  • 자동차 부품산업은 자동차산업의 후방산업으로 완성차 메이커 제조산업의 조립용인 중간재 산업으로 부품의 품질에 따라 완성차의 성능이 좌우된다. 자동차 산업구조상 완성차에 종속적인 사업구조로 부품사의 독자 성장이 어렵고 수익성이 완성차업체에 종속 된다. 자동차부품사의 대형화 및 생산공정 자동화 변화로 기존의 수직계열화된 부품 공급 관계에도 변화가 예상되며, 완성차업체는 통합적인 시스템 부품을 생산할 수 있는 글로벌 대형 부품업체에 의존하는 상황이 전개될 수도 있다. 이와 같은 위기와 변화를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 산업구조분석을 자동차 부품산업에 적용하여 자동차부품산업의 경쟁력제고 전략을 도출하고자 한다.

Design of Approximate Feedback Controller for Two-Time-Scale Aircraft Dynamics (양시등급 항공기 동력학의 근사 궤환 제어기 설계)

  • A new method to obtain approximate solutions by placing the only poles of the slow subsystem for the two-time-scale aircraft dynamic systems. The two kinds of approximate solutions are obtained by a matrix block diagonalization. One is called the uncorrected solution, and the other is called the corrected solution. The former has an error of $O({\varepsilon})$, and the latter has an error of $O({\varepsilon}^2)$. Of course, both solutions are robust enough even though they are reduced solutions. The excellence of the proposed method is illustrated by an numerical example of an aircraft longitudinal dynamics.

  • MGCP ia standard protocol by IFTF, which is designed to facilitate inter-working with other protocols. Since the nature of protocol, it can be known as a proper solution to integrate heterogeneous networks consisted of various protocols and systems. In this paper MGCP is used for controlling VoIP gateways from external call control elements(MGCs) and introduces a method to improve interoperability for various MGC in a gateway based on MGCP. It presents implementation issues to provide the interoperability for MGC dependent parts such as call flows of message encoding, and a system architecture to resolve the issues.

  • 최근 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 제어 펑면에 대한 많은 발전이 있었으나 여전히 데이터 평면의 하드웨어와 프로토콜에 대해 종속적이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 데이터 평면을 프로그래밍할 수 있게 하여 white box 형태로 만드는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어와 프로토콜에 독립적이기 위한 데이터 평면 프로그래밍 언어와 언어들의 독립성에 대해 살펴본다.

Design of a Hybrid Data Value Predictor with Dynamic Classification Capability in Superscalar Processors (슈퍼스칼라 프로세서에서 동적 분류 능력을 갖는 혼합형 데이타 값 예측기의 설계)

  • To achieve high performance by exploiting instruction level parallelism aggressively in superscalar processors, it is necessary to overcome the limitation imposed by control dependences and data dependences which prevent instructions from executing parallel. Value prediction is a technique that breaks data dependences by predicting the outcome of an instruction and executes speculatively its data dependent instruction based on the predicted outcome. In this paper, a hybrid value prediction scheme with dynamic classification mechanism is proposed. We design a hybrid predictor by combining the last predictor, a stride predictor and a two-level predictor. The choice of a predictor for each instruction is determined by a dynamic classification mechanism. This makes each predictor utilized more efficiently than the hybrid predictor without dynamic classification mechanism. To show performance improvements of our scheme, we simulate the SPECint95 benchmark set by using execution-driven simulator. The results show that our scheme effect reduce of 45% hardware cost and 16% prediction accuracy improvements comparing with the conventional hybrid prediction scheme and two-level value prediction scheme.

Design of ECC Scalar Multiplier based on a new Finite Field Division Algorithm (새로운 유한체 나눗셈기를 이용한 타원곡선암호(ECC) 스칼라 곱셈기의 설계)

  • In this paper, we proposed a new scalar multiplier structure needed for an elliptic curve cryptosystem(ECC) over the standard basis in GF(2$^{163}$ ). It consists of a bit-serial multiplier and a divider with control logics, and the divider consumes most of the processing time. To speed up the division processing, we developed a new division algorithm based on the extended Euclid algorithm. Dynamic data dependency of the Euclid algorithm has been transformed to static and fixed data flow by a localization technique, to make it independent of the input and field polynomial. Compared to other existing scalar multipliers, the new scalar multiplier requires smaller gate counts with improved processor performance. It has been synthesized using Samsung 0.18 um CMOS technology, and the maximum operating frequency is estimated 250 MHz. The resulting performance is 148 kbps, that is, it takes 1.1 msec to process a 163-bit data frame. We assure that this performance is enough to be used for digital signature, encryption/decryption, and key exchanges in real time environments.

Encryption Scheme for MPEG-4 Media Transmission Exploiting Frame Dropping (대역폭 감소를 적용한 MPEG-4 미디어 전송시의 암호화 기법 연구)

  • According to the network condition, the communication network overload could be occurred when media transmitting. Many researches are being carried out to lessen the network overload, such as the filtering, load distributing, frame dropping and many other methods. Among these methods, one of effective method is frame dropping that reduces specified video frames for bandwidth diminution. B frames are dropped and then I, P frames are dropped according to dependency among the frames in frame dropping. This paper proposes a scheme for protecting copyrights by encryption, when we apply frame dropping to reduce bandwidth of media following MPEG-4 file format. We designed two kinds of frame dropping: first one stores and then sends the dropped files and the other drops frames in real-time when transmitting. We designed three kinds of encryption methods in which DES algorithm is used to encrypt MPEG-4 data: macro block encryption in I-VOP, macro block and motion vector encryption in P-VOP, and macro block and motion vector encryption in I, P-VOP. Based on these three methods, we implemented a digital right management solution for MPEG-4 data streaming. We compared the results of dropping, encryption, decryption and quality of video sequences to select an optimal method, and there is no noticeable difference between the video sequences recovered after frame dropping and the ones recovered without frame dropping. The best performance in encryption and decryption of frames was obtained when we apply the macro block and motion vector encryption in I, P-VOP.

A study on speech recognition using pitch detection in a car-noisy environment (자동차 환경에서 피치검출을 이용한 음성인식 연구)

  • 본 논문은 자동차의 편의성 및 안전성의 동시 확보를 위하여, 보조적 스위치의 조작없이 상시 음성의 입$\cdot$출력이 가능하도록 하였고, 남성과 여성을 구별하기 위하여 피치검출법을 사용하여 속도별로 구분하였다. 또한, band pass filter를 이용하여 자동으로 잡음하에서 정확하게 음성추간 검출(End Point Detection)을 하게 하였다. Reference Pattern은 DMS(Dynaminc Multi-Section)[1]모델을 사용하려고, 음성의 특징 파라미터와 인식 알고리즘은 PLP 13차와 One Stage Dynamic Programming(OSDP)를 사용하였다. 시내주행중인 자동차 환경에서 자주 사용되는 차량제어 명령어 30단어를 가지고 실험한 결과 40-80km에서 화자독립 남성 $96\%$, 여성 $94.4\%$ 화자종속일 때 남성 $97\%$, 여성 $95\%$의 인식률을 얻을수 있었고 남성과 여성을 구분하므로 써 인식률을 향상 시켰다.

  • In this paper, we propose a new delay-dependent criterion on the robust stability of time-delayed linear systems having norm bounded uncertainties. Based on new form of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Newton-Leibniz formula, we drive a result in the form of LMI which guarantees the robust stability without any model transformation. The Newton-Leibniz equation was used to relate the cross terms with free matrices. Finally, we show the usefulness of our result by two numerical examples.

  • 본 논문은 자동차의 편의성 및 안전성의 동시 확보를 위하여, 보조적 스위치의 조작없이 상시 음성의 입,출력이 가능하도록 하며, band pass filter를 이용하여 잡음환경에서 자동으로 정확하게 음성구간 검출(End Point Detection)을 하게 하였다. Reference Pattern은 Dynamic Multi-Section(DMS)[1] 모델을 사용하였고 차량의 속도에 따라 자동으로 잡음환경에 강인한 모델을 선택하도록 하였으며, 음성의 특징 파라미터와 인식 알고리즘은 Perceptual Linear Predictive(PLP) 13차와 One Stage Dynamic Programming(OSDP)를 사용하였다. 주행중인 자동차 환경(30~70km/h)에서 자주 사용되는 차량제어 명령 33개에 대하여 화자독립 92.98%, 화자종속 94.44% 인식율을 구하였다. 또한 주행중인 차량에서 카폰, 핸드폰 사용으로 인한 사고를 줄이기 위하여 음성으로 전화를 걸 수 있도록 하는 Voice Dialing 기능도 구현하였다.
