The purpose of this study is to explain the word-of-mouth communication that evolve differently from traditional marketing communications using existing mass media in an environment of the flooding of new products. In particular, people use digital devices as internet users and various communication is activated in blogs and communities. It is expanding that companies use market maven as a facilitator of communication. The role of Market maven due to the spread of the Internet seems to be more meaningful for marketing activities. Market maven is a look at how it should study moderate effect on word of mouth of new products. Empirical results show that perceived curiosity and perceived innovativeness of new product has a positive impact on the word of mouth of new product, and was confirmed in a moderate effect of market maven.

최근 연안 자원이 급격하게 감소하고 있고 새로운 양식 대상종으로 평가되고 있는 말쥐치의 대량 종묘생산을 위해서는 수정난 대량확보와 자어기 먹이생물 구명 등의 문제점이 해결되어야 한다. 본 연구자들은 우선 호르몬 처리에 의한 산란유도, 조기성숙유도에 의한 조기산란유도 및 수정난 확보방법을 개발하고, 위내용물 분석을 통한 자어의 초기먹이생물을 구명하고자 하였다. 산란유도를 위하여 hCG, LHRH-a 및 hCG+LHRH-a를 다양한 농도로 처리하여 실험한 결과 모든 실험구에서 67~76%의 수정률을 나타내었으나, 대량의 성숙란을 얻지는 못하였다. 따라서 본 종의 산란특성이 다회성인 점을 감안한다면 500 g 전후의 친어 200~300마리를 1개의 수조에 수용하여 자연산란된 수정란을 수거하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단되었다. 평균 450 g 정도의 말쥐치 친어를 12월부터 6개월동안 천천히 수온을 상승시켜 자연산란을 유도한 결과, 자연산란기 (6월)보다 2개월 빠른 4월 15일(17$^{\circ}C$로 가온한 지 15일)에 첫 산란이 이루어졌고 1개월간 지속되었다. 초기 사육환경을 구명하기 위한 실험에서는 일반적으로 해산어 종묘 생산에 이용하는 클로렐라＋rotifer 실험군이 클로렐라 단독, 규조류 단독, 규조＋rotifer, 녹조＋copepods등이 번식된 환경보다 생존율에 있어 월등히 높은 결과를 나타내었다. 위 내용물 분석에 의한 사육기간 중 섭식한 주요 먹이생물종은 부화 후 5일부터 20일째까지는 rotifer egg, 부화 10일째는 rotifer egg와 small rotifer, 부화 20일째는 rotifer, Artemia sp., copepods, 부화 25일째부터는 copepods였다. 초기성장은 부화직후 전장 1.95 mm였던 것이 10일째는 2.96 mm, 20일째는 3.89 mm, 30일째는 12.9 mm, 50일째는 35.1 mm를 나타내었다. 그러나 말쥐치 자ㆍ치어가 성장함에 따라 발생하는 지속적인 폐사와 종묘의 수송시 발생하는 폐사를 줄일 수 있는 방법이 추후에 해결되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the consumers' acceptance of irradiated foods according to sociodemographic characteristics and the factors to distinguish subjects with differential levels of their willingness to buy them. Data were collected from the 365 women living in Youngnam area by the self-administered questionnaire. The results from this study were as follows. First, consumers were concerned regarding food safety issues in general and particularly preservatives. Second, many subjects had not heard of the irradiated foods and showed wait-and-see attitude in the willingness to accept them. Consumers' willingness to purchase them were higher than any other cases if radiation would not remain in foods. Third, the results from the discriminant analyses showed that the concern toward food safety, perceived innovativeness, willingness to pay more for organic foods, and knowledge of irradiation were the factors to distinguish groups with differential levels of willingness to purchase the irradiated foods. The results from the study imply that accurate and scientific information about food irradiation should be given to the consumers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to exploration the experience of turnover new graduate nurses within one year. Methods: Experiential data were collected from 5 experienced nurses through in-depth interviews. The main question was "Could you describe your experience of your turnover?". Qualitative data from the field and transcribed notes were analyzed using Strauss Corbin's grounded theory methodology. Results: The core category of experience of new graduate nurses turnover was 'a feeling of helplessness.' Participants used three interactional strategies: 'rationalize to turnover', 'to feel more', 'to think positively'. Conclusion: If you teach kindly to senior nurse, training communication skills to new nurse and prepare to stable welfare in new nurse, you will can prevent early turnover of new nurse.

본 연구는 실제 사용자 언어로서의 사용성 평가를 시도하기 위해 진행되었다. 기존의 획일화 된 잣대로서의 평가가 아닌, 사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소가 충족되었을 때의 지각되는 사용성에 대한 만족도를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자의 유형에 따라 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스에 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소가 다를 것이라고 가정한 뒤, 그 사용성 요소의 충족여부에 따라서 사용자의 주관적인 만족도가 다르게 나타날 것이라고 예상하였다. 이 연구문제를 위하여 혁신 수용의 사용자 유형 별로 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소를 추출하였다. 조기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Affect의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였으며 후기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Productivity의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였다. 이후 각각의 사용자 유형에 중요평가된 사용성 요소가 충족되거나 충족되지 않은 프로토타입을 제시한 뒤, 사용 경험의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 각 사용자 유형 내에서의 만족도는 충족여부에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 각 사용자 유형 간의 만족도는 충족여부에 따른 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용성평가를 평가자의 언어가 아닌 사용자의 언어로 측정하는 새로운 평가방식 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 사용자 유형 별 중요하게 기대하는 사용성 요소의 결과를 제시함으로써 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스의 개발에 있어 사용자 군 별 중요하게 고려되어야 할 속성들의 판단자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

This paper empirically analyzes specific characteristics of VOD users and their practical viewing patterns, using socio-demographic data of the current IPTV subscribers in combination with actual data of genre usage and payment. The findings revealed active viewing patterns of male, the unemployed, high earners and early adopters. In terms of preferences, households with large numbers of women prefer time shift contents, whereas households composed of more men or preschoolers prefer non-time shift contents. Likewise, the households that have more women or higher income had relatively a lot of experiences of purchasing time shift contents on one hand, but the households characterized by the larger numbers of family members or unemployed householder or young householder showed much willingness to pay premium contents on the other hand. Given the utilization of correct database, the findings offer useful information conducive to service promotion and marketing strategies to maximize VOD use in the practical dimension.

Purpose To investigate the correlation between computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) parameters in 3-tesla (T) MRI and pathologic immunohistochemical (IHC) markers in invasive carcinoma of no special type (NST). Materials and Methods A total of 94 female who were diagnosed with NST carcinoma and underwent 3T MRI using CAD, from January 2018 to April 2019, were included. The relationship between angiovolume, curve peak, and early and late profiles of dynamic enhancement from CAD with pathologic IHC markers and molecular subtypes were retrospectively investigated using Dwass, Steel, Critchlow-Fligner multiple comparison analysis, and univariate binary logistic regression analysis. Results In NST carcinoma, a higher angiovolume was observed in tumors of higher nuclear and histologic grades and in lymph node (LN) (+), estrogen receptor (ER) (-), progesterone receptor (PR) (-), human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) (+), and Ki-67 (+) tumors. A high rate of delayed washout and a low rate of delayed persistence were observed in Ki-67 (+) tumors. In the binary logistic regression analysis of NST carcinoma, a high angiovolume was significantly associated with a high nuclear and histologic grade, LN (+), ER (-), PR (-), HER2 (+) status, and non-luminal subtypes. A high rate of washout and a low rate of persistence were also significantly correlated with the Ki-67 (+) status. Conclusion Angiovolume and delayed washout/persistent rate from CAD parameters in contrast enhanced breast MRI correlated with predictive IHC markers. These results suggest that CAD parameters could be used as clinical prognostic, predictive factors.

A fairy tale of information by word of mouth gets to this day with admitting the change of period. A fairy tale reflects the morality of the education of children. The late 17th century, the information by an author of classical literature collects and the literature genre of children begins to fix. In 1697, Perrault publicates and is a volume of eight volumes' tale. Perrault describes that female children guard against male by annexing a figurative allusion. Sara Moon of a photography artist in 20th century expresses this theme by symbolic expression of illustration. Her illustration brings about many questions and becomes conscious of the veiled significance of sentences by author's consideration. She deletes the Perrault's preccept in substitution of bed photography and she substitutes a wolf with a car or a dog and a shadow, etc .. The illustration of Sara Moon gets ready a foundation of early sex education as reflecting a period. Now, an illustrator gets to rebirth a fairy tail as a new dramatizer of today.

최근 국내에서 발생된 대규모 정전사태로 인해 안정적인 전력공급에 대한 국민들의 요구가 커져, 지난 3월 일본 후쿠시마 원전사고 이후 다시 한번 분산전원에 대한 필요성이 대두되어지고 있다. 여러 분산전원 중 연료전지는 다른 에너지원에 비해 에너지의 지속성이 우수하여 가장 안정적인 분산전원 형태의 하나이다. 이에 따라 국내의 경우 우수한 도시가스 인프라로 인해 건물용 연료전지라는 신기술에 대한 국민의 수용성은 점점 높아질 것으로 기대된다. 현재 건물용 연료전지의 경우, 주로 1kW급 연료전지가 시범보급되어 각 가정에 설치되어지고 있으나, 상가, 주유소 및 편의점 등의 상업시설과 생활관 및 소형빌라 등의 집단 주거시설 같은 1kW급 보다 용량을 더 필요로 하는 응용처에 국내에서 개발된 5kW급 연료전지시스템이 적용되어지기를 기대한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 제작된 5kW급 고분자전해질 연료전지시스템의 보급이전에 안전성능 평가를 통해 시스템의 성능 및 안전성 평가결과를 제조사에 피드백 하여 5kW급 건물용 연료전지시스템의 조기 상업화에 앞장서고자 한다. 5kW급 연료전지시스템의 기술개발은 핵심부품인 연료변환기, 스택 및 BOP 기술의 경우 1kW급 연료전지시스템에 적용된 것과는 다른 기술이 필요하고, 단순한 scale-up 과정이 아닌 새로운 기술개발로 제품에 적용시켜야 하는 난점을 가지고 있다. 특히, 연료변환기의 경우 연료 유량의 증가로 인하여 reformer, CO shift 및 Prox 반응기의 유체역학, 열교환 흐름 및 촉매반응 공학적으로 이론을 응용한 새로운 반응기 설계와 제작기술 확립이 선행되어 전체적인 시스템 제작 설계에 반영되어져야 한다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 연료전지시스템 안전성능 평가를 위해 용량증대에 따른 안전성평가 항목을 검토하고, 5kW급 연료전지시스템평가를 수행하여 시스템의 제품성능, 작동성능 및 계통연계성능에서의 안전성을 확인하였고, 정전 유풍과 같은 이상조건 및 실외 환경에 대한 시스템의 안전성도 확인하였다. 또한 부하운전 조건을 75% 및 50%로 변화시켰을 때 빠른 응답시간과 안정적인 부하변동운전을 확인하였다.

Tridentate Schiff base molybdenum(V) complexes such as [Mo(Ⅴ)2O(SOHB)4], [Mo(Ⅴ)2O3(SOIP)2(NCS)2] and [Mo(Ⅴ)2O3(SOTB)2(H20)2](SOHB: Salicylidene-o-imino hydroxybenzene, SOIP; Salicylidene-o-imino pyridine, SOTB; Salicylidene-o-imino thiolbenzene) were synthesized and identified by elemental analysis, spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). It was found that the mole ratio of Schiff base ligand to the metal in these complexes is 1 : 1 or 1 : 2. The redox processes of the complexes were investigated by cyclic voltammetric and differential pulse polarographic techniques in nonaquous solvent containing 0.1 M tetraethylammonium perchlorate (TEAP) as supporting electrolyte at glassy carbon electrode. It was found that diffusion controlled reduction processes with one electron were Mo(Ⅴ)Mo(Ⅴ)e-→ Mo(Ⅴ)Mo(Ⅳ)e-→Mo(Ⅳ)Mo(Ⅳ)e-→Mo(Ⅳ)Mo(Ⅲ).
