  • 본 논문은 기존의 고정블록 알고리즘에서 발생할 수 있는 객체 추적의 문제점을 보안한 다중 블록을 이용한 적응적 블록 정합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 고정블록을 이용한 정합 알고리즘은 추적 대상 객체의 크기와 블록의 크기가 추적 성능에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문에 객체 추적에 실패하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 고정된 블록 정합 알고리즘의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 다중 블록을 이용하여 객체 내의 포함된 블록들을 효과적으로 선택하고 선택된 블록들의 특성으로부터 효과적인 가중치를 부여하여 추적 성능을 향상시킨다. 제안된 알고리즘은 블록 정합 알고리즘 중 가장 정확도가 높다고 알려진 전역 탐색 방법을 이용하여 정확도를 평가 하였다.

  • 특수교육에 대한 기초적인 지식과 지도 방법의 이해 부족 및 특수아동의 학부모와의 상담여건이 조성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 초등학교 통합학급 교사들은 일반학생들의 지도와 병행한 특수아동의 지도에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 모바일 환경 속에서의 통합학급운영 시스템 설계를 하였다. 첫째, m-Learning환경에서 특수아동을 지도하는 통한학급교사에게 시간적, 공간적으로 효율적인 도움이 될 정보를 제공하는 폰페이지를 구성하였다. 둘째, 무선인터넷의 특징인 즉시성, 편재성, 보안성을 갖는 모바일환경의 폰페이지에 학부모와 특수아동에 대한 정보 교환 및 상담이 가능하게 하였다. 셋째, 아동을 통한 알림장 작성이 불가능한 특수아동을 위하여 폰페이지에 알림장을 만들고 학부모에게 학교에 관련된 정보와 학급 상황을 전달하도록 하였다. 넷째, 통합학급과 특수학급의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 지역별, 또는 교육청 단위의 특수교육지원센터의 SMS서비스를 강조하였다. 이러한 모바일통합학급운영시스템은 현장에서의 통합학급 교사들에게 특수교육에 대한 자신감과 특수아동의 학부모와의 체계적인 상담 기회를 제공하여 효율적인 통합학급을 운영하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

Quality Change of Sliced Citron (Citrus junos Sieb.) according to Browning Inhibitor Treatment (갈변방지제 처리에 따른 슬라이스 유자의 품질 변화)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the qualitative changes of the citron by identifying the type of solution and addition of the solution to prevent the browning reaction of the citron in a way that inhibits the browning of the citron. The browning inhibitor solution was investigated using the individual and mixture, and the results of the degree of browning and chromaticity showed that vitamin C+NaCl+cyclodextrin (CD) had the lowest browning of 0.52. In chromaticity, the ΔE values indicate that the higher the value, the greater the change in color, and the lowest value of the vitamin C+NaCl+CD mixture was 47.0, indicating that there was minimal browning compared to other treatment. The active change of the polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in the citron increased enzyme activity as the browning progressed, and the vitamin C+NaCl+CD solution was the lowest at 68.40 μ/g among the anti-browning solution. Based on these research results, it seems that the CD mixing solution can be used as a citron browning inhibitor.

Changes in the Quality Characteristics of Yuzu (Citrus Junos Sieb.) after Ozone Water Washing Treatment, Sterilization and Storage Period (오존수 세척 처리에 의한 유자의 품질 특성 변화 및 저장기간별 살균 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sterilization, storage period and washing yuzu, according to the washing method, during the storage period. The results showed that the fungus size increased as the storage period increased, and no mold occurred in the yuzu washed with ozone water until 20 days. After 30 days of storage, a mold of 124.1±13.9 mm2 was observed. The no-treatment sample had a fungus of 814.5±72.8 mm2 in size on day 0 and the fungus the largest fungus was 6,362±636.7 mm2 on day 30. In the case of water treatment, the fungus was 286.4±31.5~4,836.4±484.6 mm2 in size. The results of the study confirmed that washing yuzu with ozone water has a sterilizing effect.

Shelf-life comparison of two Korean golden kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) cultivars under low temperature storage (국내 육성 황육계 키위푸르트 품종간 저장 특성 비교)

  • Physiological characteristics of two Korean golden kiwifruit cultivars, 'Halla Gold' and 'Haehyang', were compared to determine the storage potential of fruit. The soluble solid levels of the fruit were 8.9 and 6.9 oBrix in 'Halla Gold' and 'Haehyang' at harvest, respectively but increased up to 15.4 in 'Halla Gold' and 17.5 oBrix in 'Haehyang' after 2 months of storage. Major sugars were fructose and glucose, and sucrose content was relatively low regardless of cultivar. The edible quality of 'Haehyang' was better than 'Halla Gold' because of higher amount of sugars. Firmness of the fruits gradually decreased as the increase of storage period in 'Halla Gold' in both flesh and core tissue. Th firmness loss of 'Haehyang' fruit was faster in the first 2 months and then became slow. After 75 days of storage, the firmness of 'Haehyang' fruit was only 5.2% at harvest. Core tissue was soften enough to eat at ripe stage. Wall modifying enzyme activities including xylanase, ${\alpha}$-L-arabinofuranosi-dase and ${\beta}$-galactosidase were consistently higher in 'Haehyang' and the activity of pectate lyase was more increased than 'Halla Gold' after 2 months of storage. Respiration rate of 'Haehyang' was higher than 'Halla Gold' and further increased after 2 months of storage. Weight loss was much higher in 'Haehyang' which showed higher rate of the firmness loss. The storage potential of golden kiwifruit was estimated to be about 2 months for 'Haehyang' and 3 months for 'Halla Gold' when determined on the basis of the fruit firmness.

Nested PCR Detection of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae, the Causal Bacterium (Nested PCR을 통한 참다래 궤양병균 (Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae)의 검출)

  • A PCR method that combines biological and enzymatic amplification of PCR targets was developed for the detection of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae on kiwifruit leaves. A nested PCR was performed with primers designes from the coding sequence of the cfl gene, which is involved in production of the phytotoxin coronatine. The first and second primer sets efficiently amplified expected 665 and 310-bp fragments, respectively. With two successive amplifications, as few as 20 CFU/ml of P. syringae pv. actinidiae could be detected on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel. Leaf samples were collected from 4 kiwifruit trees showing yellow halo spots on leaves and incubated in pepton-sucrose broth for 12 h at $16^{\circ}$C before PCR amplification. Positive detection was obtained with one sample, which was proved as a diseased plant in the next spring.

Effect of Browning Inhibitor Treatment on Sliced Citron Storage (Citrus junos Sieb.) (갈변방지제 처리가 슬라이스 유자의 저장성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate at how the quality of citron changed during storage as a result of the browning inhibitor treatment. In the browning inhibitor treatment, Vit.C, Vit.C+NaCl, Vit.C+NaCl+CD substances were used. As a result of investigating the browning degree, Vit.C+NaCl+CD showed the lowest value of 0.76 when stored for 12 weeks. The 𝚫E of the chromaticity value indicated that significant color change occurred when the value was high. As the Vit.C+NaCl+CD mixture showed the lowest value of 46.01 at 25℃, it was found that browning did not occur much compared to other treatments. The change in polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity of citron increased as browning progressed. Among the browning inhibitor solutions, Vit.C+NaCl+CD solution showed the lowest value 118.8 u/g at 25℃ after 12 weeks. Based on these findings, it seems that CD mixing solution can be used as a citron browning inhibitor.

Antioxidant Capacity and Protective Effects on Neuronal PC-12 Cells of Domestic Bred Kiwifruit (국내 육성 참다래의 항산화능 및 PC-12 신경세포 보호 효과)

  • This study was conducted to comparatively evaluate antioxidant capacity (AC) of seven cultivars of kiwifruit (Actinidia spp.) and their protective effects on neuronal PC-12 cells. The contents of total phenolics (TP) and total flavonoids (TF) of kiwifruits were also examined. Five cultivars of kiwifruit, Actinidia chinensis (cv. Haehyang and cv. Haegeum), A. eriantha (cv. Bidan), A. arguta ${\times}$ A. deliciosa (cv. Mansoo), and A. arguta (cv. Chiak), were bred in Korea, while two cultivars, A. deliciosa (cv. Hayward) and A. linguiensis (accession number 041AE), originated from New Zealand and China, respectively. Skin extracts of kiwifruit showed higher TP, TF, and AC than flesh extracts. The highest levels of TP and AC were found in cv. Bidan flesh extract among cultivars studied, but the TF content of cv. Bidan flesh extract was the lowest. The kiwifruit bred in Korea had higher AC than their counterparts. AC of kiwifruit had a highly positive linear correlation with TP and TF. The flesh extracts from cv. Hayward, cv. Haehyang, and cv. Haegeum significantly (p < 0.05) prevented PC-12 cells from oxidative stress induced using $H_2O_2$ compared to a control with $H_2O_2$ only. Overall, our results suggest that kiwifruit bred in Korea may offer a good source of antioxidants and serve as functional materials.
