The political system of Xi Jinping which was launched in 2013, faced many difficulties both domestically and internationally. Xi Jinping must integrate and stabilize society through political reforms, such as sustained economic growth and Resolved corruption. In addition, he should seek new relations with the United States on the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. Therefore, this study analyzed political leadership of Chinese political leaders including Xi Jinping using Max Weber 's political domination type. From the first generation political leaders to the fourth generation political leaders in China, the types of political domination of the first and second generation political leaders tend to be charismatic rather than legitimate domination. But the third generation political leaders tend to have a tendency of traditional domination rather than legitimate domination, and the fourth generation political leaders have a tendency to dominate more than traditional domination. On the other hand, the type of political domination of Xi Jinping shows traditional domination and legitimate domination tendency in the process of political growth and emergence, but shows tendency of charismatic domination after domination of political power.

국내 가압경수로 가압기 안전밸브는 운영기술지침서에 따라 운전 중과 같은 환경조건에서 압력설정치(2,485 psig) 시험을 수행하도록 규정되어 있다. 가압기 안전 밸브는 일정한 주기로 압력설정치 시험이 수행되고 있으나, 시험시의 주변 온도, 사용 유체 등 그 시험 조건에 따라 압력설정 허용치 $\pm$1% 이상의 편차가 발생할 수 있음이 확인되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 압력설정치 시험시의 주변온도 상태에 따른 설정치 변동 사례를 조사하고, 보수 후 압력설정치 조정을 위한 대체 방안과 그 문제점을 고찰하였다.

최근 문화 산업에서 정치적 올바름 요소를 더욱 확장시키고 있는데 이러한 소수자 우대 정책이 작품내 맥락을 고려하지 않아서 부자연스럽고 역차별을 야기한다는 주장이 많다. 본 논문에서는 게임에 들어가는 정치적 올바름 요소에 대해 알아보고 설문조사를 통해 게임 사용자들의 의견을 분석해서 게임에서의 정치적 올바름 요소에 대한 개선안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study attemped to examine the effects of health care nursing policy education on nursing students' political efficacy, political participation, and political interest. It attempted to guide the direction of policy education within nursing curriculum. The subjects consisted of 89 nursing students of G-university from March 8, 2023, to June 21, 2023, including 44 in the experimental group and 45 in the control group. The health care nursing policy class was developed using the ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of instructional design. Data analysis used the SPSS 25.0 program through mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. The experimental group that participated in this education showed statistically significant improvement in political efficacy(t=2.34, p<.05) and intrinsic political efficacy(t=2.75, p<.05), as well as passive political participation score(t=2.22, p<.05) compared to before the intervention. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that health care nursing policy education should be structured to enhance external political efficacy and promote active political participation in future nursing curriculum.

Three dacades of time have passed since the Korean labour movement experimented its political empowerment struggle. Generally it has failed for all some positive results. But unfortunately there were no critical and intellectual reflections regarding the failure within the labour movement. This study drew three conclusions. Firstly, the success or failure of political experiments was caused mainly by the labour regime changes of the Korean society. Secondly, the motive power was provided not by the progressive party, the Democratic Labour Party, but by the trade union movement and organization, the Minjoonochong. Lastly, the Candle-Light revolution in 2016 has produced some new conditions for the second stage of political empowerment praxis in Korean labour movement.

이 글은 잠재적 이주노동자들이 거버넌스에 중요성을 부여하는 정도가 이주의도가 없는 경우와 비교하여 어떻게 다른지를 필리핀의 자료를 이용하여 분석한 연구이다. 2011년 기준으로 전 세계 인구의 3.2퍼센트가 국제이주자이며 이들이 본국에 보내는 노동송금은 4천 4백억 달러에 달한다. 기존연구에서 파악하듯 세계인구이동의 대부분을 차지하는 노동이주의 주요 결정요인은 출신국과 이주대상국의 소득격차, 기존 이주 네트워크, 이주대상국의 이주정책 등을 포함한 경제적 요인들이다. 그러나 대규모 송출국들이 대부분 경제적 저발전과 취약한 정부(ineffective government)의 구조적인 문제를 함께 가지고 있다는 점에 착안한다면 비록 경제적 고려가 우선시 되는 노동이주에 있어서도 잠재적 이주자들이 "정치적" 으로 여타의 사회와 구분되는 특수한 정치적 태도를 가질 수 있다고 생각할 수 있다. 이주자들의 정치적 태도를 올바르게 이해하는 것은 노동이주가 송출국에 미치는 정치적 영향을 분석하는 데 있어 매우 중요하다. 해당 이주자들의 부재와 이들이 본국으로 보내는 노동송금이 송출국 정치에 영향을 미칠 수 있는데 그 영향의 방향은 이주자의 기본적인 정치적 관심과 의제에 따라 달라질 것이기 때문이다. 이러한 배경에서 이 글은 다음과 같은 연구 질문에 답하고자 한다. 첫째, 이주노동의사가 있는 시민들이 취약한 정부능력에 대한 염려가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 높은가? 둘째, 이러한 관계가 성립된다면 그 관계는 민주주의에 대한 지지를 저해하는가? 이 연구는 2002년과 2003년 필리핀에서 실시된 전국적 설문조사인 Social Weather Survey 자료와 2008년 및 2009 년 필리핀 현지조사에서 수집한 인터뷰와 2차 자료를 근거로, 정부능력에 대한 평가와 이주노동의사의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 기존 연구가 제시하는 통제변인들을 감안하더라도 효과적인 정부운영이 필리핀이 당면한 가장 중요한 과제라고 생각할수록 해외로 취업할 것을 고려할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다행히도 이러한 태도가 민주주의에 대한 원칙적인 지지에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 효과적인 정부에 대한 관심이 이주노동을 고려하는 시민들에게 높다는 사실은 장기적으로 이들이 해외로 이주할 경우 정부개혁을 요구하고 추진할 국내적 정치적 기반이 줄어들 수 있다는 부정적 함의를 가지기도 한다.

본 연구는 중소 벤처기업에서 성과에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소인 기업가를 대상으로 기업가의 정치적 기술과 사회적 네트워크가 기업가적 성과와 어떤 영향관계를 갖는지 고찰하고자 한 탐색적 성격의 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 기업가의 사회적 역량인 정치적 기술은 사회적 네트워크와 기업가적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 네트워크는 일부 하위 요소만이 기업가적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 약한 유대의 네트워크 원천은 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과를 완전매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과는 중소 벤처기업에서 성과 창출에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소인 기업가를 대상으로 역량과 성과의 관계를 고찰했다는 점, 그리고 기업가의 사회적 네트워크가 사회적 역량인 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과 사이에서 어떤 역할을 하는지를 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 또한 정치적 기술이라는 구체적이고도 새로운 선행변수의 도입과 사회적 네트워크의 역할 수립이라는 점에서 이론적 공헌이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 성과 창출 이전 단계에 해당하는 기업가의 역량 개발에 관한 실제적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 실무적 공헌을 찾을 수 있겠다.

As the voting age has been lowered to 18 from the 21st general election on April 15, 2020, the use of political news, motivation for political interest, and reliability of political media of first-time voters were examined. Accordingly, we analyzed how their political efficacy affects their voting intentions. As a result of the study through the survey of participants, the use of political news by voters was to acquire political information mainly through TV and portals. And the use of traditional media such as radio and newspaper was low. first voters became interested in politics through articles delivered by the media, and it was found that they trusted the political information provided through terrestrial TV reports and debates. This generation also confirmed that if they have higher political efficacy, they show higher willingness to participate in voting. Through this study, in order to increase the political participation of the younger generation who are evaluated as having relatively low interest in politics, the role of the media was reconfirmed as the most important factor.

This study investigated the relationship between selective exposure, attitude polarization, and online political participation among 420 YouTube political video users. Additionally, the mediating effect of attitude polarization on the relationship between selective exposure and online political participation was examined. The main results were derived by conducting exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural model analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program. The results were presented as follows. First, selective exposure had a positive effect on attitude polarization. Second, selective exposure had a positive effect on online political participation. Third, attitude polarization had a positive effect on online political participation. Fourth, attitude polarization was found to mediate the relationship between selective exposure and online political participation. In summary, it was confirmed that selective exposure to YouTube political videos increased attitude polarization and online political participation, and the more the attitude polarization was strengthened by selective exposure, the more it led to online political participation.

This study attends to the effects of political entertainment as a newly emerging television genre on citizens' political talk. Particularly, this study suggests audience involvement and political information efficacy as key psychological factors that mediate the relationship between political entertainment and political discussion. More specifically, audience involvement was deemed as a conclusive concept that consists of such sub-dimensions as audience identification and parasocial interaction with program characters and transportation into the messages. Among 317 participants in an online survey, a total of 273 subjects, who had at least some viewing experience with political entertainment TV programs, were included in the final analysis. According to the findings, softer programs that piggyback political information on top of their entertainment content were more likely to increase viewers' identification and transportation. The viewer experience of identification further heightened the level of political information efficacy, which in turn positively contributed to one's willingness to participate in political talk and to hear the other side. It also appeared that political information efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between political entertainment viewing and political talk.
