Through the coronavirus pandemic, research on the use and advancement of blockchain-based decentralized identity authentication (Decentralized ID) technology is being actively conducted in various fields, centered on the central government, local governments, and private businesses. In this paper, we introduce the results of development based on Hyperledger Fabric to change the existing central server-based identity authentication to a decentralized one. These development results can strengthen the security and transparency of identity authentication systems for commercial purposes and provide stable services for user ID issuance, inquiry, and disposal. In addition, the decentralized identity authentication system verified performance results of DID creation of 262,000 rps and DID inquiry of 1,850 rps, DID VP creation of 200 rps, and DID VP inquiry of 220 rps or less through public authentication.

접근통제는 주체가 객체와 상호작용하는 방법의 관리에 대한 것이다. 객체에서 주체로의 정보전송을 접근 이라고 한다. 주체는 접근을 통하여 수동적 실재 즉, 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 요구하는 능동적 실재이다. 주체는 항상 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 수신하는 실재이며, 또한 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 수신하는 실재이며 또한 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체 내에 보관되어 있는 데이터를 변경하는 실재이다. 객체는 항상 정보 혹은 데이터를 제공하거나 유지하는 실재이다. 업무수행자(사용자)의 역할(Role)과 데이터 사용행위에 기반한 접근 및 권한 통제가 이루어져야 한다. 중요 정보의 대량 조회 및 변경 작업은 사전 결재를 득해야 한다. 일정 시간 무행위 세션에 대해 통제를 해야 한다.

This proposed system is a part of internal control system that national highway need to support their ITS information audit. This paper explains the design and implementation of a packet interceptor and a DB query analyzer. The packet interceptor sniffs users' query packets, and then the DB query analyzer parses the SQL queries and stores the users' DB access information such as SQL queries, access data and changing data. The information may be used as the evidences on internal control of users and users' accesses.

방통융합의 대표적인 서비스인 IPTV의 상용화로 이용자에게는 방송에 대한 다양한 선택의 자유와 편익을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대화시스템을 통해 IPTV 서비스 이용자가 원격 모바일 환경에서 댁내의 IPTV 셋톱장치의 상태를 조회하고 셋톱장치의 환경설정을 변경하거나, IPTV의 채널이나 컨텐츠를 재생할 수 있는 대화시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 이러한 대화시스템을 이용하여 IPTV 사용자는 원격에서 가정내의 자녀들의 TV 시청을 지도하고, 셋톱장치나 리모컨에 익숙하지 않은 유아나 노년층을 위해 원격에서 컨텐츠 재생이 가능하도록 한다. IPTV 영역에 대한 요구 분석을 통해 화행과 의미구조를 수립하였으며, 1만 3천 대화쌍을 수집하였다. 다양한 IPTV 영역에 대응하기 위해 예제기반 추론 방법과 규칙기반 추론 방법을 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며, EPG 검색 모듈을 추론모듈에 추가하였다. 또한 SMS 영역에서의 성능향상을 위한 전처리를 도입하였다.

In this paper, we propose an industrial fluid monitoring system which performs the flow control function and monitors fluid pressure transmitted from MFC(Mass Flow Controller) unit. This system consists of MFC unit, channel device, and monitoring management software. MFC unit transmits the measured data of the fluid pressure to the channel device which would provide the input/output interface between management software, monitoring and MFC unit. The monitoring and management software control and analyze by monitoring real time measurements of fluid pressure from each channel of MFC unit. This software can process 20 channels and 0.1 monitoring cycle which gives 200 data measurement per second (i.e., 720,000 data/hour). At this time, the storage space increases in proportion to the rise of input data. This growth of data and storage space makes loss of data access efficiency. Therefore, it demands the implementation by sensing scheme of change scope and data, which can effectively manage the data.

Characteristics of a guitar sound changes according to the internal structure a guitar. The developed system uses a PC to analyze a guitar sound, which will have different characteristics in accordance with the internal structure of the guitar and the material that the guitar made, and make a data base. The developed system consist of three parts; a mechanical body which holds a guitar and the internal structure of the guitar can be changed easily; DSP sound acquisition boards which have multi channel sound input and A/D converting abilities with RS232C data transfer to PC abilities; and software which runs on a PC to analyze the input sound and make a data base.

최근 데이터가 전략적 의사결정의 핵심요소로 대두됨에 따라 데이터 통합 및 데이터 품질에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 데이터 품질을 확보하기 위해 데이터 표준화가 필수적으로 수반되어야 한다. 그러나 데이터 활용에 있어 (1)데이터의 중복 및 불일치 발생, (2)데이터에 대한 의미 파악 지연으로 정보 제공의 적시성 결여, (3)데이터 통합의 어려움, (4)정보시스템 변경 및 유지 보수 곤란 등과 같은 현실적인 문제점들이 정확한 정보를 적시에 사용자에게 전달하는데 장애 요인으로 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '국토관측센서 기반 수문 및 수재해 정보포털시스템 개발'에 앞서 보다 정확한 데이터 통합관리 및 제공서비스가 가능하도록 국내외 사례연구를 통한 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 데이터 표준화는 시스템별로 산재해 있는 데이터 정보요소에 대한 명칭, 정의, 형식, 규칙에 대한 원칙을 수립하여 이를 전사적으로 적용하는 것을 의미하며, 이러한 데이터 표준화 작업은 데이터의 정확한 의미 파악뿐만 아니라 데이터에 대한 상반된 시각을 조정하는 역할을 수행한다. 기본적으로 데이터 모델 및 데이터베이스에서 정의할 수 있는 모든 오브젝트를 대상으로 하는 것이 이상적이나, 주로 관리해야 될 필요성이 있는 오브젝트만을 대상으로 데이터 표준화를 하는 것이 더욱 효율적으로 작용한다. 본 연구는 국내외 데이터 통합관리 표준화 동향을 제시하였으며, 현업 사용자로부터 데이터 표준과 관련된 요구사항을 수요조사를 통하여 조사함으로써 데이터 표준 대상 후보를 식별하고 개선점을 도출하는데 사용할 기반을 마련하였다. 데이터 표준화가 수행되면 현업 사용자는 정확한 데이터를 사용할 수 있고, 올바른 의사결정을 내릴 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 데이터 표준, 데이터 표준 준수 체크, 데이터 표준 조회 및 활용 등 데이터 표준 관리에서 수작업으로 인해 발생하는 애로사항을 배제하기 위해 자동화에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 추진되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Encryption is a method to convert information to no-sense code in order to prevent data from being lost or altered by use of illegal means. Audit logging creates audit log of users' activities, exceptions, and information security events, and then conserves it for a certain period for investigation and access-control auditing. Our paper suggests that confidentiality and integrity of information should be guaranteed when transmitting and storing important information in encryption. Encryption should consider both one-way encryption and two-way one and that encryption key should assure security. Also, all history related to electronic financial transactions should be logged and kept. And, it should be considered to check the details of application access log and major information. In this paper, we take a real example of encryption and log audit for safe data transmission and periodic check.
