The Impact of Individual and Organizational Network Characteristics on Organizational Competitiveness: Two-mode Network Analysis and MR-QAP (개인 및 조직 네트워크 특성이 조직경쟁력에 미치는 영향: 이원 네트워크 분석과 MR-QAP 방법론 활용을 중심으로)

  • This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.

자동차용 고장력강판의 성형성 및 집합조직 특성

  • 최근 각종 환경 규제와 자동차의 안전성 증대를 위해 고장력 자동차 강판의 수요가 증대되고 있다. 차량의 많은 강판 비중을 차지하는 외판재의경우 안전성과 경량화를 위해서는 고장력강판이 유리하지만, 일반적으로 강도가 증가함에 따라 성형성이 감소되어 자동차 생산에 커다란 문제를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동차용 고장력강판의 집합조직 제어를 통해 강도의 변화없이 성형성을 증대시키고자, 고장력 자동차용 강판의 집합조직의 특징을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 강판은 $\gamma$-fiber (ND//[111]) 조직이 증가할수록 성형성의 증대를 가져올 수 있으며, 이는 압연과 열처리등의 공정 조건에 의해 제어된다. 자동차용 고강도강판의 열처리는 연속소둔방식으로 행하였으며, XRD와 EBSD 등을 통한 집합조직과 기계적인 특성을 분석하였다.

  • This study explored the relationship between the Resilience and Organizational commitment, The police officers' perception on the resilience has been measured, and then how their perception on the resilience affects the organizational commitment has been examined. This study aimed at measuring the effects of police officers' perception on the resilience on organizational commitment By reviewing previous finding, police officers' resilience(Self-Regulation Skills(Regulation skills, Cause Analysis skills, Impulse control skills), Interpersonal Skills(Expansion skills, Communication skills, Empathy skills), Positive Capacity(Appreciate, Life satisfaction, Self-optimism)) were selected as independent variables, Organization Commitment(Affective commitment, Continuance commitment, Normative commitment) was selected as dependent variable. The result of analysis showed that Life satisfaction>Cause Analysis skills>Communication skills> Empathy skills> Appreciate> Impulse control skills influenced in Affective commitment (positive), Life satisfaction>Self-optimism>Regulation skills>Communication skills>Cause Analysis skills in Continuance commitment(positive), and Expansion skills>Empathy skills>Self-optimism>Life satisfaction>Impulse control skills in Normative commitment (positive).

The Convergent effect of Resilience, and Organizational Culture on Well-being in General hospital Nurses (종합병원 간호사의 회복력과 조직문화가 웰빙에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of resilience and organizational culture on well-being in general hospital nurses. The data were collected from 188 nurses working at a general hospital from $1^{st}-30^{th}$ September 2017. The research tools were the resilience, organizational culture, and well-being. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The result showed that the difference in well-being relating to general characteristics were significant age, marital status, position, and career. It was found that resilience, organizational culture, and well-being were all significantly correlated, and that the factors affecting well-being included resilience, task-oriented cultures, relation-oriented cultures, and marital status. There is a need for a strategy to enhance nurses' resilience and aid in the development of a sound organizational culture that could help them effectively adapt to changes. This will not only improve nurses' health but also have a positive impact on patients and nursing organizations.

Effect of Security Manager's Servant Leadership on the Cohesion and Organization Outcome (시큐리티 관리자의 서번트 리더십이 응집력 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact on cohesiveness and organizational performance of the servant leadership of the security manager. The subjects of study selected final 287 persons by using the systematic random sampling for security companies in Seoul in 2009. However, the number of cases used in the final analysis is 256 persons. Reliability of the questionnaire used in this study showed that the value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was above 0.796. The collected data used the methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis etc. by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions are as follows. First, servant leadership has a positive impact on cohesiveness. Second, one of the factors of servant leadership, trust, has a positive impact on organizational performance. Third, individual, social cohesiveness and group cohesiveness among the factors of cohesiveness have a positive impact on organizational performance. Fourth, with the results of path analysis, servant leadership has direct impact on organizational effectiveness and indirect impact through cohesiveness. In other words, a servant leadership among the leaderships that a security worker is conscious of administrator affects cohesiveness and organizational performance in management to promote the management of the organization.

  • Despite all the recent advances in biodegradable material-based microneedles, the bending and failure (especially buckling) of a biodegradable microneedle during skin tissue insertion remains a major technical hurdle for its large-scale commercialization. A reduction in skin tissue puncture force during microneedle insertion remains an essential issue in successfully developing a biodegradable microneedle. Here, we consider uniaxial and equibiaxial prestrains applied to a skin tissue as mechanophysical stimuli that can reduce the skin tissue puncture force, and investigate the effect of prestrain on the changes in skin tissue puncture force. For a porcine skin tissue similar to that of humans, the skin tissue puncture force of a flat-end microneedle is measured with a z-axis stage equipped with a load cell, which provides a force-time curve during microneedle insertion. The findings of this study lead to a quantitative characterization of the relationship between prestrain and the skin tissue puncture force.

  • 오늘날 기업들은 경영환경의 변화와 미래에 대한 불확실성 때문에 어느 때보다 신속한 환경변화에 대한 대응과 위기관리 극복을 위한 노력이 한층 더 중요성을 부각되고 있다. 선행연구들을 통하여 구성원들의 태도가 기업의 효율적인 경영에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업의 경영효율성을 높여주는 조직유효성의 요소들을 어떻게 긍정적인 방향으로 높여 줄지가 기업의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 의료서비스를 제공하는 의료기관들도 급변하는 의료시장의 변화에 맞추기 위하여 기존의 관료적 조직 운영방식에 한계를 느끼고 새로운 변화를 모색하고 있다. 또한 의료시장의 개방, 영리법인 도입 등으로 환경이 급변하고 있어, 의료기관의 경영도 효율성을 강조하고 있는 추세이다. 그러므로 의료기관은 변화에 대처하지 못하면 도태될 수밖에 없으며 살아남기 위한 경쟁력의 원천은 신뢰에 바탕을 둔 조직력이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기관은 관리체계가 일원화 되어 있는 일반 기업과 달리 의료진에 의한 권한체계와 일반 관리자에 의한 이원적 권한체계가 공존하고 있어 효율적인 조직 운영에 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 의료기관에서도 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 대응력을 높이고, 조직 구성원들의 업무 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해 조직을 바르게 관리하기 위한 필요성이 높아지고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 방사선사가 인지하는 조직문화와 셀프리더십 유형을 살펴보고, 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 분석하였다. 셀프리더십의 전체 평균은 5점척도에 3.35점이었,다. 셀프리더십의 자기목표설정과 조직문화의 관계지향적요인은 조직몰입과 직무만족에 모두 관련이 있었다. 조직몰입은 근무지, 조직문화의 위계지향적, 관계지향적 요인이 26.8%의 설명력으로, 직무만족은 기혼자, 셀프리더십의 자기목표 및 자기관찰, 관계지향적 조직문화 요인이 41.6%의 설명력으로 나타났다. 조직의 성과를 높일 수 있는 조직문화를 형성해 나가는 방안의 모색이 필요 할 것이다.
