Texture in hot-pressed silicon carbide (고온가압소결한 탄화규소의 집합조직)

  • A Abstract Systematic studies of the effects of crystalline forms of starting powders and p processing variables on the texture of hot - pressed silicon carbide are described. The results I indicate that hot - pressing of $\beta$ - SiC can produce strong textures and composite type duplex microstructure due to the ${\beta} {\rightarrow} {\alpha}$ phase transformation of SiC. The texture variations d during post - annealing have been observed. In the case of using a - SiC as starting pow¬d ders, the degree of preferred orientation by hot - pressing is relatively weak.

  • 본 연구는 수선화 구근의 각 조직으로부터 기내배양시 캘러스형성과 신초재분화를 위한 성장조절제의 효과를 측정하기 써하여 시행되었다. 신초형성과 callus의 형성은 기저부를 포함하는 floral axis에서 $50\%$의 신초발아율을 관찰하였고 scale 에서는 신초형성이 거의 관찰되지 않았다. 그리고 floral axis만을 치상한 경우는 아주 저조한 신초형성율이 관찰되었다. 지저부를 포함한 floral axis의 신초형성은 callus의 형성과 같은 NAA 0.5 mg/L과 BA 1.0 mg/L을 포함하는 MS 배지에서 만족할만한 결과를 얻었다. 신초형성으로부터 모든 신초가 형성되기까지는 약 140일이 소요되었다. 신초가 형성된 구근조직을 NAA 5.0 mg/L과 TDZ 0.02 mg/L을 포함하는 뿌리유도 MS배지에서 뿌리가 유도되는 결과를 얻었다. 본 실험에서는 수선화의 재 분화에 있어서 구근의 조직에 따라 신초형성이 다르게 나타남을 발견 할 수 있었다.

A study on Establishing Strategic Tasks for Social Economic Organizations through SWOT Analysis: Focusing on Chungnam Region (SWOT분석을 통한 사회적 경제조직의 전략과제 정립에 관한 연구: 충남지역을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed SWOT based on existing literature data to establish strategic tasks and strategic directions for revitalization of social economic organizations (Chungnam region). First, as a result of SWOT analysis of social economic organizations, a total of 16 factors were derived from the factors for strength (S), weakness (W), opportunity (O), and threat (T), with 4 factors each. Second, for strategic factors for social economic organizations, 16 strategic tasks were derived from SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, and WT strategy through SWOT Matrix Mapping for factors established through SWOT analysis. Strategic direction 1 was established as a strategic direction to improve self-sufficiency by establishing a sustainable management body as a "advancing the support policy base of social economic organizations". Strategic Direction 2 is "Creating a Growth Foundation for Social Economic Organizations", which means a strategic direction for social economic organizations to grow and develop on their own. Strategic direction 3 is "discovering and fostering social economic organizations," which means a strategic direction for sustainable growth by discovering and fostering organizations that meet local characteristics so that social economic organizations can solve various problems in the region. Strategic direction 4 was 'promotion and promotion of social economic organizations', which means strategic directions for promotion of social economic organizations and promotion of education for employees.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of empowerment on organizational commitment and team performance after establishing their relationship through research on empowerment, organizational commitment, and team performance. The main results were as follows: First, empirical results showed that organizational commitment and team performance had a significant influence on the relationship between empowerment and organizational effectiveness. Second, the role of empowerment The results of this study suggest that empowerment has a positive effect on organizational commitment and team performance when the perceived fairness perception is high. In order for the company to continue to grow, the most important thing is that the cycle of continuous empowerment of its employees as a human resource is considered as an alternative to sustain the continuous growth of the organization. To this end, companies offer their future vision and goals that they can share I think we should continue to pursue changes in the organization. Based on the results of the study, the implications and limitations of the research and future direction of the research were suggested.

The Influence of Work-Life Balance(WLB) Support Systerm on Employee Engagement - Focused on Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support - (일과 삶의 균형(WLB) 지원제도가 종업원 인게이지먼트에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The objective of this study is to understand the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB) support system on employee engagement (organizational commitment and job commitment) and to examine the moderating effect of perceived organizational support (instrumental and emotional) on the relationship between WLB and employee engagement. To test the research model and hypotheses, this study analyzed 537 responses from employees of sample companies that were carrying out the WLB support system during the period of December 1 through 31, 2014, and the results of the analysis are as follows: First, the correlation between employee engagement (organizational commitment) and the WLB support system showed that the influence of WLB support system on employee engagement(organizational commitment) was greater in the order of growth, job, and family support system. Second, the correlation between WLB support system and employee engagement(job involvement) showed that growth and job support system had significant relationship. Third, in the relationship between WLB support system and employe engagement(organizational commitment), there was no moderating effect of perceived organizational support. Fourth, in the relationship between the WLB support system and employee engagement(the job involvement), both institutional and emotional supports factors of the perceived organizational support had moderating effects in the relationship between growth support system and employee engagement(job involvement). This study has academic significance in that it is an empirical study examining the relationship between the WLB support system and employee engagement, which has not actively investigaged in Korea.

Identification of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor(EGF-R) and Transforming Growth $Factor-{\alpha}(TGF-{\alpha})$ in both Malignant Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Adjacent Non-malignant Gastric Mucosa (위암조직과 정상조직에서의 표피성장인자 수용체와 변환성장인자의 규명)

  • The specimens used in this study were obtained from patients with primary gastric carcinoma and adjacent non-malignant mucosa from the same patients. Using the techniques of immunocyto chemicstry and in situ hybridization, transforming growth $factor-{\alpha}(TGF-{\alpha})$ and epiderimal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) nRNAs were identified. $TGF-{\alpha}$ was observed in macrophages and dividing tumor cells but, not in normal cells. EGF-R was observed both in malignant and non-malignant gastric tissues. Although normally, $TGF-{\alpha}$ is not seen in normal gastric tissues, $TGF-{\alpha}$ was discovered in the adjacent non-malignant tissue of histolgically normal, which strongly suggest that $TGF-{\alpha}$ is involved in the differentiation of cancer cells. Immunocytochemicstry using EMB-11 antibody identified the existence of macrophages which express $TGF-{\alpha}$ and EGF-R mRNA. Protein products of EGF-R was identfified using monoclonal antibody. Cancer cells were also identified in the non-malignant normal tissues by the method of immunocytochemicstry using carcino embryonic antigen (CEA)antibody. It is considered that the activity of $TGF-{\alpha}$ increased as tumor cell prolifierates. Immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization techniques can be used to diagnose gastric cancer along with the use of ${\alpha}-feto$ protein and CEA.

  • 20세기에 들어와 전력수요가 증가함에 따라 송전전압의 상승이 요구되어 EHV 송전계통의 설치가 시급하게 되었고 아울러 고전압 기술이 급속도로 성장함에 따라, 전문가들이 서로 모여서 발생되는 문제점과 엔지니어링 경험을 서로 교환해야할 필요성이 요구되어 1921년에 CIGRE가 창설되었다. CIGRE는 현재 약70여개의 참가회원국을 갖고 있으며, 국내위원회를 조직하여 적극적으로 활동하고 있는 나라는 45개국에 이르고 있다. 우리나라에서는 중전기 분야의 산업체가 성장함에 따라 1980년에 CIGRE국내위원회가 조직되었다. 먼저 CIGRE의 성격과 기능에 대해 설명을 한뒤, 한국 국내 위원회의 발전사항에 대해서도 간략하게 기술하였다.

Expression Pattern of Skeletal-Muscle Protein Genes and Cloning of Parvalbumin mRNA in Dark-banded Rockfish (Sebastes inermis) (볼락(Sebastes inermis) 근육단백질 유전자의 성장단계별 발현 양상과 parvalbumin 유전자 클로닝)

  • Differentially Expressed Gene (DEG) was obtained from Differential Display Reverse Transcription (DDRT)-PCR using Annealing Control Primer (ACP) to search and clone genes related to developmental stages of Sebastes inermis. By using 120 ACPs, the nucleotide sequences obtained from 16 DEGs showing higher expression in 6-month-old skeletal muscle than 18-month-old ones and from 22 DEGs displaying stronger expression in 18-month-old than 6-month-old were analyzed and BLAST was conducted. The results identified that DEGs shared 69~95% homology with genes of parvalbumin (PVALB), nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) B, tropomyosin (TPM), troponin I (TnI), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), muscle-type creatine kinase (CKM2), small EDRK-rich factor 2 (SERF2), adenosine monophosphate deaminase (AMPD), Trimeric intracellular cation channel type A (TRICA), Rho GTPase-activating protein 15 (ARHGAP15), S-formylglutathione hydrolase (Esterase D; ESD), heat shock protein 70 (hsp70), type 1 collagen alpha 2 (COL1A2), glutathione S-transferase, Mid1-interacting protein 1 (Mid1lip1), myosin light chain 1 (MYL1), sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 1B (SERCA1B), and ferritin heavy subunit (FTH1). Expression pattern by developmental stage of DEG14 and PVALB exhibiting strong expression in 6-month-old skeletal muscle was investigated using real time PCR. Expression was reduced as Sebastes inermis grew. Expression of PVALB gene was extremely low after 6 months of age. Expression of CKM2 showed higher expression in 18-month-old skeletal muscle than in 6-month-old muscles, and increased continuously until 4 years old, after which CKM2 expression became gradually reduced. By analysis of tissue-specific expression patterns of DEG, DEG14 was expressed mainly in skeletal muscle, liver, kidney and spleen tissues, whereas PVALB expression was expressed in skeletal muscle and kidney, but not in liver and spleen tissues. CKM2 was expressed in skeletal muscle, kidney, and spleen tissues, but not in liver tissues. PVALB gene was composed of 110 amino acids, which constituted 659 bp nucleotides. The results reported here demonstrate that the expression patterns of parvalbumin and CKM2 could be used as molecular markers for selecting fishes exhibiting fast growth.
