현재 CDMA 시스템에서 통화채널의 주파수 할당 방식에 Hashing 알고리즘이 사용되며, Hashing알고리즘에 의해 FA(frequency assignment)간 부하 균형을 유지하고 있다. Hashing 알고리즘은 모든 가입자 번호를 각 FA에 균일하게 할당하지만, 개별 기지국의 가입자 분포는 각 FA별로 반드시 균일하게 분포되지는 않는다. 이런 FA간 가입자 분포의 불균형은 해당 기지국의 과부하로 인식되어 조기 FA 증설이 요구되며, 해당 과부하 FA의 통화품질 열화를 일으킨다. 따라서 부하 균형에 따라 통화채널의 FA할당을 조절하기 위한 Hashing 후 강제 할당 방식인 OFD(optional forced distributio)을 제안하고 이를 CDMA 시스템에 적용하여 부하 균형의 개선 효과를 얻었다.

The primary cause of missing teeth vary depending on the region. The loss of posterior teeth is mainly due to dental caries, whereas that of the anterior teeth occur primarily due to trauma at the age of standing and walking and secondarily from the rampant dental caries. Particularly, reduction of the arch length in the cases of premature loss of primary teeth may compromise the eruption of succedaneous permanent teeth. This may result in crowding and impaction of the permanent teeth, and asymmetry of arch, thus a careful consideration for space maintenance should be made in such cases. Space maintainer is required in the case of premature loss of primary posterior teeth, because space loss result from the approximate and centrifugal movement of the neighboring teeth. Generally, in the case of primary incisor, space loss occurs when 1) tooth contact is relevant, 2) crowding in primary dentition is present, and 3) a primary incisor is lost before the eruption of primary canine. Contrarily, in the case of primary dentition with interdental space, space loss will not be observed, mostly when a primary incisor is lost after the eruption of primary canine. Thus, using a space maintainer in cases of premature loss of primary incisor has been introduced primarily not for the purpose of space maintaining but for an aesthetic purpose, prevention of parafunctional oral habits such as tongue thrust, and of pronunciation. Additionally, few case studies have been reported of space loss in cases of premature loss of primary incisor. This study is to report cases of the space loss following the premature loss of primary incisors observed in children.

This study was carried out to evaluate the possibility of rice double cropping in Korea by assessing the growth and yield performance of rice cultivars transplanted at the extremely-early date. When the transplanted rice seedling was exposed to low temperature below 0℃, the survival rate decreased drastically. However, short exposure to below 0℃ one or two times did not damage transplanted rice seedling so severely. Thus, the earliest transplanting in spring would be possible when minimum temperature rises above 0℃. Compared with the conventional seedling nursery tray (CSNT), seedling rearing with the potted nursery tray was more effective for increasing leaf age and seedling dry weight during nursery period. In the first rice cropping, rice cultivation with seedlings reared in PSNT showed shorter growth duration and cumulative temperature from transplanting to heading than that with seedlings reared in CSNT. The earliest heading date on July 4 in Jinbuolbyeo was earlier by two to three days than that of Dunaebyeo. If rice has not exposed to cold damage, the earliest heading date of Jinbujolbyeo can advance to June 30 or July 1. In this case, rice harvest would be possible on August 5, enabling the rice transplanting of the second rice cropping before August 10. At transplanting time with low temperature damage rice yield were less than 400 kg/10a while rice yield exceeded 400 kg/10a at transplanting time without low temperature damage.

This paper is the data analysis of exercise patterns of ESOs and primary factors that influence on their early exercise. ESOs are prematurely exercised soon after the vesting period is over and it is argued that risk aversion, profitability through exercise, firm characteristics and behavioral factors influence on such early exercise patterns. This paper examined 111 previously-exercised stock options that had been granted to 3,267 employees from year 2000 to year 2006, and analyzed the early exercise patterns and their primary factors. The result shows that stock options were exercised approximately 3.15 years after being granted, and 0.37 year after the vesting period was over. Such an early exercise pattern was found to be influenced by risk aversion, profitability and firm characteristics.

젊을 때부터 건강에 유의해야 한다는 것쯤은 이젠 상식이다. 그러나 그 상식을 실천해나가는 경우는 꽤 드문 것 같다. 이번호에 소개하게 되는 노윤환씨(29세, 호남체인 영업부 근무)는 쉬우면서도 어려운 일을 실천한 사람 중의 하나다. 그는 지난해 10월 노동부에서 각 사업장에 실시토록 하고 있는 근로자 신체검사 때 개인적으로 종합건강검사를 받아 간 기능에 이상이 있음을 발견했다 그로부터 불과 몇 달간의 치료로 건강을 회복해 질병의 조기발견 특히 젊을 때의 건강관리가 무엇을 의미하는지를 새롭게 인식시켜주는 계기가 되었다.

전기재해(전기재해)라 함은 전력 계통의 이상이나 또는 전기 설비의 누전과 합선 및 과부하나 스파크 등에 의해서 전기 화재를 유발시키거나 전기기기에 이상을 주는 것을 말한다. 그러나 전기재해의 징후를 검출할 수 있다면 최근 들어 계속 늘어만 가는 전기재해의 피해를 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기재해 징후로서의 스파크 현상 검출과 이와 유사한 현상을 보이는 정상 부하의 동작 현상을 비교하고 구분하는 법을 제시하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 스파크를 수반하는 전기화재의 조기 검출 알고리즘을 소개하였다.

The concept design of joint part between propellant tank and feeding line for launch vehicle has been performed with the case study of oversea launch vehicles. we carried out, for the several configurations, numerical flow analyses to find the joint configuration which promises high flow uniformity at the outlet. There were a little difference in the numerical results, because the length of feeding lines are sufficiently long to stabilize the flow field.

산업자원부 기술표준원은 물류설비의 표준화를 통하여 유닛로드 시스템의 조기 구축과 물류비 절감을 위하여 지난 2004년 7월부터 물류표준설비 인증제도를 도입하였다. 약 3년이 지난 지금 현재 106개 업체, 200여개의 설비 등이 물류표준화 설비인증을 부여받았다. 각 기업들이 물류에 대한 관심이 많아지면서, 자연스럽게 설비인증에 대한 관심도도 높아진 것이라 할 수 있다. 그 결과 우리나라 물류설비의 표준화에 대한 확산 보급을 지속적으로 추진해 나가는 동시에 물류경영시스템 인증도 병행하여 물류흐름의 효율성을 제고시키고 이를 통한 물류비 절감으로 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 도모하고자 노력하고 있다. 물류표준화 분야에서 꼭 필요한 "물류표준설비의 표준화 인증"과 "물류경영 시스템 인증"제도를 산업자원부 기술표준원 표준기술지원부 신기술인증지원팀이 담당하고 있다. 이 물류표준화를 위해 노력하는 기표원의 표준기술지원부를 이끌고 있는 인물이 바로 최형기 국장이다. 최 국장은 92년 기술표준원에 공업연구관으로 시작하여 지금은 물류표준화 분야의 최고의 권위자로서 국가물류비 절감을 통한 산업경쟁력 향상에 기여하고자 맡은 바 임무를 충실히 해 오고 있다.

기술표준원은 전기용품안전관리법의 개정시행으로 2000. 7. 1부터 전기용품형식제도가 안전인증제도로 변경되면서 전기용품기술기준을 연차적으로 국제기준(IEC)체제의 안전기준으로 전환됨에 따라 새로이 적용되는 국제기준 체제에 부합하는 전기용품안전기준의 조기정착과 전기용품의 안전성 확보를 지원하기 위하여 안전기준에 대한 토론회를 개최하고 있다.

공정거래위원회는 공정한 하도급거래질서의 조기 정착을 위하여 그 동안 중점 추진해온 주요 하도급정책의 세부기준을 마련하고자 하도급거래 공정화지지침을 개정하여 지난 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 이번에 개정된 지침의 특징은 하도급대금의 현금성 결제비율을 제고하고 하도급법 운용방식을 사전예방 위주로 전환하기 위해 획기적인 현장직권조사와 면제방안 및 인텐시브 부여 방안을 담고 있다.
