life-style factors were classified into ostentation. 2. The house purchasing behavior were correlated with the housing value and the life-style factors. 3. The house purchasing behavior had an influence on the housing value and the life-style factors.

This study was intended to examine the effects of socioeconomic status on housing values, norms, and behaviors of young households. The purpose was accomplished using the Life Style Survey of 2001 in Ulsan, and the data from 370 households were analyzed. The importance of household income and current housing size which are used as a proxy for socioeconomic status in explaining housing values, norms, and behaviors were once again confirmed in this study, even if there were some other significant variables. This implies that housing values, norms, and behaviors tend to change according to the socioeconomic characteristics of the households under the conditions of controlling demographic ones.

The purpose of this study was to identify housewives’housing values, to explore the degree of housewives’housing satisfaction according to residential area and to investigate the relative importance of housing values which affect housewives’housing satisfaction according to residential area and socio-demographic variables. The subjects of this study were 1,984 married women living in Taegu. A questionnaire was used as survey method. The data was analyzed by means of factor analysis, ANOVA, Scheffe test and regression analysis. The main findings were as follow: First, there was significant difference in housewives’housing values according to residential area. Second, housewives’housing satisfaction was found to be significantly different according to residential area. Third, housewives’housing satisfaction was significantly affected by housing values according to residential area and socio-demographic variables.

The purpose of this study is to make realistic analysis of qualitative value for apartment view. This study is conducted in two ways. First, 6 apartment complexes in Daegu metropolitan city are selected as research subject. And then the following 4 activities are made in order: picture-data establishment, declared-price research, market-price research, and survey. Second, realistic analysis of qualitative value included in apartment price is made based on the above data. And then the value is compared with apartment's declared price which is a current tax index. The result shows that the view value included in apartment price is realistically different depending on many variables such as story/side, plot planning of apartment complex, view element, unlike the declared price mainly focused on story.

This study was conducted to determine the realistic value for the apartment view which has been vaguely known until now. Six apartment complexes in Dae-gu metropolitan city were selected to obtain the basic data for the study. The view value included in apartment price was analyzed using few elements such as picture-data establishment, declared- and market-price and questionnaire date from residents. The result of this study appeared that the qualitative-value of the apartment view was realistically varied with several factors such as story/side, plot planning of apartment complex and view element. The result obtained from the study will be widely used to declared-price and new apartment price.

The purpose of this study was to examine the diverse situations and housing related consciousness affecting baby boom generation's housing and to propose new possible housing alternatives for Korean baby boom generation for their old ages. Surveys were used to conduct 1:1 interviews with the baby boom generation. This study analysed the baby boom generation's housing related consciousness regarding living in old age with/apart from their children, sense of responsibility to their children and parents, expectations of support from their children in old age, current preparedness for old age, reasons for difficulties in realizing plans for housing in old age, and housing values in old age in order to examine this generation's diverse view in relation to preparations for housing in old age. Based on the results of the analysis of variables of housing consciousness in relation to old age by each characteristic of the baby boom generation conducted in investigations of the present study thus explained, housing alternatives in old age were 1)family exchange-type housing in old age 2) multihabitation-type housing in old age 3) housing in old-age with workplaces.
