지난 6월 13일부터 19일까지 일본 도쿄의 하루미에서 국제물류종합전이 열렸다. 한국물류관리협의회의 해외연수 프로그램을 통해 이 물류전을 참관하는 한편 일본 유수의 물류업체를 둘러본 필자의 글을 통해 해외 물류산업의 현주소를 확인하고, 아울러 우리의 나아갈 방향을 모색해본다.

'정보 초 고속도로'는 TV시청형태에 많은 영향을 끼치며 현재 존재하지 않는 매우 창의적인 서비스가 제공된다. 그 규모는 수천억 달러에 이르며 거대한 시장을 조성하는데 하드웨어 설비 못지 않게 소프트웨어에 거대한 자금이 투입될 전망이다.

KLN crystals were grown with various melt compositions by $\mu\textrm{m}$-PD method. The composition of KLN crystals was determined by DTA and X-ray diffraction measurements. It can be obtained that KLN micro crystals have a nearly homogeneous composition along the growth axis because of the absence of convection in melt growth interface.

적의 주타격 방향은 적 지휘관의 주요 결정사항 중에 하나이다. 이런 적의 주타격 방향에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하여 예측할 수 있다면 전쟁에서 좀 더 유리한 여건을 조성할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 현재 군에서는 과학적 분석방법이 아닌 분석관 및 지휘관의 경험에 의한 적 주타격 방향 분석이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝의 대표적 방법인 의사결정트리의 C4.5 알고리즘을 사용하여 북한군의 지휘관 결심지도를 분석하였다. 또한 도출된 분류 규칙을 통해 적 주타격 방향 영향요소를 식별하고 영향요소들 간의 관계 및 정도의 수준을 예측하였다. 분석결과 현재 군에서 사용하고 있는 정보와 유사하고 의미 있는 정보를 도출할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 세계의 국가발전 핵심 키워드인 창조경제의 동력으로서 문화예술경영이 추구해야 할 방향성을 찾는데 목적을 가진다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째로 문화예술경영이 창조경제논리에 부합하는지 알아보기 위해 창조경제의 조건과 문화예술경영의 의미를 비교하여 두 개념이 추구하는 방향의 일치성을 확인하였다. 둘째로 본 연구의 목적인 창조경제 동력으로서 문화예술경영의 방향성을 찾기 위해, 창조경제의 성공적 사례를 담은 문헌 및 연구를 탐색하였다. 이를 바탕으로 문화예술경영의 방향으로 '예술을 수용하는 관객, 소비자, 독자들이 보다 예술과 가까워질 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 마련', '예술가들이 패러다임의 변화를 주도할 수 있는 제도적 장치 개발', '예술가 사이, 예술과 관객 사이 네트워크 형성을 위한 지원', 그리고 '일반인에게도 예술가의 가치 인정' 등을 도출하였다. 이러한 내용을 포괄하며, 마지막으로 예술에 대한 인식의 변화 추구와 다양한 아이디어 공존이 가능한 환경조성을 통해 창조경제의 생태계를 탄력성 있게 만드는 정책이 강구될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a space planning direction that can more effectively support creativity and character education in elementary school. In order to do this, we investigated the current state of space creation and the space utilization of schools that operate creativity and Character Education programs. In addition, we surveyed and analyzed the user satisfaction and demand for school space in terms of creativity and character education. The results of this study are as follows: First, 23 design criteria were drawn for each main space in which creative and character education programs are conducted. Second, we investigated the priority and satisfaction of the space that is frequently used in the school for creativity and personality education. Third, we surveyed the types and priorities of new spaces needed to cultivate students' creativity and character. Fourth, 14 concrete space planning directions for creating creativity and character education were suggested.

We have investigated the effects of deposition angle on magnetic and magneto-optic properties in Co/Pt multilayer thin films. which were prepared bye-beam evaporation on tilted substrates. with varying tilt angle from $0^{\circ}$ to $60^{\circ}$. The structure of the specimens was examined by x-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. and the magnetic and magneto-optical properties were measured by VSM, torque magnetometer, and Kerr loop tracer. X-ray diffractometry revealed that all of the specimens had multilayer structure and growth orientation of column followed the tangent rule but the crystallograpic orientation, <111>, was slightly deviated from the substrate normal even though the deposition angle was increased up to $60^{\circ}$. A decrement of the magnetization and Kerr angle with the deposition angle was related with that of the film density due to increasing porosity. The perpendicular mag¬netic anisotropy was also decreased with increasing the deposition angle.

The study aims to provide future implications for planning nature trails called Dullegil in the national park located in the city in Korea as new visiting culture for sustainability of environment and use. The telephone survey used quota sampling with 300 Seoulite ages from 20 to 69 by area, gender, and age, which was conducted to find out the perception on a Dullegil in Bukhansan National Park. The result shows more than 65% of Seoulite go climbing and aiming the mountain top as a general visitor behavior. The intention to use Dullegil was very high at 58%, which forecasts the use of Dullegil as a substitute for a trail to the intensified mountain top. However, the effectiveness of Dullegil to divert intensive use could be limited as the major group of climbers showed relatively low intention to use Dullegil as an alternative. As for the management direction, majority favors balanced management between use and conservation, even if conservation was preferred to use. Most important guiding principle for building Dullegil was conservation of environment, the planning direction should be oriented to conserve the ecological environment of Bukhansan, and to enjoy its value. Facilities for visitor safety was most needed. Most preferable time and length were 1~3 hours and 11~20km, each. This study has a limitation as the site was limited to Bukhansan and potential demand for use was analyzed with the sample of Seoulite only. To come up with the results generally applicable, more detailed future researches by the visitor segmentation, use behavior, and demand are needed.
