목 적: 여러 통상적인 전뇌방사선치료 기법에서의 뇌와 수정체의 방사선 조사선량을 비교하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 전뇌방사선치료를 위한 치료계획을 11명의 환자를 대상으로 컴퓨터단층촬영 영상을 이용하여 다음과 같이 수립하였다. 중심점이 조사영역의 중앙에 위치하고 가쪽눈구석(lateral bony canthus)에서 양측 빔이 평행한 통상적인 계획을 수립하고, 뇌에서 1 cm (렌즈에 대해서는 5 mm)의 여유로 차폐물을 생성하였다(P1). 이후 중심점을 가쪽눈구석으로 옮기고(P2), 조준기를 90도 회전시킨 후 5 mm 두께의 다엽조준기로 차폐를 하였다(P3). 각 환자의 모든 계획에서 P1의 중심점에 30 Gy를 처방하였다. 뇌와 수정체의 선량 지표들은 paired t-test를 이용하여 비교하였다. 결 과: 뇌의 $D_{max}$와 $V_{105}$는 P1에서 111.9%와 23.6%였다. 뇌의 $D_{max}$와 $V_{105}$는 P2와 P3에서 유의하게 감소하였는데, 그 값은 각각 107.2%와 4.5~4.6%였다(p<0.001). 수정체의 $D_{mean}$의 평균값은 P1에서 3.1 Gy, P2와 P3에서는 2.4~2.9 Gy였다(p<0.001). 결 론: 전뇌방사선치료 시 다른 복잡한 방법을 이용하지 않고, 중심점을 가쪽눈구석에 위치시키는 것만으로도 뇌와 수정체의 조사선량 측면에서 유리하였다.

만성 골수성 백혈병 치료에 있어서 비장의 방사선 조사는 화학요법에 반응이 없거나, 비종대가 심하여 비장 절제술을 시행할 수 없는 환자 그리고 통증을 동반한 비종대 환자에서 증상완화를 위하여 사용되고 있다. 가톨릭의대 성모병원 방사선과에서는 만성 골수성 백혈병에 있어 비장의 방사선 조준시 초음파를 이용하여 치료범위를 정하는 새로운 방법을 개발하여 이에 보고하는 바이다. 이 방법의 장점은 기존의 방사선 조준기를 사용하여 결정하는 방사선치료범위보다 작으며 비장만을 정확하게 포함 할 수 있으므로 효과적 인 비 장 조사 및 주변 장기의 방사선 보호, 그리고 부작용 등을 감소시킬 수 있다.

재래식 총은 발사체의 속도가 너무 낮기 때문에 이동하는 목표물에 대한 명중률이 낮으므로, 현대전은 발사체 속도를 높이기를 요구한다. 이 문제는 대공화기에서 특히 절실하며, 그것은 공격하는 비행체의 속도와 고도 증가에 보조를 맞추지 못해 왔기 때문이다. 또한 실제적인 표적거동에 대하여 조준점과 탄착점과의 오차 거리는 비행시간의 제곱에 좌우되므로, 전자기 총은 사격제어 오차의 영향을 80-90%까지 감소시킬수 있다. 종말탄도 조건은 장갑두께가 변할 때 변하므로 대장갑 교전에서는 균일장갑에만 해당되나, 그럼에도 불구하고 대장갑 교전에서 장점이 기대된다

Exfoliative Dermatitis is a name of a group of symptoms which is characterized by red rash, itching and scale in almost whole body. The patients are suffered from hypoalbuminemia, general weakness and fever sign in addition to characteristic skin lesions. So in the treatment of this disease, adequate symptomatic treatment is important with adequate topical skin management. We experienced a 69 year old Korean male patient diagnosed as Exfoliative Dermatitis based on clinical symptoms and a medical certificate. We concluded that the symptoms of this patient are Sun-symptoms(癬症) and gave him Bangpungtongsung-san(剝脫性皮膚炎) and Geunsun-bang(乾癬方). After taking Oriental Medicine(the hebal medicine of internal use), clinical improvement was noticed. Based on this experience, internal use of Oriental Medicine have a good effect in Exfoliative Dermatitis.

Background and Objective : Localized Pustular Psoriasis(LPP) is a rare form of psoriasis characterized by erythematous papules, plaques studded with pustules(usually on palms or soles) However, the pathophysiology of the LPP remains obscure. Treatment at present is symptomatic and supportive. There is no report on LPP treated with oriental medical treatment. Methods : We conducted one patient with LPP seen at Won-Kwang University Ik-San Oriental Medical Hospital in 2003. We treated LPP in a forty-nine years old man by a herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxa, etc Conclusions : We had a significant results. So we report this case to estimate the efficiency of oriental medic at treatment and management on LPP

Background and Objective : Allergic purpura is a generalized vasculitis characterized by cutaneous purpura, art hritis, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding and nephritis. However, the pathophysiology of the Allergic purpura remains obscure. Treatment at present is symptomatic and supportive. There is few reports on Allergic purpura treated with oriental medical treatment. Methods : We conducted two patients with Allergic purpura seen at Won-Kwang University Ik-San Oriental Medical Hospital. We treated Allergic purpura by a herbal medicine, acupunture, etc. Conclusions : We suggest that the oriental medical treatment and management have an effect with Allergic purpura which means Podoyug in Oriental medicine.
