The core control equipment is made by multi redundancy at present, as advanced digital techniques appear. Especially MMI(man to machine interface) is developing the availability and diagnostics of the control system. This project is aim to retrofit nuclear power plants operated more than 15 years or to apply newly built nuclear power plants.

조종사 없이 사전에 입력된 프로그램 또는 인공지능에 의해 기체 스스로 판단하여 자율비행하는 비행체를 무인 항공기라 한다.[6] 이러한 비행을 위해서는 기체의 위치, 자세, 속도 등의 정보가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 3축 가속도센서 1개 및 1축 자이로센서 3개를 서로 수직으로 구성하는 관성항법 시스템에 자기콤파스, 고도센서, GPS등의 비관성센서를 추가로 구성하여 시스템을 설계하였으며 칼만필터를 이용하여 시스템의 오차를 추정하고 이를 되먹임 시킴으로써 오차를 정정한다.

The excitation system for class 1E has been developed to apply to the nuclear power plant emergency diesel generator by utilizing the existing digital excitation system. The additional mission was to evaluate the excitation system of safety. It is the safety analysis of the excitaton system, the verification test, the aging test, the safety requirement test and so on. The verification test is classified of hardware and software part for detail.

최근 고효율 실리콘 태양전지 제작을 위해 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이온주입법을 이용한 PN 접합 형성은 기존의 확산법에 비해 표면과 실리콘 기판 내부에서 도펀트 조절이 용이하다는 장점에 의해 주목 받고 있다. 하지만, 이온주입법으로 도펀트를 주입할 경우, 도펀트와 기판의 충격으로 비정질 상과 결정 결함이 형성된다. 결정 결함은 생성된 전자와 정공의 재결합 준위로 작용하기 때문에 적절한 이온주입 조건과 후 열처리를 통해 높은 특성을 갖는 PN접합층을 형성하여야 한다. 본 실험에서는 보론 도핑된 p형 실리콘 기판에 인을 주입하였다. 인 이온 주입 시 가속전압과 열처리 조건을 달리하여 전기적 특성을 관찰하였으며, 태양전지 에미터층으로의 적용 가능성을 조사해 보았다.

The effect of annealing condition on the texture and microstructure development in Ni tapes fabricated by cold-rolling including powder metallurgy was investigated. The Pole-figure results showed that the Ni tapes annealed at lower temperature than 50$0^{\circ}C$ were the mixture of brass deformation texture and cube texture. The specimens annealed at high temperatures had only well-developed cube texture and the FWHMs of in-plane and out-of-plane were in the range of 8-10$^{\circ}$. The degree of texture was not significantly depended on annealing temperatures. The grain morphologies of Ni tapes prepared at low temperatures showed serrated grain boundaries due to incomplete recrystallization, but the specimens prepared at high temperatures showed stabilized grain shape without serrated grain boundaries.

본 실험에서는 단어회상이 영어어휘 학습에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 160개 단어 쌍에 대해 어휘학습을 실시하였다. 세 종류의 어휘 학습 방법(교대학습, 반복검사, 반복학습)을 채택하여 학습을 실시하였으며 학습 1주일 후 160개 단어 쌍에 대해 지연회상검사를 실행하였다. 그 결과 세 종류의 어휘 학습 방법 중 단어회상을 강조한 두 개의 어휘 학습 방법에서 그렇지 않은 조건에 비해 유의미하게 좋은 지연회상률을 보였다. 또한 실험 참가자를 대상으로 선호하는 학습 방법에 대해 설문조사를 실시한 결과 63.5%의 설문 응답자가 한 번 학습한 것에 대해 스스로 시행하는 회상 검사를 선호하였다. 그러나 자가검증을 통한 회상 검사 자체가 효과적인 학습 방법이라고는 생각하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

We have demonstrated Carbon Nanotube Back Light Unit (CNT-BLU) which has a triode structure. Local dimming scheme was introduced to the BLU driving system. With this driving method, contrast ratio enhanced 20 times higher than that of conventional Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) BLU.

Most simple bone cysts are found in the metaphysis of the long bone, such as proximal humerus or proximal femur. Appropriate treatment is aspiration of the cyst followed by instillation of methylprednisolone or curettage with bone graft. We experienced 1 case of the simple bone cyst of the metatarsal bone. This case was treated by curettage and inserting allograft into the defect.
