이 논문은 포퍼의 후기 확률론인 성향적 확률론에 대한 것이다. 포퍼가 확률에 관한 성향이론을 제시한 가장 중요한 동기는 단일 사건에 확률값을 부여하기 위함이었다. 그의 성향이론은 전기와 후기로 나누어지는데, 전기의 이론은 성향을 반복가능한 조건들의 집합으로, 후기의 이론은 성향을 특정 시각에서의 우주의 상태로 설명한다. 이 글은 포퍼의 전기와 후기 성향이론이 성공적이지 않음을 논증한다. 전기 성향이론에 대해서는 가장 좁은 준거집합의 원리의 문제에 부딪혀서 단일 사건에 대하여 객관적인 확률값을 부여할 수 없기 때문이고, 후기 성향이론은 성향을 약한 인과라고 해석하는 문제와 함께 포퍼 자신의 의도와 달리 형이상학적인 이론이 되어버렸기 때문이다.

I. 목적 : Half beam을 이용하여 인접한 조사면 치료시, 경계부위에서 발생할 수 있는 Jaw Position에 의한 기하학적 오차는 정확한 선량전달에 문제를 일으킨다. 이에 본 저자는 QA용 필름을 이용하여 조사면 setting 방법과 조작자간의 오차를 분석하고 이를 최소화할 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 한다. II. 대상 및 방법 : 본 실험은 6MV선(CL2100C, Varian, USA)을 대상으로 하였으며, 폴리스틸렌팬톰($25{\times}25cm2$)을 SSD 100 cm으로 고정한 후, 측정용 필름(X-omat V2, Kodak, USA)을 5 cm 깊이에 위치 시켜 조사면의 중심에서 경계를 이루는 비대칭 조사면 ($0/7.5{\times}15,7.5/0{\times}15 cm$)을 쌍으로 조사하였다. 조사된 필름은 자동현상기를 이용하여 현상한 후 농도계(Densitometer, Multidata, USA)를 이용하여 중심축상에서의 농도분포를 측정하여 인접한 조사면에서의 오차를 분석하였다. 조작방법과 조작자간의 오차를 분석하기 위하여 5명의 방사선사를 대상으로 auto및 manual set-up을 실시하였고 각 방법의 평균 오차를 분석하기 위해 5회 반복하였다. III. 결과 : 필름 농도곡선을 이용하여 두 조사면이 만나는 경계에서의 오차를 분석한 결과, remote console set-up의 경우 주변 조사면에 비해 $-0.16{\pm}3.44\%$, pendant방식에서는 $+5.04{\pm}4.37\%$로 나타났고, 조작자간의 유의성이 관찰되었다. IV. 결론 : 비대칭 조사면을 이용한 근접 조사면의 치료시 pendant 방식보다 remote console 방식에서 오차가 적 게 나타나므로 Auto set-up 기능의 이용은 치료시에 조사면 경계에서의 선량 오차를 최소한으로 줄이는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 manual 방식으로 set-up 시 오차의 편차가 크게 나타나므로 치료시에 세심한 주의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

이 글은 황우석 사태에 대한 기존의 연구들이 황우석 사태에 대한 정의도 뚜렷이 내리지 않고 그 용어를 쓰고 있으며, 아울러 황우석 사태를 대체로 한국적 후진성을 반영하는 현상으로 묘사하는 것은 나름대로 수긍할만한 측면이 없는 것은 아니지만, 황우석 사태를 올바로 이해하는 데 있어 걸림돌이 될 수 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 황우석 사태는 여성들의 난자들에 대한 비윤리적 사용 의혹에서 비롯되어 논문조작 의혹이 제기되고 그 의혹들이 맞는 것으로 밝혀지는 일련의 과학적 부정행위 규명과, 그 과정에서 논문조작이 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고 대중들이 보여준 황우석에 대한 비이성적 지지 현상 모두를 의미하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 황우석 사태를 이렇게 정의할 때, 우리는 황우석 사태가 세계적으로 볼 때 보편적 성격과 특수적 성격 모두를 지니고 있다고 평가할 수 있다. 한편으로 논문조작에 초점을 두고 황우석 사태를 보면 황우석 사태는 한국만의 현상이 아니라 세계사적 보편성을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있는데, 그 구조적 원인으로는 과학자간 경쟁의 격화와 업적주의의 강화를 들 수 있다. 다른 한편으로 논문조작이 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고 황우석에 대한 대중들의 열광적인 지지가 지속되었던 점에 초점을 두고 황우석 사태를 보면 황우석 사태는 다른 나라들에서는 그 유례를 찾을 수 없는 한국적 현상이라고 할 수 있는데, 그 현상의 근원에는 대체로 한국인들이 지니고 있는 한의 정서가 자리 잡고 있다고 할 수 있다.

It is clear that students attending at technical high schools, which are commonly believed to have low mathematical learning standard, are able to improve their mathematical learning abilities through concrete operational activities. One thing that teachers should remember is that the subject in learning is the student not the teacher any more, so that teachers are able to become assistants by letting students study independently rather than passively.

The purpose of this study was to develop sports ethics consciousness scale for preventing fixing game, based on foreign data but considering the actual conditions of Korea. Respondents were elite sports athletes from D-city. This study was conducted on 304 elite sports athletes from middle, high school and college students selected by purposeful sampling, for three months from May to July 2018. In the date analysis stage, the descriptive statistic analysis was performed for understanding the item characteristic and the internal consistency coefficient(α), the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis were perforned for analysing the credibility, the validity. There were five sub-factors of sports ethics consciousness scale, consisting of ethics of autonomy, ethics of collectivism, ethics of common good, ethics of dignity, and ethics of productivity, which were identified through 23 questions. It was proved that the scale have enough suitability (χ2=420.151, df=220, p=.000, GFI=.996, NFI=.979, TLI=.960, CFI=.978, RMSEA=.055).

Prospective memory (PM) is memory for activities to be performed in the future, such as remembering to purchase a piece of fruit on the way home or remembering to give someone a telephone message. Theoretically, PM retrieval can be accomplished either by controlled monitoring of intended action or by a more automatic process that spontaneously responds to the presence of intended event. The present study examined the effect of meta-cognitive awareness in PM retrieval process. In Experiment 1, we manipulated PM condition with a salient cue to stimulate participants' meta-cognitive awareness. Results showed the salient cue condition spontaneously triggered remembering to perform an intended action. In Experiment 2, we manipulated participants' meta-cognitive awareness about PM task difficulty and about the degree to which cognitive capacity is required to realize the PM task. Results showed that PM retrieval process varied with meta-cognitive awareness (i.e., more resources were allocated if the PM task was expected to be difficult). These results imply that participants' meta-cognitive awareness play an important role in PM retrieval process.

In this study, we examined the effects of spatial attention in Hangul word recognition depending on visual factors. The visual complexity of words (Experiment 1) and contrast (Experiment 2) were manipulated to examine whether the effect of spatial attention differs depending on visual quality. Participants responded to words with and without codas in experiment 1 and words in high-contrast and low-contrast conditions in experiment 2. The effects of spatial attention were investigated by calculating the difference in performance between the condition where spatial cues were given at the target location (valid trial) and the condition where the spatial cues were not given at the target location (invalid trial) as the cuing effects. As a result, the cuing effects were similar depending on the complexity of the words. It indicates that the effects of spatial attention were not different across the visual complexity conditions. The cuing effects were greater in the low-contrast condition than in the high-contrast condition. The greater effect of spatial attention when the contrast is low was explained as a mechanism of signal enhancement.

로봇의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 2019년부터 초등 실과 교과에 로봇 교육이 포함된다. 그러나 일부 초등학교에서 현행되고 있는 로봇 교육은 학습자가 완성된 형태의 로봇을 조작하는 데 그친다는 점에서 구성주의 학습원리에 어긋난다. 구성주의 학습원리에 따르면 학습자는 각자에게 의미 있는 독창적인 모델을 중심으로 자신만의 세계를 만들고 그 속에서 지식을 구성해 나가야만 진정한 학습이 일어난다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 구성주의 학습원리에 기반한 초등 로봇 교육의 도구로서 WeDo 2.0을 소개하고 로봇 교육 도구로서 WeDo 2.0이 갖는 활용가능성을 탐색하였다. WeDo 2.0은 학습자에게 첫째, 자발적 학습환경, 둘째, 창의적 학습환경, 셋째, 체계적 학습환경, 넷째, 통합적 학습환경, 다섯째, 구성주의 학습환경을 제공한다. 이에 따라 향후 초등 로봇 교육에서 WeDo 2.0을 활용한 구체적인 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

이제 기업별로 분기이익을 발표하는 Earning Season이 돌아왔다. 분기보고에 나타난 실적을 기초자료로 하여 기업들은 내부적으로 자사의 성과를 평가하고 주식시장에서는 투자자들이 기업을 평가하는 기본 자료로 활용하여 온 것이 주지의 사실이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 엔론사태를 시발로하여 현재까지 꼬리를 물고있는 미국 기업에 대한 회계조작 사건은 기업회계에 대한 신뢰성의 저하를 초래했다. 세계에서 가장 투명한 경영을 한다는 미국의 대기업들이 이러한 사건에 연류되면서 상대적으로 투명성이 의심되는 국가의 기업들은 회계조작과 관련이 없더라도 이러한 악재를 피해 가기는 힘든 것이 현실이다. 회계의 투명성에 대한 신뢰도는 단순한 문제라고 할 수만은 없다. 왜냐하면 회계의 신뢰성에 대한 문제는 기업의 펀드멘탈에 관련된 문제이기 때문이다. 이러한 연유로 자본주의 경제와 불가분의 관계인 회계에 대한 비판과 개혁론이 대두되고 있어 대안적인 방안들이 관심을 끌고 있다. 그 방안의 하나로 지목되는 것이 $''$기업 건전성 지수$''$이다. 기업 건전성 지수는 경영자의 기업관리 및 투자자의 기업평가에 동일하고 유용하게 쓰일 수 있는 재무적 접근법이다. 본 논고에서는 기업 건전성지수에 대한 개념, 활용방안, 회계조정 그리고 지표의 진정한 효과에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

The aims of this study are to identify Dewey's theory on mathematics education and to clarify its influence on the modern theories of mathematics education. For this purpose, we have examined Dewey's theory of knowledge named as pragmatism or instrumentalism, and studied the Dewey's theory of education in which he maintained education is the reconstruction of experiences. And then, we have examined Dewey's theory on mathematics education, such as theory of mathematics, purpose of mathematics education, contents of mathematics education, and methods of mathematics education respectively. After that, we have analyzed how his theory on mathematics education is connected with the diverse theories of modern mathematics education, such as Piaget's operational constructivism, Freudenthal's theory of realistic mathematics education, Polya's theory on mathematical problem-solving, and social constructivism. Through this study, we might say that Dewey's theory on mathematics education is a prototype of modern theories of mathematics education and a comprehensive paradigm which is very suggestive to the phenomena of mathematics education.
