This paper introduces a sensor system based on indoor locations in order to implement the Building Energy Management System. This system consists of a thermopile sensor and an ultrasonic sensor. The sensor module is rotated by $360^{\circ}$ and yawed up-and-down by two electric motors. Therefore, it can simultaneously detect the number and location of the inhabitants in the room. It uses wireless technology to communicate with the building manager or the smart-home server, and it can save electric energy by controlling the lighting system or heating/air conditioning equipment automatically. We also demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed system by applying it to a real environment.

최근 전 세계적으로 구제역, 화산, 지진재해 등 장기적이고 광역적인 재해 재난의 심각성을 반영하는 듯 다양한 기술개발과 재난관리 적용성에 관한 연구가 전개되고 있다. 그 가운데 인공위성에 대한 가치와 활용에 대한 기대치가 높아짐에 따라 국내외로 신속한 재난대응 및 광역적 피해지역에 대한 조기분석 등에 관한 다양한 지원체계구축에 대한 연구가 심화되고 있다. 국내에서도 재해 재난에 대한 인공위성의 활용성 및 실무적 대안마련에 대한 검토가 시작되고 있으며, 특히 재해시 영상의 확보 및 분석과 의사결정지원 등 재난관리 프로세스에 대한 정부부처의 활용방안 마련에 대한 기대가 높아지고 있는 가운데 재난총괄기관인 소방방재청은 국립방재연구소에 방재영상분석팀을 신설하였다. 2010년 1월 HAITI 지진피해, 2010년 12월 삼척 산불모니터링, 2011년 1월 포항 폭설피해 등의 재해 재난 분석을 통해 의사결정지원체계를 구축하고 있다. 위성영상 분석기술은 국외기관과 비슷한 실정이나, 본질적으로는 영상촬영 및 수급문제 해소에 있다고 하겠다. 현재, 지구관측센터(KEOC) 및 한국항공우주연구원에서도 이와 같은 수급체계에 대한 문제의식을 공유하고 있다는 점은 재난관리업무 담당자로서 고무적이고 개선에 대한 희망이 밝다. 향후 본 연구를 기반으로 우리나라 재난관리업무에 있어 위성영상을 기반으로 하는 선제적이고 과학적인 재난관리기법이 개발되고 방재분야의 위성영상활용의 위상이 높게 제고 되었으면 한다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 현재 전 세계적으로 운영되고 있는 인공위성들을 대상으로, 시 공간 해상도별 분포도를 작성하여 인공위성의 특성을 살펴보았다. 특히, 한국항공우주연구원과 소방방재청에서 2010년 10월에 가입한 국제재해관리를 위한 위성영상활용 협력기구인 International Charter에서 재해 재난관련 위성영상 분석 및 현황을 조사하여 재난유형별 활용성을 검토하였다. 마지막으로 조사 분석된 내용을 토대로 위성영상을 통한 재난관리 분야에 적합한 업무 프로세스를 도출하였다. 또한, 재해발생지역에 대한 신속한 위성영상의 확보와 정량적 피해규모 파악에 따른 응급 복구지원이 가능한 대응전략에 대해서 검토하였다.

The consistent use of appropriate names for the undersea features is an essential element of effective communication among ocean scientists. The correct use of names on bathymetric and nautical charts provide benefits to national and international communities. Also it is expected that naming of the marine geographical features within the territorial waters and EEZ contributes to secure the territorial waters and preserve the various marine resources. This paper will seek to addresses a variety of activities where geographic names issues for undersea features arises. For the purpose of this paper, the attention will be given upon 1) the general history of activities on naming undersea features in Korea; 2) development of the guideline for standardization of marine geographical names; 3) geomorphological characteristics of undersea features in East Sea; and 4) future plan to conduct a systematic analysis for naming marine geographical features in Korea.

Recognizing the potential and importance of biotechnology in boosting South Korea in an environment of competitive neoliberal globalization, South Korea has actively promoted the development and commercialization of biotechnology and legislated related laws. This should not, however, be read as yet another instance of the neo-liberal 'marketization' of economic activities and the demise of nation-states. The development of biotechnology in South Korea - and its commercialization - is closely intertwined with the practice of the Korean developmental state, and this practice has led to the production of new state spaces: biotechnology clusters. This paper examines what the roles of the state in developing and nurturing biotechnology clusters are.

Objective : We have studied literatures of Renying Qi mouth comparison pulse diagnosis theory and distinguished the excess, deficiency and quick-temper of pulse as the measurement parameter of Renying Qi mouth pulse diagnosis. Methods : We have acquired pulse signals of Renying Qi mouth by using diagnostic equipment of Renying Qi mouth pulsation and estimated reappearance of pulse signals. Results : 1. The measurement parameter of Renying Qi mouth pulse diagnosis distinguishes the excess, deficiency and quick-temper of pulse through relative comparison of Renying Qi mouth. 2. When we acquired the pulse singals of Renying Qi mouth by using diagnostic equipment, the property, measuring area, bias pressure, contact or adhesion state of the sensor are considered. 3. As getting the pulse signal of Renying Qi mouth, the sensor of a sound detective mode is effective. 4. The diagnostic equipment of Renying Qi mouth pulse is assessed as being significant reappearance.

For decades, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been a subject of intense debate among scholars and practitioners. Discussions have generally focused on the role of business in society and the nature of an enterprise's social responsibilities. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) announced the implication of the ISO 26000 as the new guidance standard for social responsibility, which is built on the intellectual and practical infrastructure of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. Although the enthusiasm for corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been echoed in the Chinese marketing literature, with the very low rate and level of CSR implementation in China's enterprises based on 2011 report of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, this paper will give a general statement on the current status and future management mode of CSR in China.

Through the use and development of underground spaces, subways have become a representative means of transportation in the city center. Due to the extension of subway lines and the increase in the number of subway users, there is a risk that safety for evacuating human lives in case of fire will not be secured. Therefore, this study tried to identify citizens' perceptions of evacuation facilities through questionnaires and find alternatives. An online survey of 115 subway passengers was conducted to learn about citizens' awareness of subway evacuation facilities. As a result of the survey, awareness of evacuation facilities was high in the order of guidance lights, life-saving devices, emergency lights and portable lights, special evacuation stairs, and evacuation stairs. In addition, the majority of the respondents said they were not well aware of evacuation facilities, and people's indifference was the most common cause. As a solution to the lack of awareness, responses to active advertising and promotion, education and experience activities were the highest.

In line with the government's policies for localization, furniture industry in the northern area in Gyeoggi-province at presence has been operated by several furniture industrial complexes in the region in small scale, but now it should be considered from overall view of furniture industry in order to develop more competitive industry. As a matter of this fact, Gyeonggi-province should be engaged in planning to make various industrial clusters of the furniture-related industry based on the northern area of province at structural as well as politic aspects, with the help of the analyzed status of the current furniture industry in region, in supporting them by the systemized policies and developing the overall program to foster furniture as an international-competitive industry. Therefore this study suggested 'furniture industry center' which will exclusively handle and maintain the network of each furniture company in the northern area of Gyeonggi-province and 'high-tech furniture industry complex' to keep pace with the globalization and to be competitive internationally and also 'common brand business' for the cooperation at technical phase. In order to realize and vitalize such suggestions, it is urgently necessary that the network consists of the furniture companies and the expert of the related department in local universities as the main body for furniture industry, of course Gyeonggi-province as well.

This paper aims to clarify the process of institutionalization of customary land ownership along with the expansion of coffee plantation in Dak Lak Province, Vietnam. Vietnam is the second-largest coffee exporter in the world. Most of the coffee areas are concentrated in Dak Lak-a province of commercial agricultural production. The expansion of coffee plantation in Dak Lak have brought a severe competition of land resources, and resulted in the transition of land ownership scheme from customary commons by ethnic minorities to those of exculsive private assets which is secured by the state. Institutionalization of customary land ownership in Dak Lak, however, was differently happened according to the geography from the center of state power as well as the value of land resources. In this paper, the authors argue that institutionalization of customary land ownership in Dak Lak was a result of compromising between statemaking process in the frontiers and "everyday resistance" of ethnic minorities, comparing 3 geographically different ethnic minorities' communities.

In the manufacturing process of the LQFP/TQFP (Low-profile Quad Flat Package/Thin Quad Flat Package), the requirement of a 3 dimensional inspection is increasing rapidly and a 3D inspection of the shape of a chip has become an important report of quality control. This study developed a 3 dimensional measurement system based on PMP (Phase Measuring Profilometry) for an inspection of the LQFP/TQFP chip and image processing algorithms. The defects of the LQFP/TQFP chip were classified according to the dimensions. The 2 dimensional optical system was designed by the dorm illumination to achieve constant light distribution, In the 3 dimensional optical system, PZT was used for moving 90 degree in phase. The problem of 2 ambiguity was solved from the measured moir? pattern using the ambiguity elimination algorithm that finds the point of ambiguity and refines the phase value. The proposed 3D measurement system was evaluated experimentally.
