A Study on the Safety Culture Index Measurement of Pilot Training School (조종사양성 교육기관의 안전문화지수 측정에 관한 연구)

  • 조직의 안전문화가 사고의 원인이 될 수 있다는 것이 알려지면서 안전문화의 개선과 정착의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 우리나라는 항공법 제49조에 지정전문교육기관은 자체 안전관리시스템을 운영하도록 규정하고 있으며 관련 규정에는 조직의 안전문화를 조사하여 상태를 파악하고 발견된 문제점을 개선할 것을 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교통안전공단에서 개발한 축약형 CASS Scale을 사용하여 조종사양성 교육기관의 안전문화지수를 측정하였다. 측정결과 안전문화 평균치는 3.711로 나타났으며 하위지표의 측정결과는 직원 권한위임에 대한 평균값이 3.980으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 상벌체계에 대한 평균값이 3.309로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 서비스제공자는 이러한 측정 결과에 근거하여, 취약부분에 대한 개입전략을 수립, 적용함으로써 조직문화 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

  • A non-invasive technique to measure absorption and scattering coefficients was investigated The reflected backscattered light from the surface of phantom and biological tissue was obtained by using a time-correlated single photon counting system in pico-second time domain. The absorption and scattering coefficients were acquired by the time of peak and asymptotic behavior of the time-resolved reflectance curve and agreed well the ones that is obtained with deconvolution method It was found that the approximation method was good for biological medium to calculate optical properties due to its convenience and accuracy.

  • To improve M&S and SBA, it is important that their capability and maturity models should be developed. In general, capability and maturity models provide the standards for growth and improvement as well as the assessment on the organizational maturity level and the process capabilities, which are composed of a standard reference model and appraisal methods. In this paper, following introduction of a standard reference model for SBA in brief, we investigate some appraisal methods by survey and provide frameworks of appraisal method for SBA.

  • For diseases that are difficult to detect by conventional imaging techniques, the development of a diagnostic method that allows sensors to be inserted into the human body to aid the diagnosis of local spots of the target tissue, is highly desirable. In particular, it is extremely difficult to determine whether vulnerable plaque can later develop into atherosclerosis using only imaging techniques. However, vulnerable plaques are expected to have slightly different mechanical properties than healthy tissue. In this study, we aim to develop a piezoelectric cantilever-type sensor that can be inserted into the human body and can detect the local mechanical properties of the target tissue. A piezoelectric polymer composite based on $BaTiO_3$ nanoparticles was optimized for fabrication of a piezoelectric cantilever. Next, a micro-cone tip was fabricated at the end of the piezoelectric cantilever by thermal drawing. Finally, stiffness of biological tissue samples was measured with the piezoelectric cantilever sensor for verifying its functionality.

  • IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

  • 정보가 진전되고 보안사고가 증가됨에 따라 과거의 단순한 통제수단으로는 전체적인 정보보안의 목표를 달성하기가 어려워 종합적인 정보보안 관리체계 구축이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 보다 효율적인 보안 관리를 위한 보안수준 측정에 대한 방법 및 도구개발이 높이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 외국의 연구는 대부분 수준 측정을 위한 항목 구성이 우리 조직의 실정에 맞지 않고 또한 도구 역시 사용의 편이성이나 경제성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹 상에서 조직의 특성을 반영한 4가지의 다중 가중치를 적용하고, 국내 표준을 기초로 보안수준 측정 도구를 제안하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 지식경영을 실시하기 전에 자사의 현 상태를 진단할 수 있는 조직의 지식경영 준비도 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 조직 내 지식활동을 총체적으로 분석하기 위해 '지식고도화 모형'을 기반으로 해서, 각 영역에 사회적 요인과 기술적 요인으로 구분된 틀을 적용하여 연역하였다. 연역한 결과, 사람, 문화, 제도, 프로세스, 기술의 5차원에서 총 22개의 측정항목이 도출되었고, 도출된 요인의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종적으로 5차원에서 총 21 개의 측정항목이 도출되었다.(중략)

Developing an Inventory of Organizational Innovativeness of Social Welfare Organizations Focusing on Community Welfare Centers and Child Welfare Institutions (사회복지조직 혁신적 척도 개발 연구 - 지역사회복지관과 아동복지시설을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an empirically-based inventory of organizational innovativeness of social welfare organizations. Review of literature on innovation research and panel study resulted thirty-seven(37) pre-items for measuring organizational innovativeness. An exploratory factor analysis of the pre-items drawn from the first survey data of 178 social workers revealed seven(7)-factor structure of 31 items. The factors included leadership innovation, team work innovation, task innovation, program development innovation, program technology innovation, idea innovation. A confirmatory factor analysis using data from the second survey of 409 social workers also indicated relevance of seven(7) factor structure of the inventory. Further these seven factors showed positive and significant correlations with measures for innovation culture indicating the inventory had the criterion-related validity. Although additional work remains in methodological issues, the results presented in this paper have shown that this inventory of organizational innovativeness can be an useful tool for assessing innovativeness of social welfare organizations.

  • This paper offers a method to measure the distribution of niches of two types of social organizations. Internet sites and voluntary organizations. based on the socio-demographic characteristics of their members. It examines the niches of Internet sites based on age and education of site visitors and those of voluntary organizations based on age. education. and occupational prestige of their members. The method to measure organizational niches makes it possible not only to understand the niche width of organizations but also to examine the extent to which organizations .potentially compete and coexist. This leads to a method to recognize the way organizational environments influence the performance of individual organizations ecologically. To conclude, this paper shows that organizations are socially embedded through a process of pariticipation in which individual members choose their organizations not randomly. but based on their socIoifemographiccharacteristics.

  • This study explored the police organizational health diagnosis index development. and the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the police to develop the police organizational health diagnosis index and then to raise the organizational effectiveness. A police organizational health diagnosis index comprises three categories; Organizational Behavior, Group Behavior, and Individual Behavior. A Organizational Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Organizational Structure, Organizational atmosphere, Environmental Compliance, Transformational Leadership, and Communication & decision-making. Secondly, A Group Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; How to manage the personnel, Conflict management style, Group cohesion, Vision and Strategy, and Community-oriented & shared responsibility. Thirdly, An Individual Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Job Motivation, work-related factors, Trust, Vitality, and Organizational Cynicism. This author expects this study to contribute to the development of an adequate measuring instrument of the police organizational health diagnosis index.
