Analysis of Convergent Influence of Self Efficacy, Job Characteristics and Occupational Stress on Job Satisfaction among Hospital Administrative Staff (병원행정직의 자기효능감, 직무특성 및 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 융복합적 영향 분석)

  • We study convergent influence on Job Satisfaction(JS) and its association with Self Efficacy(SE), Job Characteristics(JC) and Occupational Stress(OS) among Hospital Administrative Staff(HAS). The survey was administered to 221 staff from 11 general hospitals located in Jeonbuk area from Nov. 1st, 2016 to Jan. 31st, 2017. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. JS was positively correlated with SE and three sub-domains of JC, and it was negatively correlated with seven sub-domains of OS. With the analysis of covariance structure, OS was more influential on JS than SE and JC. The study found the higher SE and JC, and the lower OC tend to increase JS. The results indicate that the efforts, to increase SE and JC, and to decrease OS, are required to increase the JS of HAS. The results are expected to be useful for organization personnel management to increase the JS of HAS. In the following study, the analysis about convergent additional factors of influence on JS will be needed.

Influence of Motivation·Opportunity·Ability Factors on Knowledge Sharing and the Moderating Effect of System Use Voluntariness - Focused on the Defense Knowledge Sharing System - (동기·기회·능력요인이 지식제공 행위에 미치는 영향과 시스템 사용 자발성의 조절효과 - 국방 지식공유시스템을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of employees' knowledge contribution to 'Easysam', the Defense Knowledge Sharing System(DKSS), and provide managers and system designers with implications for enhancing the usage of the DKSS. Although the system seems to be helpful for employees to conduct their tasks by sharing and applying knowledge from the system, use of the system is confined to restricted employees and little empirical, systematic research has been done for this area. Therefore, using the motivation opportunity ability theory of behavior, this study hypothesizes that motivation factors(enjoy helping, reward confirmation), opportunity factor(system accessibility), and ability factor(self-rated expertise, tenure in the field) increase the level of employees' knowledge contribution to the DKSS. This research also includes hypotheses which address the effect of system use voluntariness, a moderator, on the relationship between predictors described above and knowledge provision. Survey results show that the effect of enjoy helping, reward confirmation, self-rated expertise and system accessibility is significant on employees knowledge provision. However, tenure in the field has no influence on its contribution of knowledge to the system. Theoretical and practical implications are provided.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation with a Overlay Denture (피개의치를 이용한 지적장애인의 완전구강회복)

  • This clinical report presents the case using overlay dentures to treat a patient with cleft lip and palate and malocclusion. This patient requires vigorous treatment such as orthodontic treatment and combined orthodontic/oral surgery procedures. Overlay denture can be used as an alternative treatment option. Intraoral and radiographic examinations were done. The vertical dimension of occlusion was evaluated for proper prosthetic procedures and the surveying in the diagnostic cast was done. Considering the tissue and teeth undercut, the alterations of teeth shape were done. Final preparation and impression was performed. After the evaluation of vertical dimension and occlusion with wax-denture, the dentures were polymerized. Clinical remounting and occlusal adjustment were done on the articulator. Overlay dentures were delivered and the patient was recalled for relining. The overlay dentures satisfied patient's esthetic and functional requirements and provided a stable occlusion. Overlay dentures in this case were a reversible and relatively inexpensive treatment for this patient, however the potential possibilities of caries and periodontal disease as a result of poor oral hygiene should be prevented with periodic recall.

  • 본 연구에서는 용액성장법에 의해 양자 입자로 구성된 CdS 박막을 슬라이드 유리기 판위에 성장시키고 이들의 구조적 광학적 특성에 대하여 연구하였고 이들 결과를 토대로 용 액성장법으로 성장된 CdS 박막의 양자 사이즈 효과에 대하여 연구하였다. 성장시간은 1, 3, 10, 20분이었고 성장온도는 75$^{\circ}C$였다. X-선 회절 분석결과 본 연구에서 합성된 CdS 박막은 hexagonal상의 결정구조를 갖는 것으로 나타났고 성장시간에 따라 막의 투께는 61~195nm, 입자사이즈는 8.5~22.5nm로 나타났다. 광에너지 변화에 따른 투과도 측정결과 본 연구의 CdS 시료는 성장시간에 따라 에너지 밴드갭이 2.43~2.51 eV로 나타나서 벌크 CdS의 에너 지 밴드갭인 2.42 ev보다 높은 에너지 밴드갭을 갖게 되어 양자 사이즈 효과에 의한 blue shift 현상이 용액성장법에 의해 합성된 CdS 시료에도 존재한다는 것이 밝혀졌다 그리고 이 같은 용액성장법으로 성장된 CdS에 대해 최초로 수행된 Raman 산란 실험결과 이성장방법 으로 성장된 CdS에는 1TO, E2, 1LO 포논 모드가 존재함을 알수 있었고 또한 입자 사이즈 감소에 의한 1LO포논 모드의저주파수 shift 현상 즉 포논 모드의 softening 현상이 있음이 밝혀졌고 softening은 최대6.2%까지 발생하였다. 이와같은 높은 softening은 본연구의 CdS 박막 내 양자 입자의 입도가 작은것에 기인하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 본 CdS 시료의 양 자 사이즈 효과의 결과로 1TO 포논도 나타났는데 이 1TO 포논과 E2 포논의 Raman shift 는 성장시간 즉 막의 두께와는 무관한 것으로 나타났다.행렬모형(二重比例行列模型)을 이용하여, 산업구조의 변화로 인한 직업별 인력수요 변화가 충분히 고려되도록 하였다. 전망의 결과에 따르면 향후 우리 경제는 지식기반경제(knowledge-based economy)로 이행하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 우선 산업구조면에서 지식집약적산업으로의 구조조정이 일어나게 되고 이에 따라 산업별 취업구조에서도 고기술산업의 취업준비중이 급속히 증가하게 된다. 직업별 취업분포에 있어서도 전문기술직 행정관리직 등의 고숙련 사무직의 비중은 크게 증가하는 반면 생산관련직과 농림어업직의 비중은 감소하게 된다. 이처럼 경제가 지식집약화되어 감에 따라 고학력자에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가하지만 현재 적절한 인력양성과 공급이 이루어지지 않고 있어 향후 기술이나 기능에 따른 수급부일정(需給不一政)(skill mismatch)현상이 매우 심해질 것으로 보인다. 따라서 앞으로의 인력정책에서 가장 주안점을 두어야 할 부분은 첨단기술산업과 관련된 인력의 양성에 있다고 하겠다.2시간까지 LPDG용액은 MEC용액보다 비교적 나은 회복을 보였고 재관류 3일과 7일의 폐기능 평가에서 두 용액 모두에서 폐기능의 점차적 소실을 보였으며 이는 병리조직검사에서 보듯이 폐혐에 의한 외적인 요소라고 생각되며 따라서 LPDG용액은 허혈재관류손상 방지 및 급성폐렴 등 염증을 잘 관리한다면 20시간 이상 LPDG용액의 안전한 폐보존의 가능성 을 얻을 수 있었다.ic 형태로 외래유전자가 발현되었지만 대조구에서 87.0% (26/30개) 배반포기가 $\beta$-Gal 활력을 보인 반면, G418 처리구에서는 모든 배반포기가 $\beta$-Gal 활력을 보였다 (P<0.05). 그러나 대조구 및 G418 처리구의 ICM

Optimization of Steamed Bread Making with Addition of Green Tea Powder Using Response Surface Methodology (반응표면분석을 이용한 녹차 첨가 찐빵제조의 최적화)

  • High strength flour (12.5% protein) and low strength flour (10.5% protein)were used to determine optimum formulation far steamed bread added with green tea powder (GTP). The response surface study consisted of the following independent variables : GTP (1.5∼4.5%), mixing time (8∼14 min), fermentation time (30∼50min). Bread Quality attributes measured for total bread score of each combination were loaf volume, spread ratio, surface glossiness, smoothness, grain and texture (firmness, cohesiveness, elasticity and adhesiveness). The required amount of GTP, mixing time and fermentation time for steamed bread made from two kinds of flour were different. GTP could be more added to lower strength flour than higher strength flour without losing bread quality. GTP highly affected the loaf volume, spread ratio, surface smoothness, firmness and total bread score of steamed bread (p<0.001). The results suggested that the functional steamed bread added with GTP having excellent quality can be made from low strength flour using green tea powder 3.2%, mixing time 11 min 8 sec and fermentation time 39 min 55 sec.

Dimensional Structure of Emotion in Schizophrenic Patients (정신분열병 환자의 정서구조 분석: 2차원 모형을 중심으로)

  • 본 연구에서는 정신분열증 환자들이 정서상태를 개념화하고 얼굴표정을 통하여 타인의 정서 상태를 판단하는 과정을 정상인과 비교하였다. 연구1에서는 만 19세-46세의 정신분열병 환자 19명에게 정서 관련 형용사 15개로 구성된 105개의 형용사 쌍에 대하여 유사성을 평정하도록 하여 MDS로 분석한 결과, 쾌/불쾌와 각성의 두 차원이 일관되게 보고되고 있는 정상집단과는 달리 정신분열병 집단의 자료에서는 쾌/불쾌 차원만이 뚜렷하게 나타나고 각성 차원은 얻어지지 않았다. 연구 2에서는 다양한 정서를 표현한 얼굴 사진 28개를 정신분열병 환자 30명과 대학생 31명에게 제시하고 각 사진의 인물이 경험하고 있는 내적 상태를 쾌/불쾌와 각성의 두 차원에 대하여 각각 7점 척도로 평정하도록 한 결과 정신분열병 집단은 대학생 집단에 비하여 쾌/불쾌 차원에서는 보다 긍정적으로 평정하는 경향이, 각성 차원에서는 상대적으로 낮게 평가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 특히 부정적이고 각성 수준이 높은 내적 상태를 표현하는 사진 자극에 대하여 정신분열병 환자 집단이 각성수준을 과소평가하는 경향이 두드러지게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 정신분열병 환자들은 정서상태의 개념화 과정에서 각성 차원에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 민감도를 보이고 있으며, 특히 부정적인 정서상태를 표현하는 얼굴들에 대란 판단에서는 각성 차원을 과소평가하여 높은 각성수준을 나타내는 표정과 낮은 각성수준을 변별하는데 어려움을 보이는 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 정신분열병 환자들은 자율신경계의 높은 각성 수준으로 인하여 각성 수준을 더 높일 가능성이 있는 자극을 회피하는 경향이 있다는 Mednick의 가설과 일관되는 결과로 이들의 각성 수준에 대한 낮은 민감도는 방어적인 회피성향의 지속에 따른 둔감화의 결과로 해석될 수 있다. 효과는 GSR를 비롯한 자율신경계지표에서 잘 반영되었다.^2$=.792가 되었다. 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. Design Scheme to Develop Integrated Remediation Technology: Case Study of Integration of Soil Flushing and Pneumatic Fracturing for Metal Contaminated Soil (복합복원기술 개발을 위한 설계안 : 중금속 오염토양을 위한 토양세척과 토양파쇄의 통합 사례 연구)

  • In remediation of the contaminated soil, it requires to select at least more than two remediation technologies depending on the fate and transport phenomena through complicated reactions in soil matrix. Therefore, methodologies related to develop the integrated remediation technology were reviewed for agricultural soils contaminated with heavy metals. Pneumatic fracturing is necessary to implement deficiency because soil washing is not effective to remove heavy metals in the subsurface soil. But it needs to evaluate the characteristics such as essential data and factors of designated technology in order to effectively apply them in the site. In the remediation site, the important soil physical and chemical factors to be considered are hydrology, porosity, soil texture and structure, types and concentrations of the contaminants, and fate and its transport properties. However, the integrated technology can be restrictive by advective flux in the area which remediation is highly effective although both soil washing and pneumatic fracturing were applied simultaneously in the site. Therefore, we need to understand flow pathways of the target contaminants in the subsurface soils, that includes kinetic desorption and flux, predictive simulation modeling, and complicated reaction in heterogenous soil.

The Factors Affecting Technology Commercialization of Government Research Institutes: The Case of Research Institute Spin-offs (출연(연)의 기술사업화에 미치는 요인 분석 -연구소기업을 중심으로-)

  • The term research institute spin-offs refers to new firms created by public research institutes. These spin-offs are different from other start-ups in two respects: on the one hand, they should be located in the Special Research and Development Zones and, on the other hand, these firms are supposed to commercialize the results of public R&D activities. These spin-off firms show higher rates of survival and job creation than general new firms, which means that their contribution to economic growth is not negligible. The present study analyzes the factors affecting research institute spin-offs using a random effect panel logit model and negative binomial model. From previous studies, four elements are identified as playing an important role in the commercialization of public R&D through spin-offs, namely their organizational character, research capability, technological character, and geographical location. The empirical results demonstrate that government research institutes with more researchers and patents are more likely to create new firms. In addition, the location of the institutes significantly affects the probability of their creating spin-offs and their number. When the technological stage and TLO size are considered, however, it turns out that the number of researchers and technological stage play important roles in the spin-offs.

Influence of Emotional Labor, Communication Competence and Resilience on Nursing Performance in University Hospital Nurses (대학병원 간호사의 감정노동, 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship amongst emotional labor, communication competence, resilience, and clinical nursing performance of university hospital nurses, and to identify the influencing factors on job performance of clinical nurses who work at two university hospitals. The data was collected using questionnaires from 216 nurses in February 2016. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 22. There were differences in communication competence (F=3.679, p=.003), resilience (F=7.909, p<.003), and nursing performance (F=2.331, p=.044) correlates with the frequency of leisure activity. The significant relationships were found among age (r=.242, p<.001), years of service (r=.278, p<.001), emotional labor (r=.211, p=.002), communication competence (r=.585, p<.001), and resilience (r=.431, p<.001) with nursing performance in university hospital nurses. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates that communication competence and years of service predict 40.9% (F=75.356, p<.001) in nursing performance of university hospital nurses. The most powerful predictor was communication competence (${\beta}=.581$, p<.001), followed by years of service (${\beta}=.268$, p<.001). In conclusion, to enhance nursing performance for university hospital nurses, it is necessary to develop and utilize educational programs that enhance the communication competence and to develop strategies to support leisure activities for university hospital nurses.

A study on the effect of job demands on job satisfaction and turnover intention among medical social workers (의료사회복지사의 직무요구가 직무만족, 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The problem of excessive job burdens and high turnover rates in the social welfare area has been dealt with for a long time. However, there is a lack of discussions on the issue of voluntary turnover of medical social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job demands on medical social workers' turnover intentions and to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between job demands and turnover intentions. Among the medical social workers registered in the Korean Association of Medical Social Workers, 188 respondents currently working in hospitals were used for data analysis. As research methods, frequency, descriptive statistics, correlate analysis, and logistic regression analysis were conducted by SPSS 22.0 version and SPSS Macro Process v.2.16. Finally, bootstrap was conducted to verify the significant mediating effect of job satisfaction. The findings are follows: extrinsic job satisfaction was found to have the full mediating effect between job demands and turnover intentions of medical social workers. In other words, job demands of medical social workers affect turnover intentions through extrinsic job satisfaction, but there is no direct effect of the job demand on the turnover intention. On the other hand, intrinsic job satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between job demands and turnover intentions. Based on the results, we suggested organizational and institutional implications for improving the job demands affected to low job satisfaction and turnover intention of medical social workers.
