Impedance Changes of Living Tissue During Radiation Exposure Dose (방사선 피폭선량에 대한 생체 조직의 임피던스 변화)

  • Bioimpedance involves a lot of information related to living tissue. If there is alteration in bio tissue, its electrical characteristics also change. It is to study electrical characteristics of pork tenderlion in using a HP-4194A Impedance/Gain-phase analyzer instrument and electrical characteristics changes by graded radiation exposure dose. The results were as follow 1. Electrical characteristics of pork tenderlion in repeated measurement had high precision within ${\pm}5$% of coefficiency of variability. 2. During the measurement impedance absolute value and phase alteration did not show statistically significant difference.(p>0.05) 3. While impedance phase of electrical characteristics associated with frequency change was almost stable, impedance absolute value was in inverse proportion to frequency that means high inverse correlation of -0.096(r). 4. Impedance absolute value dropped in radiation exposure dose. The alteration of the value did not show statistically significant difference in 1 Gy, 2 Gy and 4 Gy.(p>0.05) However in radiation exposure dose of 10 Gy, the decrease of impedance absolute value was significantly different.(p<0.05) 5. Impedance phase according to radiation exposure dose change did not show statistically significant difference in 1 Gy, 2 Gy, 4 Gy, and 10 Gy(p>0.05).

A Study on the Threshold Condition of Crack Propagation for Pre-Crack and Micro-Hole Specimens (프리크랙과 微小圓孔材의 크랙成長 下限界條件에 관한 硏究)

  • The Critical size of artificially induced micro-holes in 0.17%, 0.36% Carbon steel Specimens with Spheroidized Cementite and in 0.17% carbon steel specimens with martensite structure is compared with annealed pre-crack in order to discuss the physical meaning of the fatigue limit and evaluation of the tolerant micro flaw size at the stress level of the fatigue limit. Results obtained were summarized as follows; (1) In this study, non-propagating crack length of Smooth specimen and critical pre-crack length (lc) is coincide. (2) In the carbon steels with spheroidized cementite structure, critical pre-crack length (lc) and allowable micro-hole size (dc) is coincide each other at the fatigue limit level. (3) It has been published that there exists a particular size of micro-hole which has no effect on the fatigue limit. In this study, the micro-hole of critical size can be regarded as equivalent to a tolerant micro flaw which would not reduce the fatigue limit.

  • $\alpha$형과 $\beta$형 섬유조직의 압연 집합조직을 초기 집합조직으로 갖는 알루미늄 판재의 디프드로잉 공정시 집합조직 변화를 고찰하였다. 플랜지 변형 단계에서는 Bs성분은 감소하 였으며, Goss, Cu, P등의 성분들은 증가하였다. 컵의 윗쪽에서는 아랫쪽에 비하여 Goss, Cu 성분은 증가하고 P성분의 변화는 적었다. 이는 컵의 윗쪽에서는 플랜지에서 받은 평면변형 의 정도가 컵의 아랫쪽에 비하여 크기 때문이다. 실제 디프드로잉 공정에서의 변형량에서는 결정들이 안정방위로의 회전경로인 $\alpha$D형의 섬유와 $\beta$D형의 섬유로 이동하게 된다.

Nodular Fasciitis of the Thigh Mimicking Soft Tissue Sarcoma - Two Cases Report - (연부조직 육종으로 오인된 대퇴부의 결절성 근막염 - 2예 보고 -)

  • Nodular faciitis is generally considered to be benign proliferation of fibroblasts and myoblasts, and it measures dimension up to 3cm. The characteristics such as rapid growth, abundant cellularity, and mitotic activity occasionally cause these lesions to mimic sarcoma. The authors experienced two cases of nodular fasciitis of the thigh, which were unusually large with dimension of more than 5cm. All of these two cases mimicked sarcoma and one of two cases, which initially mimicked sarcoma clinically and histologically in our hospital, was finally diagnosed as nodular fasciitis after requesting external consultation to several experienced pathologists. All of two cases had no evidence of recurrence at 2 years postoperatively. The lesions of unusually large dimension such as in our cases must be included in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma. So we report two cases of nodular fasciitis of the thigh with a review of the current literature.

32-Channel Bioimpedance Measurement System for the Detection of Anomalies with Different Resistivity Values (저항률이 다른 내부 물체의 검출을 위한 32-채널 생체 임피던스 측정 시스템)

  • In this paper. we describe a 32-channel bioimpedance measurement system It consists of 32 independent constant current sources of 50 kHz sinusoid. The amplitude of each current source can be adjusted using a 12-bit MDAC. After we applied a pattern of injection currents through 32 current injection electrodes. we measured induced boundary voltages using a variable-gain narrow-band instrumentation amplifier. a Phase-sensitive demodulator. and a 12-bit ADC. The system is interfaced to a PC for the control and data acquisition. We used the system to detect anomalies with different resistivity values in a saline Phantom with 290mm diameter The accuracy of the developed system was estimated as 2.42% and we found that anomalies larger than 8mm in diameter can be detected. We Plan to improve the accuracy by using a digital oscillator improved current sources by feedback control, Phase-sensitive A/D conversion. etc. to detect anomalies smaller than 1mm in diameter.

A Meta-analysis of the Factors Related to Psychological Burn-out of Early Childhood Teachers (유아교사의 심리적소진과 관련된 요인에 대한 메타분석)

  • This study examined the effect sizes of psychological burnout-related factors on the psychological burnout of early childhood teachers by applying meta - analysis focusing on master 's theses, doctoral dissertations and journals that have been published in Korea for the past 20 years. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the total effect size, the factor group, the sub-factor, and the positive and negative effect factors of the inducing and inhibiting factors showed a significant effect size. Second, in terms of inducing factors, the task problem group showed a larger effect size than the negative relationship group. Third, among the lower factor of the negative relationship group, all the sub factors excluding the negative relationship with the director, effect size showed a medium effect size. Fourth, task stress showed the greatest effect size among the sub factors of the task factor group, followed by role conflict, task overload, and role ambiguity. Fifth, resilience showed the greatest effect size among the inhibition factors, followed by organizational support factor, teacher efficacy factor, social support factor, and emotional factor. Sixth, all sub factors of the emotional labor factor group, organizational support factor of the organizational support factor group, general teacher efficacy factor of the teacher efficacy factor group, and all sub factors of social support factor Medium effect size. In addition, the lower factor of all the other factors showed a large effect size. Seventh, of the effect factors, job satisfaction factor, depression factor, and turnover intention factor all showed a large effect size.

A Meta-regression Analysis on related Protective Variables of Childcare Teacher's Turnover Intentions (보육교사의 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인의 메타회귀분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of the previous studies done on the child-care teacher's turnover intentions. From 2001 to 2011, 33 articles which reforted primary empirical data met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis. The results of this study are as follo ws: First, included in the main factors related to child-care teachers' turnover intentions were a job-related variable, an organizational internal variable and an organizational external variable. Second, the most influential protective variable related to the child-care teacher's turnover intentions among the set of organizational external variables was work-time followed by welfare, education and training, remuneration, social recognition and promotion system. Third, the most influential protective variable related to child-care teachers' turnover intentions among the set of job-related variables was teacher efficacy followed by job satisfaction, participation of decision making, performance, work-autonomy and work-professionalism. Fourth, the most influential protective variable related to the child-care teacher's turnover intentions among the set of organizational internal variables was personal relations followed by relationships with the director and relationships with colleagues. The effect size of these variables was large. Fifth, the results of meta-regression analysis revealed that the survey area and years had no significant effect on overall effect sizes.

  • Sonoelastography is an ultrasound-based technique that visualizes the elastic properties of soft tissues by measuring the tissue motion generated by an externally applied vibration. In this paper. the characteristics of wave generation in soft tissues due to an acoustic vibrator are studied. The effects of modal patterns on the detectability of lesions such as tumors in senoelastography are also investigated These are accomplished by analyzing the vibration patterns calculated using theoretical equations and finite element methods in halt space, infinite plate. and finite-sized tissue. A finite-width source generates shear waves with large amplitude Propagating in specific directions. and the generation characteristics depend both on the width and frequency of the vibrator. as well as the distance from it. It is shown in a finite-sized tissue that the lesion detection in displacement images is quit dependent on the modal patterns inside tissue. In contrast it Is also found that the lesion detectability in strain images is less dependent on the modal Patterns and is much better than that in displacement images.

  • 최근 미사일 추진기관 및 기체 구조재로 사용되는 알루미늄 7175 합금의 형상의 변화와 제조공정 변화에 따른 미세조직 변화에 대하여 고찰하였다. 구조체는 사용처에 따라 Flange Type 또는 Ring Type 등으로 형상이 다양하므로 단조 조건과 제품의 위치에 따라 균일한 물성을 획득하기는 매우 어려운 숙제이다. 본 연구에서는 균일한 물성을 얻기 위한 여러 가지 제조 공정의 변화를 모색하였으며, 제조된 단조재의 미세조직을 통하여 물성과의 연관성을 검토하였다. 적용된 공정은 통상의 열간 단조공정, 아 결정립 미세화공정, 재 결정립 미세화 공정 등이며 단조재의 형상과 동일 부품에서도 부위에 따라 변형량이 다르므로 미세조직의 변화가 다르게 나타났다. 아결정립과 재결정립 미세화 공정은 제품의 형상에 따라 내·외부 결정립이 크기가 크게 변화되었다. 이는 내·외부에 재료에 축적되는 에너지의 양과 외적으로 가해지는 기계적 에너지 및 열적 에너지가 다르기 때문이며, 변형량이 큰 부분의 미세 석출물의 크기가 변형량이 적은 부분의 석출물보다 크게 감소됨은 준안정상이 기계적 에너지가 변형열에 의한 열에너지로 변환됨에 따라 상석출에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 결과는 미세 조직 제어가 알루미늄합금 단조재의 공정설계의 중요한 인자임을 재 확인시켜 주는 것으로 재료의 신뢰성이 필수적으로 요구되는 추진기관의 중요 부품에 적극 고려해야 할 요소라 할 수 있다.

  • 다결정압연판재는 열가공공정을 거쳐서 생산되므로 공정의 특성을 반영하는 미세조직/집합조직 특성을 가지게 된다. 결정립들은 특정방향으로 배향하고 결정립의 형상과 크기도 변화한다. 이러한 변화는 거시적으로 다결정판재의 이방성으로 귀결이 되는데, 근본적으로 판재를 구성하는 단결정들의 기계적 물성이 각각의 방향별로 이방성을 띄기 때문이다. 본 자료에서는 압연공정시 다결정판재의 수직/평면이방성의 발생원인을 집합조직과 결정소성학을 이용하여 제시하고자 하였다.
