이동 주체의 전자 상거래 참여는 계약 문서나 결제 정보 교환 서비스에 대해 사용자 실체에 대한 증명과 교환 메시지의 사후 검증 수단을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 주체의 이동성에 따른 한계적 계산 능력 및 대역폭 사용을 고려하여 부분적으로 제 3의 신뢰 기관(Trusted Third Party, TTP)의 효율적인 참여 구조를 수용한 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 공정 계약 프로토콜에 대한 연구를 상거래 주체에 대한 이동성을 지원하기 위해 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜로 확장하였다. 제안한 프로토콜은 이동성에 대한 한계적 능력에 대해 해당 TTP와 공개키를 기반으로 거래 주체간의 상호 인증을 수행하도록 하였으며, 이러한 초기화를 수행한 이후 상거래 주체는 해당 인증 결과를 기반으로 주체간 상호 메시지 교환을 위한 공정 계약 프로토콜을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 사전에 동의한 계약 과정 이외의 예외 상황 발생시 부분적 TTP의 참여를 허용하여 시스템의 대단위 계산 능력에 대한 효율성을 보장할 수 있다.

유망 주체의 선정은 기업협력 및 경쟁 관계에 있어 매우 중요하며 연구, 정부정책 및 기업전략의 수립에 있어 반드시 필요한 일이나 엄청나게 많은 정보의 양으로 인하여 많은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 객관적으로 문헌 빅데이터를 분석하고 이를 통해 유망 주체를 선정해 내기 위한 통계적 문헌 분석 기반의 유망주체 선정 모델을 제안한다. 유망주체 선정을 위해서는 다양한 자질값들을 분석하여 기술 및 주체에 대한 통합 자질값을 구하고 이를 유망주체 선정에 활용한다. 또한 유망주체 선정에 세가지 기준(주체의 비전, 실행력, 활동력)을 통계적으로 분석하여 최종적으로 유망주체를 선정한다.

전자상거래는 인터넷과 같이 보안성이 취약한 개방형 통신망에서 이루어지기 때문에 거래 주체간에 발생하는 거래 정보의 보호를 위하여 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 및 인증 등의 정보보호 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 암호 알고리듬 및 전자서명 등이 사용되고 있다 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 절차를 분석하고 상거래 주체간에 발생하는 정보에 대한 위험요소를 주체별로 분석하여 정보보호 문제를 해결하기 위한 정보보호 메커니즘의 체계적 적용 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

This research aims at examining two classist theories of the subject, elaborated by Negri-Hardt and $Ranci{\grave{e}}re$. Negri-Hardt proposed a new subject of the multitude, established by immaterial/biopolitical labor. This subject marks a new constitution of the proletariat which is the subject of Marxist politics. Like the proletariat, the multitude is established by economic objectivity. The democracy of the multitude becomes possible through the production of the 'common'. Economical elements always dominate the subject itself and subjective politics. The subject of the demos, established by Ranciere, is a party which claims its share in the dominating order of power. It is a subject subtracted from the logic of domination. The demos, therefore, is the subject which is constituted at the moment of the refusal of the established order and the place distributed. This refusal means a kind of subjectivity that transforms the dominating order. Then we take demos as the proper political subject subtracted from economical objectivity.

지식경제사회에서 국가의 경쟁력은 국가의 잠재적 지식자원을 어떻게 유형화하고 부가가치화하느냐에 따라 결정된다. 국가의 지식자원을 각 개별 경제주체가 소유한 지식자원의 총체적 개념으로 정의할 때 이 개별 주체들의 지식자원을 공유하도록 유도하고 공유된 지식을 활용하여 부가가치화 하도록 하는 것이 국가의 지식경쟁력 강화와 직결되는 정부의 역할일 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 개별 경제주체가 소유하고 있는 지식을 국가적 차원에서 공유토록 유도하고 그것을 활용하여 경쟁력을 강화토록 하는 산업지식유통시스템 모형을 제안한다. 정부의 정책적 배려와 지원하에 본 연구의 제안이 현실화된다면, 산업지식유통 시스템은 산업수준의 지식유통 활성화를 통하여 기업의 지식기반 경영능력의 향상에 기여하고 선진국과의 지식네트워크를 통한 선진 지식의 도입 활성화에 기여함으로써 지식경쟁력 강화를 통한 국가 경쟁력 향상에 이바지 할 것이다.

In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

In order to provide the efficient personalized services, the organizations and the companies collect and manage the personal information. The stored data have some slight differences among each subject. Even though the same attribute information leaks out, the personal privacy violation is different according to personal sensitivity. However, currently the organizations or the companies protect all the information as the same level. This paper reflects the sensitive attribute information of the information subject to each personal policy by the encrypting techniques. And then we propose a policy-based access control mechanism for the personal information which strictly prevents unauthorized information users from illegally accessing the personal information. In the proposed mechanism, the individuals' personal information which is encrypted with different keys is stored into the database. For the access control, information subjects set up their own access control policy for their sensitive personal information. Then it is possible to control the information access by providing the information to the information users according to personal and organizational privacy policy.

Due to the development of the e-commerce, the shopping mall such as auction collects and manages the personal information of the customers for efficient service. However, because of the leakage of the Personal information in auction, the image of the companies as well as the information subjects is damaged. Even though the organizations and the companies store the personal information as common sentences and protect using role based access control technique, the personal information can be leaked easily in case of getting the authority of the database administrator. And also the role based access control technique is not appropriate for protecting the sensitive information of the information subject. In this paper, we encrypted the sensitive information assigned by the information subject and then stored them into the database. We propose the personal policy based access control technique which controls the access to the information strictly according to the personal policy of the information subject. Through the proposed method we complemented the problems that the role based access control has and also we constructed the database safe from the database administrator. Finally, we get the control authority about the information of the information subject.

본 연구는 재난안전 분야에서 발생되는 정보갈등을 관리하기 위한 방안으로 재난갈등 정보 DB 구축을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 외 연구기관의 데이터베이스 구축 현황을 분석하여 갈등 DB연구의 새로운 접근방법을 고려한 데이터베이스 구축을 제안하였다. 최근 정보갈등 관리를 위해 정보손실 예방, 갈등양상의 세분화, 다양한 관점의 자료획득의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 추세임에 따라 재난안전 분야의 갈등특성을 고려하여 재난유형별로 재난관리과정에서 발생되는 갈등의 행위주체, 주체별 갈등관리의 문제점 및 해결전략에 대한 정보관리 및 DB 구축을 제안한다. 재난갈등 사례의 장기적 자료 축적을 통해 향후 재난관리 과정에서 재난유형별로 발생 가능한 갈등유형을 예측하고, 유형별 갈등관리 전략에 관한 정보 분석을 통해 갈등에 대처해나가는 것이 필요하다.

의견의 주체를 찾는 일은 의견 분석의 결과를 활용 하는데 있어 필수적인 분야이다. 본 논문은 발안자를 찾는 시스템의 성능을 높이기 위해 이전논문에 제안하였던 단어에 의견주체의 후보로서의 점수를 부여하는 방법을 개선하였고 미등록어 문제를 해결하기 위해 taxonomy에 의존하여 기존단어의 점수를 이용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 Baseline과 비교하여 F1값이 18.9% 증가하였다.
