Research of Matching Performance Improvement for DEM generation from Multiple Images (다중 영상으로부터 DEM 생성을 위한 정합기법의 성능향상 연구)

  • This paper describes the attempts to improve the performance of an image matching method for multiple image. Typically, matching between two images is performed by using correlation between a reference and corresponding images. The proposed multiple image matching algorithm performs matching in an object space, chooses the image closest to the true vertical image as a reference image, calculates the correlation based on the chosen reference image. The algorithm also detects occluded regions automatically and keep them from matching. We could find that it is possible to create high quality DEM by this method, regardless of the location of image. From the performance improvement experiments through the occlusion detection, we could confirm the possibility of a more accurate representation of 3D information.

  • A immobilizing device that is essential for correct lung and lens shielding with homogenous dose distribution in fractionated total body irradiation was developed and it's efficiency was evaluated. The main frame was made of stainless steel bar (5 cm in diameter) to withstand up to 230 cm in height and 100 kg in weight to prevent any injury even in unconsciousness condition. The saddle was designed to adjust the body weight and hight of standing patients. Chest and back supporter were made of 1 cm acryl which could fix the lung block and cassette holder. Leather and sponge pedding were used for head rest to keep patients comfortable. The device was strongly fixed by specially designed bolts on the bottom panel which was made of 1 cm stainless steel and 10 cm thick wooden board. Precise manipulation ($\pm$2 mm) was possible by upper two pulleys and side handles. Average four minutes twenty five seconds were needed for exact setting in fractionated TBI. No significant difference of lung block location on repeated verification films was confirmed and relatively homogeneous dose distribution was measured in rando phantom experiments and patient treatments ($\pm$5%). This immobilizing device was very efficient to keep correct position of patients, which is essential for better result and less complication in fractionated TBI.

  • As nuclear industry in Korea is being expended, the number of user for radioisotope and radiation generators has being remarkably increased. As a result, radiation shielding problem for radiation safety has rasied as a question of great interest nowaday. In this report, gamma scanning test (GST), one of the nondestructive test methods of radiation shielding material was introduced and the review of the test method and its application were described. In addition for accurate evaluation of the test result, necessary basic equipments for the test and for improvement of the equipment were suggested. If the effective test method described above were widely and properly applied by GST related companies, the technology would be used effectively, as one of the safe nondestructive test for radiation shielding material in future.

  • 레이더 강우의 편의 추정은 근본적으로 레이더 강우의 평균과 참값으로 가정되는 우량계 강우의 평균과의 차이를 결정하는 문제이다. 두 관측치의 차이를 정확히 결정하기 위해서는 두 관측치의 차이에 대한 분산이 매우 작아야 하며, 따라서 비교되는 관측치의 수가 충분히 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구에는 임진강 유역에서와 같이 일부 지역에만 우량계의 설치가 가능한 경우를 대상으로 하고자 한다. 임진강 유역에서와 같이 지역적으로 편중된 지상 강우자료를 활용하여 강우레이더 자료의 편의 보정을 통한 품질 향상 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 차폐 등을 이유로 레이더 강우가 대상 유역 또는 소유역을 완전하게 포괄하지 못하는 경우에 대해 가용한 레이더 강우를 이용하여 면적평균강우를 산정하는 경우에 포함될 수 있는 오차의 규모를 추정하였다. 강화 강우레이더의 반경은 한강 유역의 일부를 제외하고 대부분을 덮는다. 이러한 강화 강우 레이더의 한강유역에 대한 수문 적용성을 판단하기 위해 차폐로 인한 관측오차 산정 시 한강유역에도 적용해보았다.

  • 전력계통의 절연설계에 있어 뇌과전압을 정확하게 측정하고 분석하는 것은 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 유도뢰 해석의 일환인 수치해석은 계산식을 기반으로 유도뢰 차폐효과에 대해 해석이 가능하나 이러한 수치적 해석은 선로정수, 뇌격전류의 크기 또는 접지저항 값이 변경되었을 경우 재계산을 하는데 다소 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야하기 때문에 이를 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 유도뢰 차폐효과 계산 프로그램을 MATLAB을 사용하여 개발하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선전력전송 시스템을 위한 차폐제가 부착된 경우의 평판형 원형 코일의 인덕턴스 계산방법을 제안한다. 페라이트와 도체시트로 구성된 차폐제를 영상법을 이용하여 등가의 영상전류로 모델링하였다. 영상전류에 의해 코일에 쇄교되는 자속을 반영하여 코일의 인덕턴스를 계산하였다. 검증을 위해 Maxwell 2D의 시뮬레이션의 결과와 비교하였다. 계산결과는 시뮬레이션과 정확히 일치하였다.

  • In order to decommission the shielding concrete of KRR(Korea Research Reactor) -1&2, it must be exactly determined activated level and range by neutron irradiation during operation. To determine the activated level and range, it must be sampled and analyzed the core sample. But, there are difficulties in sample preparation and determination of the measurement efficiency by self-absorption. In the study, the full energy efficiency of the HPGe detector was compared with the measured value using standard source and the calculated one using Monte Carlo simulation. Also. self-absorption effects due to the density and component change of the concrete were calculated using the Monte Carlo method. Its results will be used radioactivity analysis of the real concrete core sample in the future.

  • CBCT is useful for improving the accuracy of the treatment site, but Repeated use increases the exposure dose. In this study, we aimed to provide basic data for dose reduction in CBCT implementation by dataization the simulating and dose reduction effect using shielding substance. Material in this study, Analyzation the photon beam by simulate the CBCT Through MCNPX and then calculate the absorption dose of body organ at shooting moment of thoracic abdominal position as target UF-Revise simulated body. At this time. Dose reduction effects at this time were evaluated according to the texture of materials and presence of shielding materials( lead, antimony, barium, sulfate, tungsten, bismuth). When CBCT was taken without shielding, the dose was calculated to be high in the breast and spine, and the dose in the esophagus and lung was calculated to be low. The doses according to the shield material were calculated as barium sulfate, antimony, bismuth, lead, and tungsten. The shielding rate was the highest in the thymus (73.6%) and the breast (59.9%) compared with the dose reduction according to presence or absence of the shield. However, it showed the lowest shielding rate in lung (2.1%) and spine (12.6%).

  • Purpose : Measurement of transmission dose is useful for in vivo dosimetry. In this study, the algorithm for estimating the transmission dose for open radiation fields was modified for application to partially blocked radiation fields. Materials and Methods : The beam data was measured with a flat solid phantom with various blocked fields. A new correction algorithm for partially blocked radiation field was developed from the measured data. This algorithm was tested in some settings simulating clinical treatment with an irregular field shape. Results : The correction algorithm for the beam block could accurately reflect the effect of the beam block, with an error within ${\pm}1.0\%$, with both square fields and irregularly shaped fields. Conclusion : This algorithm can accurately estimate the transmission dose in most radiation treatment settings, including irregularly shaped field.

  • TEMPEST란 통신장비나 정보처리장비에서 발산되는 미약한 전자신호가 탐지, 도청되는 현상인데 각국에서는 명칭에 대한 의미조차도 비밀로 제한하기 때문에 이 분야에 대한 정확한 기술현황 파악은 어렵다. 일반적으로 전산터미널 또는 전동타자기에서 발산되는 전자파는 단순 주파수성분을 가지며 신호의 크기도 상당히 강하므로 고감도 수신장비를 사용하면 신호를 탐지, 재생시켜 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 또한 암호장치를 사용한 통신장비의 신호도 탐지가능할 뿐 아니라 암호화되기 전의 전도성 발산신호와 안테나를 통한 복사성 발산신호를 비교하여 암호장치 자체의 알고리즘도 탐지가능하게 될 것으로 예측된다. 이와같은 전자파도청을 방지하기 위해 주요 통신 장비나 전자장비는 차폐상자를 사용하여 전자파의 복사성 발산신호를 비교하여 암호장치 자체의 알고리즘도 탐지가능하게 될 것으로 예측된다.
