This study explores gender mechanism of welfare politics in Korea from the perspective of welfare status theory. In the simplistic analysis, it is found that there is no gender difference in welfare attitudes. In the more sophisticated analysis of welfare-status-beased SEM, however, it is found that Korean welfare politics is to be understood in terms of gender-related politics. Three major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, Korean women possess less pro-welfare attitudes in terms of the status of welfare beneficiary. This is due to the visible gender segregation in the Korean labor market on the one hand and due to the centrality of social insurance programs in the structure of Korean public welfare system on the other hand. Secondly, Korean women have relatively higher level of pro-welfare attitude when it comes to the status of welfare service provider. Thirdly, Korean women tend to be more supportive to pro-welfare parties as they have less chance to be a higher taxpayer. Based on the above mentioned findings, this study concludes that it is possible to make Korean women be more pro-welfare if the Korean welfare state expands more social services that tend to meet urgent needs of women.

In the 21st general election held in April 15, 2020, the importance of social media as an election campaigning tool became more prominent when engaged with Corona 19. Therefore, in this study, various studies were conducted to establish SNS strategy as an election campaign tool. This study analyzed the contents of SNS (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) activities as an election campaign tool to analyze messages on social media messages of candidates Lee Nak-yeon and candidate Hwang Kyo-an of Jongno-gu, Seoul during the 2020 21st National Assembly election. Data collection mainly analyzed posts from each candidate's official account, and the research method used text analysis using the R program. Word cloud, comparative analysis, q-graph analysis, LDA, and STM analysis were used during text analysis. In addition, the analysis result was confirmed to be statistically significant through correlation analysis. As a result of research, candidate Lee Nak-yeon's election includes corona, people, problems, crisis, suffering, and wisdom, which indicates that the crisis caused by corona must be overcome through any means possible. On the other hand, candidate Hwang Kyo-an's election includes Moon Jae-in, the regime, save, the fatherland, the judge, and the economy. And from the perspective of political publicity, candidate Lee Nak-yeon made a lot of acclaims, while candidate Hwang Kyo-an made a lot of attacks, and both themes emphasized the policy rather than the image.

1. Retrospect of Political Geographic Studies since Liberation, 1945 : 1) Period from 1945 to mid 1960s : There was not political geography as a science in Korea at the time of liberation from Japan 1945. At that time were not pure political geographers in Korea. In 1947, Moon-Hwa Pyo, economics professor, published a book titled Outline of Korean Geopolitics. This book was a first one in the field of political geography and available at that time in the logical descriptions. Bok-Hyon Choi was a first political geographer who in 1959 wrote a book titled Political geography for the collegians of Seoul National University. Professor Choi introduced American-style political geography through the book above mentioned. In 1963, Kie-Joo Hyong published an article titled "Korean Unification: Possibility from the Geopolitical Viewpoint" which was a first article published by Korean young scholar who studied geography in this country. 2) Period from late 1960s to late 1980s : Both Yoon Cha and Duck-Soon Im published frequently several articles of political geography or geopolitics respectively in 1968-1969. And they issued geopolitical disputes on Korean geopolitical structure and an application of rimland theory to Korean peninsula in 1969 through a magazine named Joung-Kyong Younku (the political and economic researches). The disputes played an important role of showing political geography (or geopolitics) to political sciences especially international political Science. Active researches still continued in 1970s. In that atmosphere the first Korean book of political geography written by a post-liberation scholar (Duck-Soon Im) titled Principles of Political Geography was published in 1973. This book was influenced much by American political geography after Second World War. In 1980s, the researches continued more actively. Especially administrative districts, capital cities, and sub-capital cities were frequently studied during this period. 3) Period from late 1980s to Present: Recent Studies : 1985 was a year of much production of articles of political geography. The first Ph.D thesis of political geography published in the same year in our country. And since 1985 produced many M.A. articles. Several categories of esearches of political geography was made in the period from late 1980s to present. Capital cities, Korean unification, administrative districts, urban politics, elections, sub-capital cities, and defense walls were important research categories. Reviewing the researches from 1945 to present. I found eight categories of political geography in Korea: capital cities, administrative districts, geopolitical structure of Korean peninsula, division and unification of Korea, sub-capital cities, defense walls, elections, and urban politics. Each category includes several scholars respectiveiy. 2. Study Tasks and Prospects in Korean Political Geography: In relation to Korean circumstances there are three study-tasks. The first task of Korean people is unification of two Koreas. Political geographers of Korea must al survey titled Survey Methods of Human Geography for collegians. This book was first one on survey part in Korea. The book however, is insufficient in comprehensiveness in aspects too. I think that the important tasks of general-synoptic human geography in Korea are \circled1 publication of comprehensive books of human geography in the aspects and methodologies for collegians and \circled2 acceptance of academic world of human geography in Korea of variety in methodologies of human geography for future progress. progress.

This study aims to review Russia's annexation of Crimea from a maritime security perspective. Based on a comprehensive analysis of Russia's national security perception, this study analyzed Russia's maritime security strategy and the security importance of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, and reviewed the annexation of Crimea from a maritime security perspective. The main argument of this study is as follows. Russia's annexation of Crimea was necessary for the successful fulfillment of Russia's maritime security strategy in the Black and Azov Seas. Russia's annexation of Crimea guarantees the activities of the Black Sea Fleet militarily from a maritime security point of view, secures a passage to the Atlantic Ocean to counter NATO's expansion. From a economic security point of view, Russia's annexation of Crimea was based on the strategic considerations to secure influence within the Black Sea economic bloc which guarantees stable production and transportation of natural resources and shipping.

This study analyzed the translation strategies of four Chinese translations of 『Who ate all the Sing a?』. As is well known, Park Wan-seo's works contain many psychological descriptions, abstract vocabulary, idioms, proverbs, dialects, etc., so when translating into Chinese, various translation strategies such as translation, interpretation, and creative translation are required. Although all four types studied in this paper are somewhat different depending on the translator, all translation strategies were used in a comprehensive way. As a result of the study, all four translation strategies used a strategy of direct translation of Chinese characters when translating geographical namesand names of people. The interpretational translation strategy was used for the translation of vocabulary that requires historical, social, cultural, and geography background interpretation. was utilized. The creative translation strategy was used when translating overlapping issues, political and historically sensitive issues, and issues related to Korean pronunciation and grammar. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that translation strategy research on various Chinese translations of Korean modern literature as well as various Chinese translations of Park Wan-seo will be expanded.

우리나라의 급식산업(foodservice industry)은 '88올림픽을 기점으로 지난 10여 년간 급속한 성장을 거듭하여 국가의 경제발전에 기여하는 하나의 거대한 산업으로 발전하였다. 단체급식산업과 외식산업을 포괄하는 급식산업은 점차 그 범위가 확대되어 호텔산업, 관광산업, 레저산업 등의 환대산업(hospitality industry)으로 그 영역이 점차 넓어져 가고 있다(Chon 1997). 국내의 급식산업은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 환경변화에 따라 급성장하고 있는 추세이지만, 이와 같은 외형적인 성장에도 불구하고 질적인 측면에서는 아직도 전근대적이고 경험에 의존하는 직관적인 경영을 하고 있다. 우리 대학의 리더십 발휘와 책무는 대학사회의 구성원과 정치·경제적 압력, 제도 시스템과 같은 상황적 요소들이 작용하고 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 가장 큰 정당성의 파워와 정책 결정의 권한을 가진 총장의 리더십이야말로 대학조직 전체 리더십의 핵심 요소이자 촉매제이다. 이러한 총장 리더십의 공통적인 덕목을 집약해 보면 대학총장은 비전과 꿈을 가져야 하며, 창조적 사고를 가지고, 대학의 생존전략 우선순위를 선택할 수 있는 능력 있고 전문가적인 자질을 가져야 한다. 또한 개방된 의식을 지녀야 하며, 국제적 감각이 있는, 교육경영자로서의 CEO형 총장이 되어야 한다. 그리고 재원확보에 다각적인 노력을 하여 그 기대에 부응해야 한다.

세계 정치 경제 산업 질서에서 선진국이 유리한 위치를 선점한 이후에 후발주자의 진입을 막기 위해서 각종 국제제도와 규율을 강요하고 있는 일련의 행태를 "사다리 걷어차기"라고 한다. 제2차 세계대전 이후 후진국에서 선진국으로 도약하고 있는 나라가 전 세계적으로 손꼽히고 있으며, 우리나라는 그 중에 대표적인 나라이다. 국내 산업이 여러 분야에 걸쳐서 세계 초일류 수준에 도달했고, 세계 산업에서 중요한 축이 되었다. 국내 산업은 더 이상 선진국을 추격하는 입장이 아니고, 선진국 대열에 합류해서 세계시장을 리드해야 하는 산업 패러다임의 전환기에 있다. 이제부터 우리는 선진국의 "사다리 걷어차기"를 완전히 극복했는지 주위를 살펴보고, 기술 강국으로서 사업전략을 재편해야한다.

잠수함은 전쟁억제 및 보복, 해상교통로 보호 및 파괴, 공세적 방어 및 심리전 등을 수행할 수 있는 전략적 능력을 보유하고 있고, 이러한 임무를 수행하기에 가장 경제적이고, 효과적이며, 생존성이 높은 무기체계이다. 이러한 능력을 보유한 잠수함을 건조하는 잠수함산업은 자주적 군사력 건설 및 국가안보태세 완비를 위한 국방산업의 핵심산업이며, 세계 정치.경제 질서 차원에서 우리의 영향력을 확보하기 위해 육성해야 할 중요한 산업이다. 또한 잠수함 산업은 자주국방의 기술기반 구축을 위한 필수 산업이며, 동시에 민수산업에 대한 파급표과가 대단히 큰 산업이다.
