This study aimed to understand the pre-capitalistic distributional system in association with politics and economics by examining the distributional system between 1876 (the opening of a port era) and 1910. The study revealed that the distributional system reflected the political and economic characteristics and changes of the pre-capitalistic society. The examination indicated the following implications and questions. First, we need a new narrative of Chosun's distributional system before the period of Japanese occupation. Chosun's distributional system can be identified as a self sufficient system (Hwan-gok). Second, most social welfare literature discuss private self sufficient system such as Gye or Hwang-Yak as the distributional system in the pre-modern Chosun; however, this does not accurately explain the system of Chosun society. Implication of such findings are discussed.

This study analyzed the recognition types of the economic burden for cancer treatment and the characteristics of each recognition type by employing Q methodology. For this study, we determined the final 45 Q statements by conducting literature surveys, internet searches and in-depth interviews. The P samples are 35 people of cancer patients, their family members, and experts. The Q statements were classified according to the forced normal distribution method and the collected data was analyzed using the PC QUANL program. For the analysis results, we extracted four recognition types on the economic burden of cancer treatment, and we named them 'uncertain anxiety', 'acceptance by family burden', 'object to challenge with active response' and 'insurance preparation', depending on their characteristics. The results of this study can be used as a basis for preparing the clinical intervention plan and the policies for cancer patients and the families involved in the fields of medicine, nursing and social welfare.

Japanese state has continuously tried to adapt itself to the social demands coming from rapidly greying population. Japanese government introduced the new social insurance system of elderly care, i.e. Long term Care Insurance with epoch-making changes in the Japanese welfare system. The most important aspects of the new system can be summarised as follows: 1) social insurance system of obligatory entry with paying premiums and co-payment 2) emphasis on the customer choice, competition, flexibility, free-market, relaxation of the regulation. This characteristics brought unexpected results of the emergence of ethnicity-centred contents of welfare services. As a selling point in freemarket and as a countermeasures against expected ethnic disadvantages, the Korean ethnic organisations brought the ethnic elements resulting in the diversified Japanese welfare services.

This study examines the impact of the internet addiction of the internet environment (expect, approach, anonym) in adolescents with the structural equation modeling(AMOS 6.0). The purpose of this study is to understand the flow of personnel management in the Joseon Dynasty through Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's Mokminsimseo, and to understand how it is being used not only in modern administrative organizations but also in social welfare organizations. As a result, first, first, among the human resource management areas of the Joseon Dynasty, the area occupied the most was related to integrity. These are the contents that are widely used in evaluation methods and scope, value standards, and use of evaluation today. Second, regarding the recruitment and recruitment of talents in the Joseon Dynasty, various methods were presented to enhance the appropriateness, fairness of hiring, and the effectiveness of hiring human resources. This has significant implications even today as it specifically mentions the appropriate appointment and scale of human resources, emphasizing that personnel is everything. Finally, This is different from the human resource management of the Joseon Dynasty in that it is being converted to a compensation paradigm rather than discipline as a way to inspire the motivation of workers today and increase work efficiency. In addition, professionalism was emphasized in the education and training of public officials, and the maintenance of dignity and leadership in body and mind is emphasized, showing that even today, the virtues required of workers in public organizations, including social welfare organizations, are being maintained.

만두는 조선중기 이전 중국에서 들어온 이후 수백 년 동안 사랑을 받아온 대표적인 서민식품이다. 매년 명절 때면 어머니와 누님들은 정성들여 만두를 빚었다. 올 겨울에는 예전처럼 다시 만두를 많이 사랑해줬으면 좋겠다.
