This paper presents the method of estimating integral coefficients of new distance relaying algorithm for transmission line protection. The proposed method is based on the differential equation calculates impedance value by approximation of integral term of integro-differential equation which relate voltage with current. As a result, we can determine the integral coefficients in least square error sense in frequency domain and we take into consideration the analog filter characteristics and frequency domain characteristics of the system to be protected. The simulation results showed that these coefficients can be successfully used to obtain impedance value in distance relay.

(PbS)$_{1-x}$ -(CuS)$_{x}$ thin films(x=0, 0.5, 1) were grown on glass substrates by using a chemical bath deposition method. The molecular ratio of Pb to Cu for the PbS-CuS thin films(x=0.5) was measured about 7:3 by using EDX and XRF. The resistivity of non-annealed (PbS)$_{1-x}$ -(CuS)$_{x}$ thin films was about 10 $\Omega$ . cm. However, after annealing, the resistivity of PbS showed a little change, while PbS-CuS and CuS significantly decreased in the range of 0.002 to 0.005$\Omega$.cm. PbS was p-type and CuS was n-type.-type.

두 시스템간의 MPEG-2 데이터를 전송할 때 발생되는 여러 가지의 지연으로 인하여 데이터를 제때 재생하지 못하는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 전송률을 제어하는 에이전트를 설계하고 네트워크 상태에 따라 MPEG-2의 스케일링 기법(시간적, 공간적 스케일링 기법)을 적용하여 전송률을 조절하는 전송률 제어방식을 제시한다. 특히 공간적 스케일링 기법에서는 충실도에 따라 그룹별로 계층화하는데 있어서 블록의 EOB 위치를 조정하여 MPEG-2 비디오 비트스트림을 네트워크 QoS에 따라 다양한 화질로 전송될 수 있도록 하고 있다.

The article purpose is 'Reading Chinese translation text as a Korean integrated education for Chinese students'. Although number of foreign students has increased rapidly to the economic growth of Korea, the influence of Korean Wave, and the popularity of Korean popular culture like K-pop at domestic universities but the problems of their curriculum have been found in many places. Korean literary education through novel text has an important place in Korean studies, but literary education is often excluded in Korean language education as a foreign language education. Chinese students already have background knowledge of Korean translation novels through Chinese novels. They can get the learning effect as the Korean language study. Second, they can compared with Korean national violence and Chinese national violence through 'Red Revolution' and understand about Korean-Chinese understanding of the times, social and cultural phenomena, Third, they are able to study the theory of literature itself. also It was the educational purpose pursued by the humanities. Chinese students develop their Korean language skills by studying the Brothers which are translated into Korean, and we can see the similarities and differences of national violence by comparing Korea's '4.19' with China's 'Cultural Revolution' After comparing people, background, dynamics of the space where they are located, we can raise awareness of the historical and social problems of both countries. It is possible to study subjects' memories of space, change of local meaning, the formation of urban space or individual space in the text in the specific space where national violence occurs. In this way, the method of learning Korean integrated education through Brothers of the Chinese translation novels makes an opportunity to look at national violence in the Korean-Chinese space of the 1960s and 1970s. It has a subjective perspective from subordination to the nationality of the modern nation-state. This is an educational effect that can be obtained through reading a Chinese translation novel as a Korean language integrated education.

일반적으로 종자를 pelleting하면 발아율이나 발아세가 나종자보다 저하되어 실용화하는데 다소 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 시판되는 춘파용 당근 4품종을 공시하여 pelleting 전 solid matrix priming(SMP), osmo priming, $GA_3$의 처리를 하여 4품종 모두 pelleting보다 발아율이 10-50% 향상되었으며, $T_{50}$가 1.9-4.6일 단축되었다. 포장에서의 입모율은 SMP+pelleting 종자가 pelleting 시키지 않은 종자보다 높았고, $T_{50}$이 단축되었지만 큰 차이는 없었다. 이런 불균일한 묘출현은 포장의 불량한 온도와 수분환경 때문인 것으로 생각되며 수분과 pelleting 종자와의 관계에 대한 추가 시험을 수행할 계획이다.

본 논문에서는 사각지대의 범죄를 예방하고, 예측하지 못한 화재 또는 위험을 예방하기 위하여 IoT 기반의 스마트 CCTV 방범 서비스를 제안한다. 제안 방식에서는 라즈베리파이를 이용하여 RC(Radio Control)카를 만들고 RC카에 카메라 및 각종 모듈을 장착하였으며 방범 서비스 처리는 Raspbian O/S, Apach Web Server, Shell script, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript를 사용하여 구현되었다. RC카는 영상, 음성 그리고 온도 등의 모듈로 현장의 위험을 판단하여 관리자에게 상황을 알려주는 방범 서비스를 제공한다. 실험 결과 영상과 음성 정보의 전달 시간이 0.1초 내에서 처리되었을 뿐 아니라 AVG, 위급 상황, 수동 모드에도 실시간 상태 전송이 가능하였다. 스마트시티 구현에 무인자동차, 드론 등에도 적용하여 제안 방식이 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

대만 초기애니메이션은 미국과 일본의 영향아래 발전하였으며, 대부분 하청위주의 위탁가공이었다. 1970-80년대 이후 애니메이션 산업의 기술적 정착과 체계적 관리는 현재 대만애니메이션 산업의 발전과 디지털화를 가능하게 하였다. 1990년대 이후 정부의 장려금지원정책도 있었지만 기업투자의 열망과 창작자의 실험적 창의성이 산업경제구조와 잘 조화되면서 애니메이션의 급속한 성장을 가져왔다. 2000년에 이르러 인터넷과 영상매체의 발전으로 애니메이션 산업은 새로운 영역으로 확대되었지만 여러 문제점도 함께 나타났다. 이는 대만정부의 소극적인 애니메이션 보조금 지원정책과 전문적인 인재양성 계획 부재, 전문교육기관과 교육인력 미비, 창의적인 스토리텔링 고갈과 해외작품의 형식위주 모방 그리고 문화산업간 국제교류 부족 등에 기인한다.

Myocardial ischemia causes heterogeneity of ventricular repolarization and sometimes produces changes of the ST-T wave in ECG. Therefore, morphological changes of ST-T waveform in ECG have a clinical significance in diagnosing myocardial ischemia. In this study, we investigated the ST-T changes caused by myocardial ischemia in magnetocardiography (MCG). We analyzed MCG patterns of biphasic T, ST segment deviations from baseline, main current angle of $T_{peak}$ and $T_{peak}$ dispersion in 300 CAD patients without ST elevation in ECG, 122 symptomatic patients and 48 normal subjects. MCGs were recorded by multichannel SQUID system in a magnetically shielded room. As results, we found that appearances of the abnormality were strongly correlated with the severity of myocardial ischemia. Also we found that the percentage of the patients showing MCG changes were higher than those in ECG. These results show that morphological changes of ST-T waveform in MCG can be used as a marker of myocardial ischemia.

과학적 합리성, 인문학과 사회과학의 상상력과 통찰력, 예술적 창조성을 중요시하는 현대사회의 교육은 지식정보의 단순한 전달과 암기나 기능중심의 교육보다는 역사적 문맥의 폭넓은 이해, 학습자의 반성적 판단력, 창의적 기획력, 의사소통능력, 인지와 감성의 통합, 매체해석과 활용능력을 함양하는 문화예술을 중시하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 영상예술분야인 애니메이션의 교육담론 분석을 통해 문화예술교육으로서 가치와 중요성, 향후 방향에 대해 살펴봄을 목적으로 한다. 애니메이션을 활용한 문화예술교육은 영향력이 막강한 예술장르간의 융합, 학제간의 융합을 유도하여 탈장르의 형태로 인간의 삶과 문화를 변화시키며 다양한 교육방법과 실천으로 이어지고 있다. 한편, 국가차원의 문화복지 성격의 예술교육정책이 추진되고, 국민들의 문화예술의 향수권과 사회문화교육이 점차 확대되는 시점에서, 통합적 문화예술로서 애니메이션의 교육적 역할 증대와 학문의 지속적 발전을 위해 애니메이션의 교육학적 역할 재정립, 애니메이션교육의 다양화와 대중화, 애니메이션 전문 교육인력양성, 애니메이션 인프라확대와 종합교육지원시스템 구축이 필요하다.

중국 고대사회에 있어 효 문화는 가부장제도 아래에서 도덕규범의 실천적 원리였다. 조아(曹娥)는 중국의 대표적인 효의 상징인물로, 원래 무녀(巫女)였으나 한대의 주류 사상인 유가철학의 전파와 함께 효녀의 형상으로 전환되었으며, 이후 지역문화의 발전과 함께 민간의 신앙과 접목하여 수신(水神)의 개념으로 재탄생하기도 하였다. 조아설화의 전파과정 중, 구전과 문학적 가공은 상호적인 작용을 통해 영향을 주고받으며, 미화되거나 신성화되고 체계화 되었는데, 조아도상은 이러한 인류가 추구하는 보편적이며 온전한 사유적 형상의 체현이다. 예컨대, 현대사회에 있어 문화적 정체성과 함께 그 이면의 근본적인 내적 함의의 인식이 중요하다. 그러므로 조아의 효를 주제로 한 사회기반의 문화콘텐츠의 창작과 이를 통해 효가 가진 문화적 핵심가치를 찾는 것은 의미 있는 일이다. 본문은 조아설화와 효사상 그리고 문화원형을 사례중심으로 서술하였으며, 조아의 민간신앙적 신성화 측면에서 문학으로부터 파생된 가공과 도상의 형성 사이의 관계를 이해하고, 이미지의 변화와 조형성을 통한 문화콘텐츠로서의 가능성을 살펴보았다.
