새로운 기술혁명의 시대가 열리며 제4차산업혁명의 시대 속 소프트웨어 기술을 기반으로 생성되는 디지털 연결성이 사회를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 미국, 독일, 영국, 일본, 중국 등 주요국가들은 국가의 미래를 걸고 있을 정도이다. 국내 4차산업혁명 주요기술수준이 미국 대비 빅데이터플렛폼 76.3%, 사물인터넷 80.9%, 소프트웨어 76.7%, 3D 프린터 73.1% 라 한다. 국내 빅데이터와 인공지능(AI) 전문가 확보에 나선 기업들은 국내 연구진이 턱없이 부족하다 한다. 인재 품귀 현상에 4차산업혁명 인프라구축을 위하여 국내 외 대학에서의 융합인재 양성현황과 대학교육의 방향에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

This paper aim to propose and suggest for government to reinvent and re-steering the policy on the 4th industrial revolution in Korea. To do it, this paper annalize the advanced country's policies and hard-data sets from many international research institutes. So this paper emphasized the concept and frame of socio-technical system approach by Geels. According to this approach, this paper can get a conclusion that Korea government has to focus on the roles to solve the big social dilemma with high-tech tools from the 4th industrial revolution. And this paper point out the necessary of increasing the diversity and multidisciplinary in 4th industrial revolution policy of Korean government. These findings of this paper recommend for Korea to redesigns the governance mechanism and legislation platform and to design the future readiness.

This study was conducted to identify the determing factors of the success and constraints based on the perception of public officials preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution(4IR) and the collaboration among ministries. The analytic method performed an average value analysis based on the survey of public officials' awareness, and the results of the study are as follows. First, officials from nine ministries who are responsible for the 4IR recognized that they were regarded that the 4IR as a new opportunity, but if it failed to respond properly, there might be a crisis. Second, it recognizes the era of 4IR as the number one priority in big data, second in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and third in cloud computing technology. Third, they recognized that 'flexibility of the institutions' and 'recruitment of experts' were needed to prepare for the 4IR effectively.

Purpose : To analyze how the Fourth Industrial Revolution affects the gender gap. Method : This study regressed the relationship between ICT development index, network Readiness index and gender gap in 145 countries all over the world. Results : The ICT development index was not statistically significant, but the network readiness index was positively correlated with female labor participation rate and gender wage equality ratio, indicating that the progress of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution increased female participation in labor but the wage gap has been shown to intensify. Conclusion : The results verify the hypothesis that the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution led by the information and communication revolution affects the labor market conditions of women.

해사분야의 4차 산업혁명의 촉진제가 될 것으로 기대하고 있는 IMO e-Navigation 전략은 각 국의 필요와 수요자 요구사항에 맞는 다양한 서비스로 개발되고 있다. 우리나라는 2016년부터 5년 동안 6개의 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스를 개발하여 전 연안의 선박을 대상으로 제공할 계획을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발되고 있는 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스와 IMO의 e-Navigation 전략 및 서비스와의 관계를 분석하여 공공적 서비스의 의미를 도출하고 민간 부문 사용자로의 확산 측면에서 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스의 발전 방안을 고찰하였다.

본 연구는 4차산업혁명의 성공 핵심 키워드 중 하나인 '융합'을 통한 디자인의 역량 강화를 위하여 전문인력의 양성현황, 대전/충청지역의 디자인 전문회사 현황 및 대전지역의 전략사업을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 예측된 수요맞춤형 전문인력의 공급 방안을 제시하며, 디자인 전문인력의 양성과 운용에 대한 세부적 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

As the 4th Industrial Revolution accelerates, the future of the economy faces new uncertainties, particularly around digital transformation. This shift is crucial in today's ICT-centric world. Korea, a significant contributor to global Manufacturing Value Added (MVA), is poised to expand its share. This paper examines Korea's digital transformation and its global economic competitiveness. By referencing world-renowned analyses, it compares Korea's competitive stance. As industries and economies are on the verge of a technological upheaval, understanding and preparing for these changes is vital for maximizing benefits. This paper also delves into the opportunities and policy challenges presented by digitization in the 4th Industrial Revolution era.

The study presents milestones for the Korean military to win the future battlefield based on the 4th Industrial Revolution. Chapter 1 deals with the necessity of research on how advanced countries operate industrial technology in the defense sector based on the 4th Industrial Revolution. Chapter 2 examines the current technology status of the 4th Industrial Revolution in Korea and the concept of Korean combat. Chapter 3 analyzes the military robotic technology of advanced military countries through examples of unmanned combat robots in the United States, Israel, and Germany. In the end, in future battles, it will be possible to dominate the battlefield only by taking a leap into a super-connected and super-intelligent military based on a high-tech platform. Our military should also research and develop military robotics in accordance with the characteristics of each combat system, and further expand and develop the concept of combat performance to protect our core capabilities and centers from enemy cyber, electronic warfare, and space attacks.
