부착방지 기능성 도료의 탈착 특성 평가 및 고찰

  • 안정적이고 효율적인 전력 공급을 위해 번화가 대로변 주변에 다수의 지상 변압기 및 개폐기가 설치되고 있으며, 이로 인해 불법 부착물로 인한 도시의 미관 훼손, 변압기 및 개폐기의 오염 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 각 산업체 및 연구 기관에서는 부착 방지용 코팅 도료 및 시트에 대해 다양한 연구개발을 진행하고 있으며, 현장에 적용되고 있는 사례도 있다. 하지만 현재 현장에 적용된 대부분의 제품들은 약 1년 정도의 시간이 지나면 고유의 기능을 상실하며, 도료 및 시트와 기판 사이의 박리가 일어나 우수한 성능을 보이지 않아, 결과적으로 도시에 더욱더 악영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 원인으로는 도료 및 시트의 성능 평가를 위한 다양한 규격들이 존재하지만, 테이프류 탈착 시 영향을 주는 인자(Factor)들이 명확하게 설정되어 있지 않고, 이에 대해 면밀하게 분석한 자료가 없으며, 정량적이고 객관적인 시험 방법이 고려되지 않고 있기 때문에 좋은 제품을 선별하기 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 여러 가지 제품들의 비교평가 및 기술 개발에 활용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하기 위해 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 면테이프(Duct tape)를 이용하여 기판(Substrate)에 대해 다양한 인자를 기준으로 탈착 특성을 측정 및 평가하였다. 현재 지상 배전함 및 개폐기는 분체도장(Powder coating)으로 구성되어져 있으며, 그 모재는 탄소강(Carbon steel)으로 이루어져 있고, 소수의 경우 스테인리스(Stainless steel)를 사용하기 있기 때문에 분체도장(Powder coating), 탄소강(Carbon steel), 스테인리스(Stainless steel)를 기판으로 선정하여 탈착 특성을 평가했다. 탈착 특성에 관여하는 요인으로는 탈착 각도(Peeling angle), 탈착 속도(Peeling speed), 표면 조도(Surface roughness) 등이 있고, 상대 습도(Relative humidity)의 경우 탈착 특성에 영향을 거의 주지 않는 것을 확인했다. 탈착 시 각도가 클수록, 속도가 빠를수록, 조도가 작을수록 부착력(Peel resistance, N/cm)과 탈착 에너지(Energy, J)가 커지며, 탈착 특성에 영향을 주는 인자를 바탕으로 95% 신뢰도 구간을 적용한 탈착특성 모델링을 제시하였다. 이 모델링을 이용하여 실제 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 각도($90^{\circ}$, $180^{\circ}$)와 속도 범위(100 ~ 1500mm/min)에서의 탈착 특성을 추정하는 것으로, 좋은 성능 및 내구성을 가진 제품을 효과적으로 선별한다.

Proposition of negatively pure association rule threshold (음의 순수 연관성 규칙 평가 기준의 제안)

  • Association rule represents the relationship between items in a massive database by quantifying their relationship, and is used most frequently in data mining techniques. In general, association rule technique generates the rule, 'If A, then B.', whereas negative association rule technique generates the rule, 'If A, then not B.', or 'If not A, then B.'. We can determine whether we promote other products in addition to promote its products only if we add negative association rules to existing association rules. In this paper, we proposed the negatively pure association rules by negatively pure support, negatively pure confidence, and negatively pure lift to overcome the problems faced by negative association rule technique. In checking the usefulness of this technique through numerical examples, we could find the direction of association by the sign of the negatively pure association rule measure.

  • With the increasing of service robots, human-robot interaction for natural communication between user and robots is becoming more and more important. Especially, face recognition is a key issue of HRI. Even though robots mainly use face detection and recognition to provide various services, it is still difficult to guarantee of performance due to insufficient test methods in real service environment. Now, face recognition performance of most robots is evaluation for engine without consideration for robots. In this paper, we show validity of test method using LED monitor through performance comparison of real images with from images LED monitor.

  • The survey was conducted on the Bungae Jangter and Danggeun Market, which provide mobile used market services. The goal is to investigate factors that affect the user experience of used market platforms and to compare usability. Based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb Model, a survey and In-depth interviews were conducted to users with experience in secondhand transactions. And we qualitatively analyze the factors that affect the user experience. As a result, there were differences in usability depending on the age of the user. (reliability, how to find things, purpose of using used trading services, etc.) This study focused on actual user experience, so it will help you find a way to develop to user-centered secondhand marketplace services.

Consumption and Preference for Bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miquel) Products (복분자 제품에 대한 기호도 및 이용실태 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the use and perception of adults concerning bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miquel) products. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 502 residents in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. According to the survey more females in their 20s responded than males (45.2 and 54.8%, respectively). In total, 82.6% of respondents had an income of under 4,000,000 won per month and most were living in the city. The results regarding knowledge about bokbunja products showed that the bokbunja wine score was highest (3.66), and intake frequency showed that over half of the respondents had never eaten bokbunja products. The preference for bokbunja wine by males was higher than that for females, whereas the others products showed higher scores for females than for males. When asked about how they knew about bokbunja products, 37.0% of males and 46.9% of females responded a family member or neighbor. When purchasing bokbunja products, males and females answered that they considered taste, country of origin, and manufacturer, and price. Approximately 48% of the respondents answered that they purchased bokbunja products in the grocery and department store. As a result, popularization of bokbunja products was based on product development and sales promotion, and the product development factor significantly influenced preference for bokbunja products.

A Study on Labeling Regulation for Reliability and Understanding Improvement of Health Functional Food (건강기능식품의 신뢰도 및 이해도 향상을 위한 표시제도 연구)

  • This study was performed to improve of Health Functional Food(HFF) through investigating the label system. The logo on HFF to increase the reliance, understanding and quality warranty for consumers was developed through competition. In order to investigate the consumer's awareness about HFF label system a nationwide survey was conducted in metropolitan areas (6 cities) and middle-sizes cities (6 cities). The subjects was 2000(male 519, female 1481) adults aged 20 over, and information was collected by in-person interviews. The major results were as follows. 63.0% of consumer responded they need certification mark for HFF and trust function information of text/graphic format than text format. 85.3% of consumers chose the long claim including the mechanism because 38% reported that they could confide the information, 36% reported it is easy to understand and 26% reported that they thought it is more effective than short claim. As 58.8% of the total consumers answered that the manufacturers marked the nutrition function claim without the permit of the KFDA, a reliable certification mark developed by this research is expected to contribute in improving the label system of HFF, rising reliability and perception of consumer.

  • Consumer's needs, pursuing diverse lifestyles, can be identified systematically by the development of design research method with computer technologies. Color, which is the most important factor in industrial design, has been regarded as possessing difficulties in collecting and analyzing reliable data, because it has multi-dimensional features. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new research method for design and color preference investigation, and to provide the possibilities of applying this method into the traditional color research which has many limitations in time, space, and money. This paper emphasizes that the new method using visual and concrete 3D modeling of a product can enhance the reliability of collecting and analyzing data comparing with traditional linguistic and abstract one.

  • 온라인 사용자 조사는 전통적인 사용자 조사 기법의 단점인 높은 사용자 평가 비용, 긴 조사 기간, 평가 장소의 제약 및 사용자 대표성 등을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 온라인 특성 상 동시에 수백명의 응답자가 접근 가능하기 때문에 조사 기간을 단축 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상대적으로 많은 응답자의 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 응답자가 편리한 공간에서 응답자 스스로 질문을 읽고 응답하기 때문에 생각할 여유를 더 많이 제공한다는 장점이 있어 전통적 사용자 조사 기법의 대안으로 많이 활용되고 있다. 특히 시스템의 발전으로 실제 제품 사용 사례를 사진으로 보여주거나 사용자가 직접 조사 시스템상의 에뮬레이터 활용을 통해 직접 제품사용과 유사한 경험을 제공하고 있어 평가 영역 또한 기존 직접 평가와 거의 유사하게 확장되고 있다. 하지만, 설문 응답자에 대한 신원확인 및 온라인 상에서 성실과 활동 수행 등 온라인 사용자 조사시의 신뢰도를 보장한 수 없다는 점과 온 라인 사용자 조사의 수행 결과가 기존의 직접 평가수행 결과와 동일한지에 대한 보장이 없다는 것이 온라인조사시스템 활용의 가장 큰 제약이다. 본 연구를 통해 온라인 사용자 조사의 효용을 높일 수 있는 접근 방법을 제시하기 위하여, 먼저 온라인 설문 조사에 적합한 휴대폰의 사용성 문제 특성을 정의하고, 특성에 대해 효과적인 조사 결과를 도출하기 위한 고려 요소들을 기술하다. 이와 더불어 온라인 설문 조사가 기존 전통적 조사의 대안이 아닌 새로운 효용을 가진 조사 기법으로서 활용 가능성을 주기적으로 제시함으로써, 온라인 사용자 조사에 적합한 설문 항목의 특성을 정의 및 확장하고자 한다.

A Study on the Stress Simulation for the Body Design of a PFA-lined Plug Valve (PFA 라이닝 플러그 밸브 설계를 위한 밸브 본체의 응력 시뮬레이션)

  • This study, is aimed to support the valve design engineer by a CAE simulation on the body of a PFA-lined plug valve, and focuses on static stress analysis, location of the weak point on bending and stiffness of the valve body. To determine whether the valve body can resist being transformed by loads, 1 simulated the stress distribution using CAD/CAE softwares. The 'step' file converted by CAD software after solid modeling is imported to the CAE software. Through simulation procedure, it is shown that the designed-solid-model fur a valve body has stiffness on bending and torsion but has weakness for side bending moment. Also, it is expected that the valve design engineer will understand the basic process of CAE and will be able to apply on his task.

A weighted method for evaluating software quality (가중치를 적용한 소프트웨어 품질 평가 방법)

  • This study proposed a method for determining weights for the eight quality characteristics, such as functionality, reliability, usability, maintainability, portability, efficiency, security, and interoperability, which are suggested by international standards, focusing on software test reports. Currently, the test results for software quality evaluation apply the same weight to 8 quality characteristics to obtain the arithmetic average. Weights for 8 quality characteristics were applied using the results from text analysis, and weights were applied using the results of text analysis of test reports for two products. It was confirmed that the average of test reports according to the weighted quality characteristics was more efficient.
