  • 최근 공급사슬관리(SCM)는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 e-SCM 환경으로 발달하고 있다. e-SCM은 웹을 통한 기업의 원자재 조달에서부터 최종제품이 고객에 이르는 전 과정에 관련된 많은 업무를 효율적으로 관리하는 것으로 공급사슬에 있는 많은 기업의 참여가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 수주생산기업의 e-SCM 구매시스템에서 구매의도를 지닌 참여기업의 웹 로그 데이터를 분석 및 활용하는 방안을 제시하여 참여기업의 충성도와 수주전략 수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 3차원 CAD기반의 PLM시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 설계데이터의 관리측면에서는 CAD와 PLM시스템간의 Interoperability가 중요한 요소인 반면 Configuration 관리 측면에서는 BOM과의 연관성을 고려한 제품정보의 구조가 중요한 요소로 검토되어야 한다. 이러한 관리측면에 앞서 무엇보다도 선결되어야 할 과제는 3차원 설계 방법론의 정립 및 관련된 업무의 표준화이다. 대우종합기계에서는 이러한 일련의 업무를 진행 중에 있으며 최종적인 목표 시스템 구축을 위해 현재에도 여러 과제들을 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 3차원 CAD의 정착과정 및 이를 지원하는 PLM시스템의 단계별 구축내용에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Design and Implementation of Real-Time Mobile Remicon Quality Management Program for Field Response of Remicon mixer (레미콘 배합의 현장 즉시 대응을 위한 실시간 모바일 레미콘 품질 관리 프로그램 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose a mobile remicon quality management system to enable inspection and correspondence with a smart phone in the field check of remicon. We also proposed a real-time slump data processing part to digitize field inspection and XML formats for data exchange with the server. We used the smart phone to transmit real-time image about field inspection of remicon and judged the error at the same time. By doing this, we shared the situation of the remicon products in the field and the head office. Based on the actual results, the development technology is used to determine whether the product is abnormal or not, and to provide appropriate information to the company and the site. Based on the analysis of raw material quality data, it is possible to present real time optimal blending ratio according to raw material import with raw material management data, which is the biggest problem of the ready mixed concrete industry.

  • In this paper, in order to increase the production efficiency of the industrial plant, and predicts the resources of the manufacturing process, we have proposed a decision-making system for resource implementing the risk management effectively forecasting and risk management. A variety of information that occurs at each step efficiently difficult the creation of detailed process steps in the scenario you want to manage, is a frequent condition change of manufacturing facilities for the production of various products even within the same process. The data that is not contiguous products production cycle also not constant occurs, there is a problem that needs to check the variation in the small amount of data. In order to solve these problems, data centralized manufacturing processes, process resource prediction, risk prediction, through a process current status monitoring, must allow action immediately when a problem occurs. In this paper, the range of change in the design drawing, resource prediction, a process completion date using a regression algorithm to derive the formula, classification tree technique was proposed decision system in three stages through the boundary value analysis.

A Feature-Oriented Method for Extracting a Product Line Asset from a Family of Legacy Applications (레거시 어플리케이션 제품군으로부터 제품라인 자산을 추출하는 휘처 기반의 방법)

  • Clone-and-own reuse is an approach to creating new software variants by copying and modifying existing software products. A family of legacy software products developed by clone-and-own reuse often requires high maintenance cost and tends to be error-prone due to patch-ups without refactoring and structural degradation. To overcome these problems, many organizations that have used clone-and-own reuse now want to migrate their legacy products to software product line (SPL) for more systematic reuse and management of software asset. However, with most of existing methods, variation points are embedded directly into design and code rather than modeled and managed separately; variation points are not created ("engineered") systematically based on a variability model. This approach causes the following problems: it is difficult to understand the relationships between variation points, thus it is hard to maintain such code and the asset tends to become error-prone as it evolves. Also, when SPL evolves, design/code assets tend to be modified directly in an ad-hoc manner rather than engineered systematically with appropriate refactoring. To address these problems, we propose a feature-oriented method for extracting a SPL asset from a family of legacy applications. With the approach, we identify and model variation points and their relationships in a feature model separate from implementation, and then extract and manage a SPL asset from legacy applications based on the feature model. We have applied the method to a family of legacy Notepad++ products and demonstrated the feasibility of the method.

  • RFID 기술을 사용하는 환경에서는 태그와 리더간에 Radio Frequency 를 이용한 무선 통신을 하기 때문에 서로간의 데이터 손실 없이 성공적인 통신을 항상 보장하기는 어렵다. 태그가 리더 영역 내에 있다 하더라도 주변 다른 전자제품의 전파 방해나 장애물의 영향으로 인해 센서 태그로부터 센싱 데이터를 읽는 도중에 데이터 손실이 발생 할 수 있다. 이러한 센서 데이터는 콜드 체인과 같은 물류환경에서 상품을 관리하기 위하여 중요하게 사용되기 때문에 센싱 데이터를 전송하는 도중에 손실된 데이터를 복구해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 반능동형 센서 태그로부터 센싱 데이터 값을 손실 하였을 때 완전한 결과 데이터로 복구하기 위한 회복 기법을 제안한다. 이를 지원하기 위해 결과 데이터 복구 기법과 Packet Size 제어 기법을 사용한다. 이 기법들은 회복 기법이 성공적인 데이터의 읽기 연산을 보장하고, 읽기 처리 속도를 빠르게 하는데 중요한 역할을 한다.

  • Better quality software can be made by eliminating the software product risk in the early stages. To achieve this task, a risk analysis system that can effectively track and manage risks that have severe effects on software quality is needed. The existing risk analysis systems have some weaknesses as they are applied to organizations. The major problems of those systems are that they require organizations to collect as much risk data at a time without providing a proper explanation and even without the support of a risk management process. This paper resolves those problems by developing a risk analysis system that offers methods of managing risks. In addition, the system provides the guidelines of which risks should be gathered for each step. The system also has functions to generate a range of strategy and analysis information on risks.

  • International Hydrography Organization has published S-100 Universal Hydrographic Data Model to support use of various hydrographic data for navigational safety. In the S-100 standards, it is possible to manage hydrographic data and apply various application field by introducing the concept of registry and its register. In this study, the S-100 standard based product specification in the field of maritime safety is developed by designing application schema according to general feature model defined in the S-100 standard, and feature catalogue is produced through simple registry.

  • Manufacturing companies usually manage the process to achieve high quality using various types of control chart in statistical process control. When an assignable cause occurs in a process, the data in the control chart changes with different patterns by the specific causes. It is important in process control to classify the CCP (Control Chart Pattern) recognition for fast decision making. In former research, gathered data from process used to apply as raw data, leads to degrade the performance of recognizer and to decrease the learning speed. Therefore, feature based recognizer, employing feature extraction method, has been studied to enhance the classification accuracy and to reduce the dimension of data. We propose the method to extract features that take the distances between CCP data and reference vector generated from BDK (Bi-Directional Kohonen Network). We utilize those features as the input vectors in ANN (Artificial Neural Network) and compare with raw data applied ANN to evaluate the performance.

A Study on the Structural Optimization for CAD/CAE Integration (CAD/CAE 통합을 위한 구조설계 최적화에 관한 연구)

  • In product development, CAD and CAE systems taking part in the design process were individually developed. Furthermore, in product development, different divisions and businesses often have heterogeneous CAD/CAE systems and methods for expressing product data, and addressing this heterogeneity creates additional costs and causes longer development periods. To ensure successful collaboration in the design process, it is therefore imperative that different CAD, CAE, and other related systems be managed in an organic and integrated manner from the initial stages of product development. Therefore, this study suggests an integrated CAD/CAE system including optimization in a more effective and integrated manner but also to support interfacing and the collective use of design and analysis tools. To validate the proposed method, a stiffened plate example is taken as an example. It is found that the proposed method could overcome the bottleneck of CAD and CAE such as transferability of data, though CATIA and ANSYS are used at the moment. Besides, carrying out an optimization process during the CAE process is another essential parts for the structural optimization process.
