Coordinate Transformation of the Cadastral Maps with Different Surveying Origins for Utilization in GIS (GIS 활용을 위한 기타원점 좌표계 지적자료의 좌표변환에 관한 연구 - 경기도 오산시를 대상으로 -)

  • This study aims at generating a continuous map by coordinates transformation between cadastral maps with different surveying origins. The continuous cadastral map is useful in various fields of GIS. For this purpose, an experimental study was conducted at Osan-Si, Kyonggi Province in cooperation with related institutions. In this study, three control point zone, large, medium, and small zone were to!;ted. For each control point, the currently used data were compared with the data at the surveyed time. About coordinate transformation method, we tested Helmert, Affine, and Polynomial methods which are the most representative among 2-dimensional coordinate transformations. These three transformation methods were evaluated according to variation of transformed parcel shape and agreement with neighboring areas. As the result of the evaluation, Affine transformation in large zone is the most appropriate coordinate transformation method fer Osan-Si.

  • Requiring topographic information of map due to retaining russia map, which needed accuracy analysis of russia map and relation between its and south korea's map. In order to obtain exact location information from the map which has different reference datum. We have to operate coordinate transformation between maps applied different ellipsoid. In this paper, in order to evaluate accuracy between two maps applied different ellipsoid, it has studied theory of map projection and coordinate transformation. Then, select each point which can be recognized on the two maps for accuracy evaluation. After obtaining coordinate values for each point of same area, it is evaluated accuracy each geodetic coordinate and each TM coordinate. As a result of this study, the maps which have different reference datum could be used if the exact origin shift could be obtained and applied.

  • With the use of world geodetic system, the UIS DB of WonJu City, which was established on Korea coordinate system becomes to face the need of coordinates transformation. However, the UIS DB of Wonju City is based on dualistic control points of Korea geodetic system, which means the coordinates system is not standardized. Therefore it is required to establish a plan for transformation into world geodetic system. For this purpose, we calculated coordinate transformation coefficients per control point data of Korea geodetic system and verified the accuracy of transformation coefficients. Through the process, we propose a plan for transforming the coordinate system of UIS DB in WonJu City, which has been based on dualistic control point data of Korea geodetic system, efficiently into the world geodetic system.

Generalized Modal Analysis of Asymmetrical Rotor System Using Modulated Coordinates (변조 좌표계를 이용한 비대칭 회전체계의 일반화된 모드해석)

  • Conventional modal analysis techniques are known to be inappropriate for asymmetrical rotor systems, when the equations of motion are written in the stationary coordinates, due to the presence of time varying parameters. This paper presents a generalized modal analysis method for asymmetrical rotor systems in the stationary coordinates, employing the modulated coordinates and the lambda matrix formulation. A numerical example with a flexible asymmetric rotor model is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed modal analysis method. As an application of the proposed method, modal analysis is also performed with an open cracked rotor system.

  • 유비쿼터스 도시의 개념이 등장하면서 도시관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 부각되어가고 있다. 특히 지하시설물에 대한 안전한 관리는 안전한 도시를 표방하는 유시티 에서는 없어서는 안될 중요한 공공서비스라 할 수 있다. 최근 이러한 도시의 지하시설물의 안전한 관리를 위한 체계적인 관리 방안에 대한 연구가 국토해양부를 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 지하시설물의 특성상 안전하고 체계적인 관리를 위해서는 무엇보다 지하시설물에 대한 정확한 위치좌표를 알아야 하고 지하시설물에 일어나는 변화에 대한 정보를 수집하기 위해 센서적용기술을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 도시 내 지하시설물 구축과정에서의 절대위치확보 방안과 각 지하매설물별 특성을 고려한 센서적용방안에 대한 내용을 기술하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 토지지번 중심의 현행 주소체계를 도로 중심의 새로운 주소체계로 변환시키기 위해 시스템 설계의 기본원칙을 설정하고, 건물과 도로의 공간정보를 이용한 지리정보시스템(GIS)를 활용하여 신주소변환 시스템을 구현한다. 이는 도로중심선과 건물좌표의 직교점을 찾아 도로기점과의 거리에 따라 건물번호를 부여하고, 도로와 골목길에서의 건물번호를 서로 다른 방식으로 부여하여 차별화된 주소체계를 유도하였다. 특히, 도로내의 골목길은 네트워크로 구성된 위상관계를 가지도록 설계하였다.

  • An integration between construction CAD data and GIS data needs geo-referencing processes of construction CAD data whose coordinate systems are their own native or even unknown. Generally, these processes are based on manually detected conjugate-vertices. In this study, we proposed an semi-automated conjugate -vertices detection method for building features between construction CAD data and a digital map using a vertex attributed string matching algorithm. A geo-referencing function for construction CAD data based on the similarity transform could be derived with those conjugate-vertices. Using our proposed method, we overlaid geo-referenced CAD data to a digital map of the College of Engineering, Seoul National University and evaluated our method.

  • The national coordinate system is an essential component for a geographic/land information system, since it provides the spatial reference for expressing position information. The national mapping of Korea has been based on 3-different meridians on the Gauss-Schreiber projection in year 1910s, later this was changed to the Gauss-Kruger projection. Existing map coordinate systems maintaining the national land survey project on 1910s, have some structural shortcomings of unknown computational procedures and projection methods. In this paper, the problems of the map coordinates usage and of longitudes origin shift(10.405") and their solutions are investigated. Also, this study discusses the issues involved in choosing coordinate system for digital mapping and their applications as a basis for spatial data management. The foreign country's coordinate systems are reviewed and the elements to realize a new unified grid coordinate system is proposed. The Transverse Mercator projection with a central meridian of $127^\circ\;30'$, scale factor 0.9996, and GRS80 ellipsoid, is selected in Korean peninsula.sula.

A Study on the Practical Application of Image Control Point Using Stereo Image Chip (입체 영상칩을 이용한 영상기준점 활용방안에 관한 연구)

  • The control surveying which aims at identifying the coordinate system of satellite images with that of ground is a repeatedly performed essential process to produce digital ortho - photos and it acts as the main factor to increase the production cost of the photos by duplicated budgets and redundant works when executing the projects for acquiring basic geographical information from high density satellite images. During the experimentation, an application system was established for producing a stereo image chip by the analysis of DPPDB file structure, the stereo image chip was produced with SPOT and IKONOS images, the analysis of 3D modeling accuracy was performed to secure the required accuracy and to present the optimal number and deployment of the control points, and a 3D modeling was performed for new SPOT images and lastly, 3D ground coordinates were extracted by the observation of the same points through the overlapping with the new images. As the results of the research, it is proved that the stereo image chip can be used as the ground controls through the accuracy analysis between the coordinates of the images and the ground, close results were obtained between the coordinates by the ground survey and those by the 3D modeling using new images and the observation of the same points, positional changes were not found during observing the same points, and the research presented the methodology for improving the process of the control survey by showing the availability of the image controls on the stereo image chip instead of the ground controls.
