유압원격제어를 위한 덤프와 감압밸브의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Dump and Reducing Valve for Hydraulic Remote Control System)

  • In recent, the requirement of remote control of hychaulic system is in- creasing. The actuator unit whose output position is proportional to input electrical signal needs a pressure reducer and a dump valve. The pressure reducer provides a constant regulated pressure and filters contaminants. The dump valve supplies proper pressure to the pressure reducer and unloads when the system is not operated. In this thesis, dump valve and pressure reducer with auxiliary function are studied. The choke in the pressure reducer prevents actuator from supplying higher pressure than necessary pressure at beginning, and the spring constant affects on the dynamic characterisics. In dump valve, it is proved that diameter of servo-slide hold and choke diameter of dump plunger affects on damping response.

  • Due to the distinct advantages of comfort, drive ability and fuel economy standard, the variable displacement swash plate type compressor which can control the compressor displacement by increasing or reducing the swash plate angle has been developed for automotive air-conditioning system. That can be obtained constant temperature of car room on the variation cooling capacities or engine speeds. This paper was carried out the analysis of swash plate behavior to obtain the forces and moments applied to the swash plate and to get the variable controlability on the variation of compressor speeds and swash plate chamber pressures. The results of simuation agree very well with the experimental data.

  • Tractor implements are mainly utilized for the tillage operation. The proposed hydraulic system control was implemented to experimental apparatus. An implement control system for tractor using proportional valve was fabricated to improve the working efficiency. Hydraulic circuit included the proportional solenoid valve and on/off solenoid valve and so on. This paper shows results of a specification and design of an implement control system for tractor using proportional valve for automation. It was conducted to evaluate response characteristics of the designed implement control system under experimental conditions of various input flow rates. The results of experiments showd that the response characteristics was sufficient to be used as the implement control system.

  • This paper presents design.dynamic modeling and control issues of a novel type of an ER valve-cylinder system incorporating with an electro-rheological(ER) fluid. The yield stress of the ER fluid to be employed to the proposed system is evaluated as a function of applied electric fields. The design and manufacturing process of the ER valve which features fast system response and simple mechanism are undertaken on the basis of model parameters. The governing equation for the hydraulic and pneumatic model is constructed by incorporation with the field-dependent Bingham behavior of the ER fluid. An effective neuro controller is proposed to realize an accurate position control.

  • 본 연구에서는 수동동작에서 표본화된 시간에서의 변위값들을 일련의 명령어로 변환하여 컴퓨터의 제어 신호로서 직류모터의 위치를 조작하여 동작시키는 것이다. 실제 실험에 있어서 기술상의 문제였던 가스의 정밀조정이 가능하였고 조작이 간편하여 사용상의 편리성을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 자동 가스 조절용 직류모터의 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 연구, 개발함으로써 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있었고, 전체 설비의 개발 또한 용이할 것으로 사료된다.

  • For the purpose of reducing the energy consumption in the house heating, the various devices have been developed. One of these is to control the flow in the heat pipe and the flow control valve using shape memory alloy(SMA) spring is proposed in our study. The proposed house heating system is to save the gas consumption and the remote control system is designed for the convenience of using the proposed valve. The developed valve consists of SMA spring, disk, return spring, and regulation handle. The regulation handle is for supplying the additional hot water and is controlled by remote-control-motor. In order to design the remote control system, the Zigbee wireless communication protocol is used. The performance of the proposed valve structure is shown through the experimental result.

  • As a brush DC motor, the brushless DC motor is also operated by DC power supply but has no mechanical contacts occurred by a brush or a commutator. Though the performance of BLDC motor is almost similar with that of DC motor, the BLDC motor has the advantage of the high speed responsibility, the high controllability, and the high effectiveness. The control valve using the BLDC motor, which excludes the burnout effect provoked possibly by the vacuum condition during the flight, is employed for the upper stage of a launch vehicle. For the component level analysis, the dynamic response characteristics of BLDC and DC motors to the same design input sources have been studied in using AMEsim.

  • 산업 현장에 필수적으로 사용하는 유틸리티 시스템(Utility System)의 하나인 에어를 생산하는 공기압 축기의 운전방식은 조작 패널부에 사용자가 설정한 셋팅값에 의해 내부의 밸브를 제어하여 로딩 및 언로딩 운전을 한다. 이로 인해 대용량(100HP, 200HP)의 공기압축기를 여러대 사용하는 수용가에서는 연속 다발적인 운전으로 인한 전력 사용량의 변동으로 역률 저하 및 연속가동으로 인한 설비 과부하 및 내부 기계 베어링 피로도 증가 및 파손 등 고장이 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인공 신경회로망(ANN:Artificial Neural Network)을 이용하여 최적의 에너지 운용 알고리즘을 제안하여 실계통의 문제점을 분석하여 개선하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 실내 사격 전용 총기의 개발, 고속의 레이저 인식 알고리즘 개발을 통하여 다양한 그래픽 컨텐츠와 연동할 수 있는 실내용 스크린 사격 시스템을 제안한다. 내구성이 강하며 공압 솔래노이드 밸브 제어와 비가시 레이저를 전용 총기에 적용하였으며, 비가시 레이저를 고속으로 인식하여 그래픽 엔진와 상호작용하는 방법을 개발하여 실내용 스크린 사격 시스템을 상용화 하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, a study on the analysis and design of an electro-hydraulic pressure reducing valve for active suspension system of car is fulfilled. Also, the structurally improved direct-acting electro-hydraulic pressure reducing valve is proposed to satisfy the performance that active suspension system requires. To prove the possibility whether the proposed valve can be used for active suspension system or not, the mathematical modeling and analysis for this valve is fulfilled and the experiment of response to controlled pressure is achieved. Here we conformed the response speed to controlled pressure of the structurally improved valve changed for the better by modifying the shape of spool such as the structure which make use of the power of controlled pressure derived from the area difference between two section areas of valve spool.
