The Effect of Relational Conflict and Task Conflict between the hotel employee on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Moderating Effect of Self leadership (호텔 종사원의 관계갈등과 과업갈등이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 셀프리더십의 조절효과)

  • 호텔기업은 최고의 서비스를 주고받는 산업으로 다른 기업과의 비교우위를 위하여 우수한 인력개발을 통해 조직의 효율성을 확보하는 전략에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔종사원을 연구대상으로 선정하여 첫째, 관계갈등이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다, 둘째, 과업갈등이 조직시민 행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 관계갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계, 과업갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절을 살펴보았다. 자료 수집을 위한 설문조사는 서울 경기도 지역의 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 400명에게 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 예측해보면 첫째, 관계갈등은 조직시민행동에 유의미한 관계를 미칠 것으로, 둘째 과업갈등은 조직시민행동에 유의미한 관계를 미칠 것으로, 셋째, 셀프리더십은 관계갈등과 조직시민행동간의 관계에서 조절변수의 역할을 넷째, 셀프리더십은 과업갈등과 조직시민행동에 조절효과를 미칠 것으로 판단되어 진다. 조직시민행동의 예측변인으로서 관계갈등과 과업갈등에 대하여 탐색적인 수준에서 연구가 이루어졌음에도 관계갈등과 조직시민행동 그리고 셀프리더십의 상호작용을 다룬 연구가 이루어진 것에 의미가 있다. 또한 관계갈등과 조직시민행동의 관계를 조절하고 과업갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계를 조절할 것으로 예측되어지는데 이는 후속연구의 바탕이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 조직의 관리자는 관계갈등과 과업갈등을 최소화 하고 조직시민행동을 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 다양한 자기개발 및 프로그램을 개발하고 종사원에게 제공하여 건실한 조직문화를 이루어야 하겠다.

  • 사회적 연결망 분석은 사회학에서 양적 분석방법과 질적 분석방법이 함께 안고 있는 문제, 즉 사회적 실체를 관계에 우선하여 측정하고 분석함으로써, 사회적 관계가 부차적이고 파생적으로 인식되는 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 제안되었다. 연결망 분석은 개인 혹은 집단과 조직간의 관계에 대한 형식적 접근을 통해 그 전반적 혹은 부분적 특성을 분석하는 방법으로, 사회적 구조의 발현적 속성에 초점을 맞춘다. 조직간의 연결망에 대한 분석을 통해 조직의 성과가 조직 자체의 속성 뿐 아니라 조직간의 관계의 속성에 의존함이 밝혀졌다.

The Effects of Individuality, Relatedness on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in New Employees (신입사원의 개별성과 관계성이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This research is about the effects of individuality, relatedness on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This research analyzed 140 new employees. We used four tools to assess the new employees: individuality scale, relatedness scale, organizational commitment scale and job satisfaction scale. The research was based on two questions. Question 1. Does individuality have any relation to job satisfaction and organizational commitment? Question 2. does relatedness have any relation to job satisfaction and organizational commitment? The results indicated a positive correlation between individuality and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Results also showed a positive correlation between relatedness and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. According to the result of one way analysis of variance, the group which scored individuality and relatedness scoreabove the mean value best reflected the qualities of organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between LMX, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment and the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. The research was examined using a sample of 305 employees engaged in various industries in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces and the findings of these studies were as follows: To begin with, findings from the study indicate that the Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) is positively related to organizational commitment. Secondly, the Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) has been proven influential for psychological empowerment and furthermore, the results reveal that psychological empowerment(e.g. self-determination, meaning) has positive impacts on organizational commitment. Finally, it has been identified that the relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational commitment didn't prove to be moderated by perceived organizational support. The contribution and limitation of this research were discussed, and future researches were mentioned.

A study on the effect of organizational culture recognized by organizational members of public organizations on learning organization and organizational performance (공조직의 조직구성원이 인식하는 조직문화가 학습조직과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organization and organizational performance, and it was targeting for 350 public officials (local governments, foundation under local governments, public corporation) who research work and consulting were implemented for. When it comes to the response to questionnaires, 313 copies out of 350 were verified on the research hypothesis of the research model by using statistical package programs of SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results of the research hypothesis on research model show that firstly, regarding the research hypothesis 1 that the organizational culture of public organization will have a positive (+) significant effect on learning organization, the organizational culture recognized by the organizational members of public organizations showed a positive influence on the learning organization. In other words, it showed that the organizational culture recognized by the organization members of public organizations is a major factor in building a learning organization. Secondly, regarding the research hypothesis 2, the result of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance, that the organizational culture recognized by the organizational members of the public sector showed a positive influence and it implies the importance of recognizing and transforming the organizational culture of public organizations to improve organizational performance of public organizations. Thirdly, regarding the research hypothesis 3, the organizational culture recognized by the organizational members of public organizations showed an influence on organizational performance and also showed apositive(+) influence on organizational performance through learning organization. As the organizational culture recognized by the organization members in the public sectoris influencing the organizational performance through the learning organization, various implementation plans are required to improve organizational culture, improving learning organization, and improving organizational performance in accordance with the characteristics of public organizations.

조직공정성과 조직문화유형이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 : 개인의 집단주의 성향에 대한 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 조직공정성과 조직문화유형이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 하였다. 또한 개인의 집단주의 성향이 조직공정성, 조직문화유형과 조직유효성간의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지의 여부에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여 전문건설업체 현장 관리자의 조직유효성을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 도출 제시하기 위하여 설계되었다. 구체적인 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직공정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직급과 직종에 따라 조직공정성, 조직문화유형, 조직유효성에 대한 인식 차이에 관한 가설검정의 결과도 모두 유의적인 것으로 검정되었다. 둘째, 개인의 집단주의 성향이 조직공정성과 조직유효성간의 관계, 조직문화유형과 조직유효성간의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지에 관한 가설검정도 모두 유의하지 못하여 기각되었다.

  • This research explores the impacts on the recognition of organizational justice for public employees organizational citizenship behavior during the public-sector reformation. Research results are summarized as follows. The first, the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of public employees relate with procedural justice, interactional justice. but distributive justice not impact. The second interactional justice relations impact organizational citizenship behavior. The third, job satisfaction does the intermediate role between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior of public employees. These result contribute to the explanation of how public employees organizational citizenship behavior work in the public sector reform process.

The Influence of Fringe Benefits on Relational Contract through Superior's Support and Organizational Support (복리후생제도 시행수준과 관계적계약과의 관계에서 상사지원 및 조직지원의 이중매개 효과)

  • This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

The Moderating Effect of Level of Involvement Between Organization-public Relationships and Organizational Reputation (조직과 공중간 관계가 조직의 명성에 미치는 영향: 공중의 관여도를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore and explain how organization-public relations influence organizational reputation, accounted for by the moderating effect of level of involvement. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to 100 residents in a metropolitan city of Korea with the following five Korean organizations studied: two Korean domestic companies, a sports association, a non-profit organization, and a multinational company. Results of multiple regression analysis indicated that organization-public relationships and publics' level of involvement were significant predictors to account for organizational reputation by non-chance amount, and that level of involvement played a moderating variable role between organization-public relationships and organizational reputation.

  • This study has three objectives. First, it examines the relationship between organizational fairness and organizational commitment perceived by social workers in Korea. Second, it simultaneously examines mediating effects of organizational trust and organizational cynicism in the relationship between organizational fairness and organizational commitment. Third, it also examines the effect of social workers' perceived work value on the combined model by considering the unique characteristics of social work profession. This study employs the stratified cluster sampling method on social workers with more than two year work experiences in their current social service agencies that are located in Seoul and Kyungki province; finally it analyzes the responses from 564 social workers by using the method of structural equation modeling. This study has the following results: (1) there is a positive causal relationship between organizational fairness and organizational commitment perceived by social workers; (2) there is also a positive causal relationship between social workers' perceived work value and organizational commitment; and (3) in the mediating effects of organizational trust and organizational cynicism, there are no mediating effects in the relationship between organizational fairness and organizational commitment. This study discusses the importance of social workers' perceived work value and theoretical and practical implications of the results.
