유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)는 공간적 진화과정을 그 축으로 하여 물리공간, 전자공간, 그리고 궁극적으로 유비쿼터스 공간인 이른바 '제3공간'을 창출한다. 물리공간의 비효율성과 전자공간의 불안정성을 극복한 제3공간은 언제, 어디서나 도처에 존재하는 유비쿼터스 네트워크(broadband network + mobile network + wireless network)와 센서(sensor), 칩(chip) 등과 같이 아주 작은 컴퓨터가 내재되어 있는 사물들(things)의 연결과 통합으로 구성된다.

This paper is an attempt to explore semiotic representations of subway space as the urban machine space of local mobility in terms of space, time and place. For this, the second section of the paper reviews the contours of the urban space of mobility in terms of 'machine space', 'non-place' and 'cognitive map'. The third section interprets the sings of 'spatial' and 'temporal' representations of subway space in Daegu, and suggests the implications of the semiotic representations. It is uncovered that various sign-scapes which coexist in the subway space in coordinated or contradictory ways product the space into multiple and complex techno-social spaces. That is, the spatio-temporal representations of the subway space form the space of 'non-place' on the one hand and the space of 'place' on the other hand, and involve the spatialization of 'memory' on the one hand and the spatialization of 'forgetting' on the other hand. Thus, the subway space should be regarded to be not only the space of 'mobility' which people move in and through, but also the space of 'identity' which has effects on the ways for them to see the machine space and its urban space.

Interior is composed of void spaces decided by many substances and the function of the spaces which creat its valuation. Accordingly interior space makes peculiar forms by synthesizing each interior elements and its abstractness. Therefore characteristic of the expressed word and symbolic system become interior wholeness. The focus of this paper is to analyze interior words and the symbolic systems scientifically. The content is composed of 5 major parts. The 1st and 2nd chapter deal with Introduction and the Characterization of Interior Design. Linguistic symbol and metaphor which decide Post-Modern interior style were studied in the 3rd chapter. In the 4th chapter. this paper analysed linguistic character of interior words which need to express character of tradition. decoration, and publicity, expccially through code and metaphor. Finally Thematic I-louse library interior space designed by Charles Jencks was linguistically researched as a study model.

여타 다른 학문분야에서 주장되지 않는 정보과학(情報科學)에 대한 정립(定立)은 Kari Popper의 제 3 세계 - 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界) - 고도(高度)의 자율성(自律性)을 인정함으로써 발견 될 수 있다는 것을 우선적으로 논의하게 된다. 따라서 정보과학의 임무란 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界)를 탐구(探究)하는 것으로 정의(定議)를 내릴 수 있으며, 또한 도큐멘테이션과 도서관학의 영역을 확대시키는 것도 되지만, 양자(兩者)는 분명히 구별되어야 한다. Popper 식(式)의 존재론은 정보(情報) 개념(槪念) 및 주관적(主觀的) 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)들과의 관계가 확대되어 수용되어져야 한다. 그리하여 Popper의 세가지 세계의 공간영역들은 고찰(考察)의 대상이 된다. 인식과 물리적인 공간은 동일(同一)하지 않으며, 이러한 동일성(同一性)의 결여가 정보현상에 대한 적절한 정량화(定量化)를 저지시키는 문제를 발생케하는 요인이 된다고 주장하고 있다.

We report a simple method for determining photovoltaic constant and conductivities of any photorefractive crytals which have no inversion symmetry by utilizing the electric field dependence of non-phase-matched second harmonic generation. New theoretical expression for the electric field dependence of Maker fringes is derived and space charge field can be determined using this from the observed change of intensity of second harmonic wave. The photovoltaic constant, dark conductivity and photoconductivity are easily deduced from an analysis of the measured relaxation behavior of space-charge field at two different light intensities. We demonstrate this method for $LiNbO_3$ at 514.5 nm.4.5 nm.

Spatial homogenity of Mg (4 mole %):LiNb$O_3$ is investigated by studying the characteristic of Second Harmonic Generation in Mg:LiNb$O_3$ as a function of temperature and DC Electric Field. It is found that the temperaturs at which the intensity of the second harmonic is reduced to the first zero from its maximum for the phase matching condition is shifted linearly to the strength of DC Electric field applied to optic axis of Mg:LiNb$O_3$. From these results, the electro-optic coefficient of Mg:LiNb$O_3$ is estimated to be higher than that of Congruent LiNb$O_3$ by a factor of 1.5.

지식경제부 기술표준원에서는 2011.3.11일자로 자율안전확인대상 자동차용 타이어 안전기준 개정(안)을 입안 예고하였으며, 본고는 동 개정(안)의 취지 및 주요내용과 아울러 자동차용타이어가 품질관련 법규 "품질경영 및 공산품안전관리법" 상에서 어떻게 관리되는지에 대하여 요약한 것이다. 한편, 우리협회는 그간 국내타이어업계와 함께 기준치 이하의 저품질 타이어 유통 근절을 통한 타이어 사용자의 안전성 향상과 관련법규의 실효성 제고 차원에서 금번 타이어 안전기준 개정(안) 마련에 있어 적극 참여하여 왔다.

영산강 섬진강수계는 1999년 한강수계(경기도 7개 시군)에서 임의제로 도입한 이후 2002년 낙동강, 금강수계와 함께 의무제 기반으로 오염총량제를 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 2004년부터 영산강물환경연구소에서 영산강 섬진강수계의 단위유역 말단 지점의 유량과 수질을 약 8일 간격으로 동시에 측정함으로서 단위유역 내 오염원으로부터 배출된 오염물질이 말단에서 실제 나타나는 오염부하량(유달부하량)의 파악이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 최근 4대강사업으로 하천의 구조적 수질관리 환경의 커다란 변화가 있어 기존 모니터링지점에 대한 전면적인 재검토가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 영산강 섬진강수계의 수질총량측정망 총 56개 지점을 대상으로 설치목적과 선정기준에 대한 적합성평가를 위한 평가기법을 공간적 대표성, 수리학적 안정성, 시간적 대표성, 정보취득 안정성의 4개 특성과 13개 평가부문, 20개 평가항목으로 3단계 평가기법으로 구성하여 개발하였으며 평가 결과, I등급이 29개소(53%), II등급이 25개소(45%), III등급이 2개소(3%)로 평가되었으며, 변경 및 폐쇄 권장에 해당하는 IV~V등급으로 평가된 지점은 없는 것으로 평가되어 대체로 우수한 지점들로 구성되어 있음을 확인하였다.
