  • 일반적으로 농산물의 박피작업의 목표는 박피된 농산물이 좋은 품질과 최소의 손실율로서 최대의 박피효율을 가지는 것이다. 밤의 화염박피 경우에는 제 1보 화염박피 특성에서 알 수 있듯이 박피율이 증가하면 화염박피 밤의 품질과 생율로 유통시에는 손실율과 밀접한 관계를 가지는 열침투 깊이도 증가한다. 이러한 열침투 깊이는 화염박피 밤의 사용용도에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 화염박피 밤을 생율로 유통시에는 열침투 부분을 제거해야 하므로 열침투 깊이가 적을수록 손실율이 적게 나타난다. 그러므로 생율로 유통시에는 손실율을 고려하여 열침투 깊이를 선정해야한다. 가공제품의 원료로 사용할 때에는 가공특성에 따라 열침투 깊이를 선정해야 한다. 쨈 등의 원료로 이용시에는 열침투 깊이가 커져도 사용 가능할 것이며, 박피밤 상태에서 당침투가 필요한 마론그랏세 등의 가공제품에서는 열침투 깊이를 제한할 필요가 있다.   • The shear spinning has been used to produce thin angled cone of parts, with reduced forming force and enhanced mechanical and surface quality for a good finished part, compared with other method formed parts. So shear spinning technique is used widely in industrial production. Especially shear spinning and flow forming techniques are used frequently in automotive, aerial, defense industry. In this paper, finite element method analysis of shear spinning for a cone shape workpiece is carried out to study effects of forming depth and lead angle on forming force. The axial and radial forces on several forming depth and lead angle conditions are obtained.

  • The flow forming has been used to produce long thin walled tube parts, with reduced forming force and enhanced mechanical for a good finished part, compared with other method formed parts. Especially, the flow forming is suitable for making high precision thin walled cylinders, such as rocket motor cases, combustion chamber, hydraulic cylinders and high-pressure vessels and so on. In this paper, finite element analysis of three-roller forward and backward flow forming for combustion chamber is carried out to study effects of forming depth and feed rate on forming force. The axial and radial forming forces of forward flow forming on several forming depth and feed rate conditions are compared with those of backward flow forming.

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance to degradation of four commercial composite resins-Prodigy(Kerr, USA), Vitalescence(Ultradent, USA), Z 250(3M, USA), Filtek flow(3M, USA)- in an alkaline solution. Resistance to degradation was evaluated on the basis of following parameters: (a) mass loss(%), (b) Si loss(ppm), (c) degradation depth($\mu}m$). The results were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference between Prodigy and Vitalescence, also Z 250 and Filtek flow. But, there was significant difference between former group and latter group. 2. The sequence of the degree of degradation layer depth was in descending order by Z 250, Filtek flow, Prodigy, Vitalescence. There was significant difference among the materials. 3. The sequence of the Si loss was in descending order by Filtek flow, Z 250, Prodigy, Vitalescence. There was significant difference among the materials. 4. The correlation coefficient between mass loss and degradation layer depth(r=0.714, p<0.05), mass loss and Si loss(r=0.770, p<0.05), and degradation layer depth and Si loss(r=0.930, p<0.05) were relatively high. 5. When observed with SEM, destruction of bonding was observed between resin matrix and filler. 6. When observed with CLSM, degradation layer depth of composite resin surface was observed.

WEAR AND CHEMICAL DEGRADATION OF ESTHETIC RESTORATIVE MATERIALS (심미수복 재료의 마모와 화학적 분해)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance to degradation and to compare the wear resistance characteristics of four esthetic restorative materials in an alkaline solution. The brands studied were Charmfil, Charmfil flow(composite resin), Compoglass F and PrimaFlow(compomer). The results were as follows: 1. The mass loss were not significantly different among the materials(p>0.05). 2. The sequence of the degree of degradation layer depth was in descending order by Compoglass F, PrimaFlow, Charmfil, and Charmfil flow. There were significant differences between Compoglass F and the others(p<0.05). 3. The sequence of the Si loss was in descending order by Charmfil flow, Charmfil, PrimaFlow, and Compoglass F. There were significant differences among these materials(p<0.05). 4. When observed with SEM, destruction of bonding between matrix and filler was observed and when observed with CLSM, the depth of degradation layer of specimen surface was observed. 5. The sequence of maximum wear depth was in descending order by Comfoglass, PrimaFlow Charmal, and Charmfil flow. There were significant differences among these materials(p<0.05). 6. The correlation coefficient between Si loss and degradation layer depth (r=0.602, p<0.05) Vicker's hardness number and maximum wear depth (r=0.501, p<0.05) were relatively high. These results indicate that wear and hydrolytic degradation may be considered to be evaluation factors of composite resins and compomers.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the depth of fashion product line on sales. The depth of the fashion product line was defined as the variety of style, color, and size in the outwear line for this study. Data were collected from the 98 brands in 4 department stores located in Seoul and Pusan. The result showed the significant impact of the variety of the outwear style on sales. Even after controlling the effect of advertising and the level of price in each brand, significant effect of the variety of outwear style were noticed on sales.

  • One of the major deficiencies of composite restorative resins is their insufficient resistance to wear. Of the multitude of factors that have been associated with wear, subsurface degradation within the restoration is considered to be one. The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance to degradation of four commercial composite resins in an alkaline solution. The brands studied were Z100(3M), Clearfil AP-X(Kuraray), Tetric Ceram(Vivadent), Aelit flo(Bisco). Resistance to degradation was evaluated on the basis of the following parameters: (a) mass loss(%) - determined from pre-and post-exposure specimen weights: (b) Si loss(ppm) - obtained from ICP-AE analysis of solution exposed to specimens; and (c) degradation depth(${\mu}m$) - measured microscopically (SEM) from polished circular sections of exposed specimens. The results were as follows: 1. The sequence of the mass loss was in ascending order by AE, EL, TC, Z100. There was statistically significant difference of mass loss between AE, CL group and TC, Z100 group(p<0.05). 2. The sequence of the degree of degradation layer depth was in ascending order by AE, CL, TC, Z100. But there was no statistically significant difference of degree of degradation layer depth between AE and CL(p<0.05). 3. For the Si concentration, Z100 was the highest of all. 4. The correlation coefficient between mass loss and degradation depth was relatively high(r=0.71 p<0.05).

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance to degradation and to compare the wear resistance characteristics of four esthetic restorative materials in an alkaline solution(0.1N NaOH). The brands studied were MetafilCX(Sun medical, Japan) Solitaire 2(Heraeus Kulzer, USA), Composan LCM(Promedica, Germany), DenFil(Vericom, Korea). The results were as follows: 1. The mass loss of each brand was 0.74~7.94% and highest value in Metafil($7.94{\pm}0.39%$). 2. The sequence of the degree of degradation layer depth was in descending order by Metafil, Solitaire 2, DenFil, Composan LCM. There were significant differences between Metafil and the others(p<0.05). 3. The sequence of the Si loss was in descending order by Metafil, Solitaire 2, Composan LCM, DenFil. There were significant differences among the materials(p<0.05). 4. On SEM, destruction of bonding between matrix and filler and on CLSM, the depth of degradation layer of specimen surface was observed. 5. The sequence of maximum wear depth was in descending order by Metafil, Solitaire 2, Composan LCM and DenFil. There were significant differences among the materials(p<0.05). 6. The correlation coefficient between Si loss and degradation layer depth (r=0.491, p<0.05) and Vicker's hardness number and maximum wear depth (r=-0.942, p<0.05) were relatively high. These results indicate that hydrolytic degradation and wear may consider as a evaluation factors of composite resins.
