Tei-index has been reported as one of reliable echocardiographic factors for evaluating cardiac function in human and small animals. In this study, Tei-index were measured and evaluated with other echocardiographic parameters in normal thirteen beagle dogs and thirty-one dogs with mitral valve degeneration. Normal range of Tei index with tissue Doppler obtained at septum and left ventricular free wall was $0.58{\pm}0.07$ and $0.60{\pm}0.07$, respectively. The values between septum and left ventricular free wall did not show significant difference. Tissue Doppler derived tei index showed better reproducibility and significantly lower values than the results obtained by pulsed wave Doppler. Tei index obtained in either method increased with the progression of clinical signs. Therefore, the increase of Tei index in dogs with mitral regurgitation is thought to be an useful factor reflecting left ventricular dysfunction.

효율성 평가는 그동안 주로 영리를 추구하는 기업들의 주된 관심사였다. 이에 반해 학교, 도서관 및 정부단체 등 비영리조직을 대상으로 한 성과평가는 이들 조직의 존립목적이 특별할 뿐만 아니라 조직활동의 성과인 산출물에 대한 계량화가 어렵다는 이유로 방치되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 들어 비영리조직에 대한 효율성이 이슈로 등장하면서 이러한 기관을 대상으로 한 효율성 측정방법론에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 프랑스의 경우, 공공서비스의 효율성 또는 생산성 측정의 방안으로 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 방법론은 전문가집단에 의한 항목별 평가다. 오늘날 많은 조직들이 자신들의 조직에 대하여 위험 수준 평가를 하고 이를 통하여 조직의 위험을 관리할 수 있는 위험 분석을 실시하고 있다. 이런 위험 분석의 실시하기 전에 조직의 위험 수준을 파악하기 위하여 설문 등의 방법을 통해 위험 수준을 측정한다. WAP 기술을 기반으로 한 설문 시스템은 무선 인터넷 기술로 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 설문이 가능하고, 빠른 회수가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이 WAP 기술을 바탕으로 근래 많은 가입자를 확보하고 있는 무선 인터넷을 통하여 보안 수준을 측정할 수 있는 설문을 제시한다.

Many companies are adopting performance measurement systems(PMS) in order to acquire competitive advantage the promote long-term growth in Coping with the rapidly changing business environment. Prior research has focused on the relation between PMS and organizational performance. However, there is limited empirical research that examines the behavioural consequences of PMS. Further, there is little empirical research that examines whether measurement diversity have direct and/or indirect effects on work performance. As such, I examine how the relation between measurement diversity and managerial performance can be explained by the intervening variables of justice and organizational citizenship behaviour. This study is summarized as follows: this study finds that measurement diversity affect managerial performance indirectly through justice and organizational citizenship behaviour.

As the development of information technology and thus the growth of security incidents, there has been increasing demand on developing methodologies and tools for measuring the information security level of organizations for the efficient security management. However, most works from foreign countries are not realistic in constructing the checklists, moreover their tools provide neither the ease of use nor the inexpensiveness, and most domestic works are not properly considering the characteristics of the organizations when measuring the information security level. In this study, an efficient information security levelling tool is suggested, which applies the multiple variable weights for security levelling according to the characteristics of organizations and the fuzzy technique to reduce the user's subjectivity.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.

Optical measurements of turbid biological tissue have provided a means to study tissue metabolism, tissue blood perfusion and blood oxygenation non-invasively. We used the red light of 660nm and infrared of 880nm to measure the blood fractional volume and oxygen saturation of biological tissue. In vivo reflectance data were obtained the physiological change from the deep tissue in human subject. The data evaluation was assessed by examining the slopes of the plotter index for the changes in oxygen saturation and blood fraction volume. The index is the natural logarithm of the ratio of reflected light intensity from measured medium to reference intensity at each wavelength. According to the experimental results, oxygen index changes significantly in the muscle of calf during exercise.

본 연구에서는 고구마 조직배양묘의 $CO_2$ 교환량을 측정하기위해 개방형 광합성측정장치의 원리를 이용해 자체제작한 $CO_2$ 교환량 측정장치를 이용하여 공기 주입구와 배출구의 $CO_2$ 농도를 연속측정하고, 명기와 암기에 있어서의 $CO_2$ 교환량의 일변화를 분석했다. 내용적 1.48$\ell$의 배양기에 32개의 식물체를 이식했을 때 식물체당 일일 $CO_2$ 교환량은 19일째에 포화에 달했다. 식물체 생장에 있어서는 자연환기구보다 강제환기구의 생장이 촉진되었고, 강제환기구에서는 $CO_2$ 시용구가 무시용구보다 생장이 촉진되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 고구마 조직배양묘를 강제환기와 $CO_2$ 시용등 배양환경의 개선함으로써 순환과정을 거치지 않고 포장정식이 가능한 배양묘나 삽수의 생산이 가능함을 시사한다고 사료된다.
