지능형 교통시스템(ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems)의 부체계인 첨단화물운송시스템(CVOs: Commercial Vehicle Operations)은 교통혼잡 완화와 물류비 목적으로 종합물류정보전산망 사업에서도 추진되어 왔다. ITS 기본계획에서 정의한 화물 및 화물차량관리시스템과 위험물 차량관리시스템의 세부서비스는 '97년말 종합물류정보전산망 상세설계와 첨단화물운송시스템 기본설계 과정에서 새롭게 정립, 제시되었다. 본 고에서는 첨단화물운송시스템의 서비스와 소요기술 개발현황을 기존의 지능형 교통시스템과 종합물류정보망의 추진계획, 업계의 관련자료를 바탕으로 비교적 상세하게 검토하고, 현재까지 공공과 민간에서 개발, 적용되고 있는 시범서비스 차원의 첨단화물운송시스템의 소요기술 적용사례와 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 고에서 첨단화물운송시스템의 적용사례로서 해양수산부를 중심으로 현재 구축 운영중인 컨테이너터미널 전자문서교환(EDI: Electronic Data Interchange) 및 GATE 자동화시스템과 '97년 7월부터 본격 가동에 들어간 현대물류 택배종합전산시스템(HYDEX)의 정보서비스와 관련한 요소기술과 함께 그 효과를 살펴보고, '96년 12월부터 시범서비스를 제공중인 한국통신의 화물운송정보시스템의 적용효과를 분석하였다.

본 고에서는 체신부의 종합정보서비스 전산망에서 운영될 수 있는 문서유통시스템을 설계하였다. 체신부 문서유통시스템은 체신부의 우체국(주사국, 감독우체국, 체신청, 본부)에서 처리되는 각종 정기보고 문서와 지시문서, 공용문서, 서식관리등을 처리하는 시스템으로, 워드프로세서, 스프레드시트 등의 PC 응용과 전자우편시스템, 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템이 접목되도록 설계되었다. 따라서 본 문서유통시스템 S/W는 데이터베이스 관리블록, 전자우편 블록, 집계 블록, 자료관리 블록, 사용자 인터페이스 블록과 시스템 소프트웨어 및 유틸리티 등으로 구성된다. 체신부의 종합정보서비스전산망은 주컴퓨터인 TICOM-II, 서버로서 체신청과 감독우체국별로 설치된 PC486, 주사국 및 감독국에 설치된 업무용 PC들로 이루어져 있다. 본 시스템의 처리방식은 이러한 컴퓨터 구조에서 효율적으로 처리될 수 있도록 문서생성은 PC에서, 문서유통은 각 서버에서, 데이터베이스 관리는 주컴퓨터에서 수행되도록 지역분산처리 방식으로 설계되었다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an successful implementation plan for national R&D program integrated information system. First, we surveyed and analyzed the status and plan of the national R&D program information system in developed countries (especially, the United States and Japan) Second, we reviewed the implementation background, limitation and further plan of the information systems related to R&D program in Korea. Last, division of the work and an successful plan in implementing the national R&D program integrated information system are discussed.

최근 세계 각국은 새로운 저작물 이용환경에 대응하기 위해 법 제도적인 방안을 강구하고 있으며 새로운 대안으로 저작권 정보관리시스템을 제시하고 있다. 저작권 정보관리시스템은 저작물의 내용, 권리자의 소재, 이용 조건 등 저작물의 이용에 필요한 각종 정보를 종합적으로 관리 제공함으로 저작물의 보호 및 이용에 편의성을 제공하고, 더 나아가 실제로 시스템상에서 저작물의 거래까지 지원하는 시스템이다.

본 연구는 대학의 다양한 정보시스템을 단일의 통합인증을 통하여 통합검색을 제공하고 학내구성원 그룹별에 따라 개별화 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 구축을 제안하였다. 특히 웹 기반 하에 대학정보화의 종합정보서비스와 단일 게이트를 수용하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 모형으로 구축방안을 제시하였다.

국내외적으로 기업의 경쟁력제고, 문제해결능력 향상 위하여 무형의 지식자원을 관리하고 이용하는 것은 아주 보편화되어 있으며, 이를 위한 시스템의 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 실정이다. 수자원분야에서도 통합수자원관리를 위한 의사결정지원도구, 모델링 능력향상 등을 위하여 지식을 효율적으로 관리하고 이용하기위한 많은 노력이 진행되고 있다. 국내에서는 한국수자원공사의 물포탈, 수자원관리종합정보시스템, 수자원정보센터 등이 운영되고 있으며, 외국의 경우 통합수자원관리시스템 구현을 위한 Global Water Partnership의 ToolBox, EU Water Framework Directive에서 추진 중인 모델링에 있어 품질보증을 위한 HarmoniQuA의 MOST가 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 한국수자원공사의 수자원관리종합정보시스템은 수자원관리를 위한 데이터와 일반 자료의 제공을 주목적으로 하는 시스템인 반면, 통합수자원관리를 위한 다양한 목적별로 정보 및 경험지식을 제공하는 시스템들이 개발되어져 있으며, 현재에도 꾸준히 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원분야의 지식관리시스템 구축을 위해 실시한 설계의 내용과 일반적인 지식관리시스템과 수자원분야의 지식관리시스템에 대한 차이와 이의 적용방법에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

Agriculture is usually the basis of a society, as well as the solution of dietary life. However, compared to other fields in which information-oriented system is rapidly accomplished, information system of agriculture certainly has slow growth since agriculture deals with a living thing. In addition, since government bodies related to filming have faced the difficulty of information system, they have tried establishing independent information system. The current agriculture-informationizing system can be considered as Agricultural Outlook Information System, Integrated agricultural marketing Information System and Outlook & Agricultural Statistics Information System but these systems are not effectively operated contrary to rut expectation, which$\sim\sim\sim$. Actually, there are some problems of bothinvestment duplicated and management by each independent government body, as well as Korea Rural Economic Institute-Commodity Model improper to real situation. In this paper, Agricultural Outlook Information, Integrated agricultural marketing Information, and Outlook h Agricultural Statistics Information System independently operated are integrated; Circulation Control, Technical Support, and integrated Database system are established; new integrated agricultural information system and various kinds of measures for activation of this system are suggested.

정보화에 대한 의존도가 심화됨에 따라 사이버상의 테러는 기업과 국가안보를 위협하는 단계에까지 이르렀으나 아직까지 이를 방어하기 위한 정보보호시스템은 침해사고에 대한 정보가 공유되지 못하고 독립되어 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 기업과 국가는 물론 전세계에서 발생되는 실시간 위협 상황에 대해 조기분석과 대응을 위한 정보공유의 필요성이 무엇보다 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종합침해사고대응시스템에서 침해사고에 대한 실시간 분석 및 대응을 위한 중요자인인 블랙리스트 DB 구축방법과 관리방안을 제시하였다. 인터넷상에서 광범위하고 지속적인 공격을 시도하는 공격 IP정보를 효율적으로 판별하고 추출한 IP를 실시간으로 자동대응할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였으며 사고 시나리오를 통해 통해 검증하였다.

Recently great construction companies strive for utilization of integrated safety management information in advanced IT in many fields. And construction companies have a interest and effort to construct system for integration and management of safety management information. Some earlier companies are appling to construction site ,but that is limited great construction company But it need to solve the origin problem because of it continually keep up the rate of disaster. Namely management system need more manage subcontractor that safety management in construction site. This purpose of study is an offer of foundation data to introduce and improve of safety management Information system.
